[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am wanting to say that this is the first time I’ve enjoyed such a fancy and smart type refrigerator. I totally enjoy that I can set the temperature on my refrigerator or freezer online or shut my ice maker on and off without having to be at the house. The consistency of the freezer is excellent. I like my ice cream a certain way. And it always kept right exactly at that level. The crisper drawer and fruit is excellent as it seems to me like it allows the freshness of the vegetables to last even longer. The doors are quite heavy, and so the little fingertip sensors on the side of each door is excellent as the doors automatically open themselves and then you just have to pull them open and they shut on their own also so they’re ergonomically correct. I think one of the things I enjoy most about the refrigerator is the water filtration system I actually fill up a jug every other day just for my coffee maker so I have filtered water in there. Also the little jug of cold water in the door is like none other anytime I open the door I have at least I think it’s at least a liter of cold water and a water jug no matter how much I pour out within one minute it’s full again plus it has a little Water dispenser on the side to fill up my jugs such as my coffee jug water jugs that I don’t have to have cold. It just runs filtered water into any container I want and I love it more because it’s on the inside of the door not outside where it’s in the way or where it can make a mess.. Another thing I like about it is a frost free freezer section and there’s never any ice built-up anywhere. Also, another thing I like about it is it makes two different types of ice cubes small and normal size small ones a gold fit inside any almost any size container, neck and the large ones are like square inch square ice cubes so they last a while so I am totally happy with this freezer. I will never buy another one that’s not like this again.

The internal icemaker is terrific although I don’t think it matters to me that much whether I have one or two sizes of ice. But the “beverage center“ is a terrific idea the pitcher Is it its best feature. It automatically fills up and can be taken to the table. However, a brand new refrigerator has a defective water dispenser next to the water pitcher. So we have had to order a new part and have yet another service person show up. Not very impressive. But other than that, the refrigerator is fantastic. It is incredibly roomy on the inside yet it takes up slightly less space in my prior refrigerator (also a Samsung, but with an ice dispenser Through the door). The ice dispenser froze and couldn’t be fixed. If you do your research, you will see that through the door ice machines are consistently a problem. Go for a machine with an internal ice dispenser. The controls are fairly easy to use. And the tap to open feature is nice, that it is fairly easy to accidentally open the freezer door when going to the refrigerator.

The fridge size is much bigger than I was expecting and the drawers/shelves go back pretty far, and there isn't a lot of weird angles inside the fridge. The ice dispenser in the freezer is great as it has two baskets for ice and the large ones aren't too big, and the small ones are great for beverages. It is also nice that the shelves come in to parts so you can have a half shelf if needed for tall beverages. The water pitcher auto refill is really nice and quick so no waiting for fresh filtered water.

Touch automatic door opening is wonderful and works great. The automatic water filling pitcher is a nice feature also along with the two different size ice cubes available in the freezer. Water filter is easy to get to. Refrigerator cooled down pretty quickly. Samsung’s fingerprint resistant stainless steel is much more appealing to the eye than a shiny stainless steel. It is almost a cross between black stainless steel and regular stainless steel. It has a little bit darker hue to it that works great in the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the Bespoke side-by-side in white glass two weeks ago. (I used to have a french-door with bottom freezer, but found the freezer rather inconvenient because the compartment became a cave where food items would be buried for years.) Side-by-side allows food items to be placed and seen and located easily. As for this 28 cu. ft. model, there is plenty of space. The Beverage Center is a nice touch - the pitcher is useful when large quantity of cold water is needed and the water dispenser nozzle does not drip or splash after each use. Nice - no need to wipe or clean any leaks. Since the model I've chosen is white glass, there is no fingerprints or oily residue to clean. Both doors have five bins each - totaling 10 bins, which can hold quite a lot of products. So far I am happy with this side-by-side model. I wish the ice tray would have cover, which would help to prevent ice from absorbing unpleasant food odors (although I haven't noticed any odor transfer so far). The exterior of the unit seems clean and modern and beautiful. All shelves are made of glass except for the adjustable one at the refrigerator section, which is cheaply mixed with plastic that may not last. The plastic shelf over the ice tray seems more sturdy, though. I am happy with my purchase so far. This side-by-side model, of course, is the cheapest unit I could afford. I was happy Samsung offered some discounts, including honoring a price reduction after my order was placed.

The design is very sleek . The freezer has plenty of space and cools so very fast. The only downside that I have been experiencing is that the shelves in the refrigerator start to sag with heavy items on it especially the one with the retractable glass shelf. So I would recommend not over filling it with heavy items . Once I figured out how to stock the fridge best it is worth it . Love the sensor that pops the doors open so cleaver . I’m reviewing the second refrigerator that we received to replace the first one, which had a broken drawer. While having to empty the fridge and transport it out was a bit of a hassle, the replacement process itself was very smooth. Samsung responded very quickly to my replacement request, which makes me hopeful that if anything should ever happen to this beauty, I will get good service. The appliance itself is beautiful, keeps our items cold and frozen, and the price is a bargain. I feel that the arrangement of the shelves is very intelligent and the beverage center inside the door is a great idea. No fighting over who put the last fingerprint on the outside, either, the self opening mechanism works like a charm. I’m in love with this thing.

My teenagers fell in love with ice bites. The Bespoke has a sensor handle that allows the doors open with a simple shadow of the hand. The refrigerator has more room than I expected and I was able top organize my food in sections to find it easier. The Bespoke immediately connected to my cellphone app that I had already on my phone with my other smart devices. I personally fell in love with the water dispenser on the inside along with a water picture to pour a cold glass of water. I highly recommend this product it is also a great space saver in your kitchen. Everything was an easy set up from the unpackaging to hooking up the water to connecting to the app. Samsung has done it once again.

The All Round Light feature gives good brightening from top to bottom, you an easily find the items when you open the fridge. Easy access to vegetables, fruits and snacks. Pitcher in the side door is an amazing feature, you no need to fill the ice water every time, it fills automatically and ice water available all time. I love the freezer section, again the All Round Light feature helps me to find the freeze home made meal easily( I prepare very week) and the ice cubes tray is another fantastic added feature. Got this fridge 2 1/2 years ago. The fridge does not last, plain and simple, error code 23C and a bunch of cascading errors after this. We had a repairman come in to replace the condenser and a couple more parts. Great its working again, but only for about 3 weeks until it fails again. The reservoir that cools the water before dispensing it cracked because of ice build up we were unaware of. Now we are getting 23c error code again. How is your product so fragile? The cost of parts to replace are almost as much as a new fridge. How is this possible when your parts are so cheap? Cannot recommend ever buying Samsung again because of this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start by saying I absolutely love this fridge. I was a little worried at first because I have stainless steel appliances and this is the only white glass appliance. But it looks amazing and was absolutely not something I should have worried about. The fridge itself is amazing. I absolutely love the beverage center with the pitcher along with the two ice bins which has been a favorite for my wife who loves the small chewy ice. The air circulation in both the fridge and freezer is great and I've never had anything freeze in the back of the fridge. Additionally, I like the quick freeze and quick cool options because when I put something in the fridge that's really hot it doesn't heat up the whole fridge. As you can see in the photos, It also has a drawer that slides back so that you can fit in tall pots or anything else that's too tall normally to fit in the fridge. The last feature to speak of is the auto open doors which seems like a kind of cool feature, but I'm not sure it's any more convenient than just opening the doors manually. I suppose it could be good if you have your hands full, but it just pops open a couple inches so you still have to open it by hand if you had your hands full. If anything I worry it might help children get into the fridge easier they put their hand over the sensor.

The beverage station simplifies both water despensing and storiage of the provided water pitcher. Refilling the pitcher is very easy and has an automatic stop to prevent overfilling. The dual storage bin for the two sizes of ice cubes is very convenient with great accessibility. A lot of thought went into this refrigerator's build and beautiful exterior appearance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator to replace my 10 year old Samsung refrigerator in the kitchen as the stainless steel was showing signs of wear and scratches. So we moved the old one to the garage and replaced the new Samsung Bespoke in the kitchen. Had to wait about 2 months for the delivery but it was worth the wait. Delivery team was super nice as they not only installed and setup our new fridge in the kitchen, they also moved the old one to the garage. Pros: 1. Doors - they are made of white glass like material which are modern looking, doesn't attract finger prints and much easier to clean. They also have sensors on the door handles to seamless open the doors and also to auto close when the door isn't opened fully. 2. Like the touch controls on the sides of the fridge. 3. Love that the auto pitcher, water pitcher and ice cube maker on the inside so it has an simple, elegant and clutter less look. 4. Water Picher - This is the most unique and new feature that everyone in our family love. Haven't seen this feature on other models. Seems very new and cool to me. Water pitcher gets refilled automatically when placed in its position. (provided the water hook up line is connected) 5. Ice Maker- Love it can make two sizes - smaller bites and standard cube size. 6. Very quiet - It runs very quietly and doesn't make noises like my old fridge when it makes ice. 7. Chillness/All around cooling - Seem like gets very cold inside so had to dial down the temperature a little bit. 8. Smartthings app - Able to connect to the Smartthings app and get notified whenever the fridge is left open for some time. My kiddo doesn't shut the door properly so this is a great plus for us. Cons: There is only one - I wasn't able to get the water pitcher auto fill feature to 'On' from the setting in the fridge. I tried several times, toggling, holding on the button for a few seconds but none of them worked. When I was about to call customer service for advice, I thought to try to set it from the Smartthings app whcih worked suprosingly on the first try. Not sure if this is a bug or if I didn't know how to change the setting correctly in the fridge. Love Love Love this new fridge. Once you get one of these newer bespoke ones, you won't want to go back to a old fridge.

After that, I bought the "Side by Side" refrigerator, taking the maintenance into consideration, due to the glass doors was easier to clean, and there were no hand prints, apart from the elegance and spaciousness that it is. But, something that marked not only my life but also that of my parents is that when my father had open heart surgery in the last December, and had so many appts, I was able to help them by not only drawing a calendar on one of the doors, but also drawing a Christmas tree, to cheer them up every day, since we even spent Christmas in the hospital. So I know, I made the best decision when buying the refrigerator and microwave, which is why I 100% recommend the Samsung "Bespoke" line!

It is very sleek (due to no handles), the beverage center is VERY useful and appreciated by family members, and the dual ice drawers are also a welcome feature for family gatherings. The refrigerator is VERY quiet. The shelves and drawers are much deeper than our previous model. So far, we've only used the Samsung app to set the cooling temps but we're looking forward to using the other features. This purchase has exceeded our expectations and we recommend it for anyone looking for a modern refrigerator with ultra modern features.

Both sensors are well placed so that when freezer sensor touched, it does not open the refrigerator. The water dispenser and the water jug tuck away into the door panel, the shelf can hold 1 gallon milk and 1 gallon juice. I love this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the modern and sleek look of this Samsung Bespoke fridge. The front glass doesn’t get fingerprints and is very easy to clean. You can customize and change the front color. You just have to buy the panels and Samsung will come and install it for you. The touch buttons make it super easy to open and close the fridge. They aren’t very sensitive, so if you open the fridge, the freezer won’t open. The door can hold a whole galloon of milk and juice. The inside is deep and shelves have lots of space making it easy to stack things or put taller bottles in. We have not hooked up a water line, so I can’t review the ice maker or the water pitcher. But having a water pitcher that auto fills is cool.

I see ants (dead) inside the freezer compartment. Never seen anything like this before !! I think it is because of the gaps that exist around the freezer. Freezer is where frozen meat are kept. These ants apeeraed to be only interested in meat !

I can say this refrigerator is beautiful and with this sleek design just blows it out the water. I like the fact that I am able to store so much stuff in the spacious 28 cu. ft. With the Samsung’s SpaceMax™ Technology and I was able to make most out of my kitchen space. The Refrigerator comes with Dual Ice Maker which is a plus in my eyes. I mean you get the option of cubed sized ice and bite sized which in my opinion helps with trying fit ice in small bottles. The Beverage Center is perfect in storing all my drinks chilled and available at the opening of the door. Check this! This Smart refrigerator Auto Open Door Sensor can open the door for about an inch by just placing my hand in the handle. This feature comes in handy when I am over loaded with stuff to store in the refrigerator at once. I can just have a few fingers on the sensor and open the rest of the door easily. After buying this Samsung refrigerator I can say it will be loved for a long time to come.

Although this refrigerator looks nice, the freezer section will frost up and block the vents, impairing the air flow and causing the freezer to warm above the desired setpoint. Additionally, the ice makers are disappointing. The ice bite side has never worked properly, with zero output. The output of the regular size side is way below expectations. We had to buy a countertop icemaker to make enough ice for our family (5 adults). This is not an inexpensive appliance, either. Is it too much to ask that your products live up to the advertising claims?

Once again, Samsung has FORCED garbage on their customers. If it isn't forcing ads on their TVs, it's forcing worthless garbage like the "Auto door" function on its refrigerators. Our freezer is constantly being opened and closed because of this crappe and we have freezer burned food and ice clumps instead of cubes from it. That's what happens when you have a constant stream of room temperature air being puched into your freezer all day long. Oh, you can disable this "feature" on other models, but not this one. So, Samsung KNOWS the Autodoor is absolute garbage and yet, they won't let you disable it on this model. Way to go, Samsung. Keep tallying up these wins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One reason that I ordered this refrigerator was that my last 'counter top depth' refrigerator had a curved face and extended out beyond what I would consider as a 'counter top depth model'. I really like the flat face of this refrigerator, that it is stainless and that it is a side by side model. I have placed a glass bottle in the beverage center to avoid using the plastic one and it fits perfectly! I also switched from a freezer at the bottom to this model and find it easier than bending over to get things out of the bottom drawer style. The 23 cu ft Capacity works well for having enough space to feed 4 people with using both the refrigerator for leftovers and the freezer for my BOGOs. After about 6 months now, I have had zero issues and am hopeful for a long life for this model!

We purchased this refrigerator in August 2023. I was very excited to have small ice and large ice inside the refrigerator not on the door as well as having the water inside the refrigerator not on the door. However, about six months ago we started having issues with The small ice dumping water into the container so in order to you use the small ice. I have to break it up 2 to 3 times a day. The other problem with the icemaker tray is that it doesn’t fit in there properly. It’s too small and comes off of the track often. I also have issues with the water, pitcher not filling and having to pull it out and put it back in and move it around to get it to fill. So while I would love to give this five stars, I absolutely cannot and if I had to do it over again, I would not purchase this refrigerator.

It has meet my expectations with more space than my old refrigerator, a great dual cube ice maker, the water pitcher and dispenser, door release and close sensors, and the wi-fi connectivity to SmartThings. I thought I would miss having the water and ice dispenser accessible without opening the door, but it does not bother me at all and I prefer the dual ice cube and water pitcher features I did not have in the past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been upgrading our appliances to Samsung, so of course I was sold on the idea of the refrigerator, except for the fact that it was white and wouldn’t match the rest of the stainless steel appliances. Well, my wife sold me on the idea and I’m really glad I listened. The white glass refrigerator is the highlight of our kitchen, in the best way possible. I particularly like the water and ice systems, with the dual function on each. I also have to mention the lighting, which is distributed evenly throughout the fridge, making it easier to look at everything. And even though it’s not counter depth like our old one, the sleek handle-free design makes it almost not noticeable.
