Why sometimes Google Play Store stops working in Samsung Smartphones?

Google Play Store is the official market for all Samsung Galaxy Android phones. Here you can download lot of apps or game then install them to your phone. To make you be able accessing Google Play Store, make sure you have activated your Google account on your phone.

Why sometimes Google Play Store stops working in Samsung Smartphones ?

As same as another apps, some problem sometimes occur in the Google Play Store app, such as Play Store has stopped working resulting you can't access them to download its contents. If you're experiencing this problem, then there are some steps that you can do to fix this.

 

Assuming that you get the strong signal and have no problem with the network, then you can try some possible steps to fix this problem :

 

1 Check whether the Download app is disabled

Method 1: 

Settings > Application > Application Manager > All > Download Manager > Enable.

 

Method 2:        

Settings > Apps > Tap on three dots at top right corner > Show System Apps > Download Manager > Enable.

2 Clear Google Play Store's App Data & Cache .

Method 1:
Settings > Applications > Application Manager > All > Google Playstore > Clear Data & Clear Cache.


Method 2:
Settings > Apps > Google Playstore > Storage > Clear Data & Clear Cache.

3 Reset App Preferences .

Method 1:
Settings -> Applications -> Application Manager -> Click on More option or on three dots on the top right corner of screen -> Reset app preferences.

 

Method 2:
Settings > Apps > Click on three dots on the top right corner of screen > Reset app preferences.

4 Check by resetting your device.
