This is an appaling product. As all other reviews have said, the rubber lip which provides the screen protection should the phone be dropped has come apart from the case after 3 months. The service from Samsung on the basis of the fault is non existent. It has taken me 3 separate teams and more requests than I can count before they would even agree to raise as a complaint. Furthermore, Consumer Rights seem like a strange concept to them. Once this phone contract ends my relationship with Samsung is finished based on this experience. 19 days later, hours of time and still no resolution. Meanwhile, I have had to buy a new case to ensure my phone isn't damaged.

The rubber on this case fell off in the first 2 months, I don't recommend it, it's not worth the money or the quality! Nice appearance and easy to use, but if the rubber falls off, it does not achieve the purpose of the cover - to protect the phone.

Along with the other review, this is a poor representation of what is advertised as a robust and study phone case. This is not of good quality as it it falling part only within a few months of being shipped out with my pre order. I provided my concern to the online team which referred me to the physical store which is never the case when I had a concern with my online order they rejected me and referred be back to the online chat. Don't BOTHER with this CASE or Samsung accessories they are just cosmetics and never think they are protective for your phone.

Kann ich überhaupt nicht empfehlen! Nach 15 Tagen trennt sich bereits auf der rechten Seite die Gummikante. Kontakt mit Samsung.at; "Ich habe deine E-Mail an unsere zuständige Abteilung weitergeleitet, da dieser Umtausch außerhalb der 14-tägigen Rückgabefrist liegt. Die Kollegen werden sich mit dir in Verbindung setzen und dir mitteilen, ob sie befugt sind, den Austausch nach Ablauf der Rückgabefrist zu veranlassen". Da sich bis jetzt noch niemand gemeldet hat, nehme ich an, dass es keinen Umtausch bzw. Rückerstattung geben wird.

I bought this only a couple of months ago and installed it on my phone only last month; it now has the side opposite the on key/volume side loose. It looks like it has stretched and is useless in protecting that side of the phone. It is only a thin protection strip which no longer stays in place - flopping around. I will now need to look for a different brand robust protection case from an online seller. What a waste of money - a product that damages what I have always believed to be a reliable brand.

Same as for other people here, the edge started separating 7 months after purchase. Totally not worth it considering the price and longevity. Regarding the usability, I found the plastic to be a little slippery so I can't say it sits securely in my hands. Also edges of the case are too sharp, leaving unpleasant feeling on the palms. Protection seems to be fine though, and the case leaves the screen and some of the outside metal trim visible, so all good with its appearance and performance.

Uno va a la segura para obtener un producto de calidad y de la marca, el mejor de samsumg en la gama de Case, para el equipo, a un precio mayor al del mercado "buscando protección y calidad". A los 3 meses el producto presenta la misma falla que se ve en las fotografías, donde se desprende "la goma", y justo es un producto "sin garantía" además de indicar que "es por uso y no un problema de fábrica" que nadie a ha presentado algo así. Unfortunately, this case has failed within a couple of months. The plastic around the front edge of the case is separating from the sides. It's a shame, because otherwise it's a nice case. It offers good protection, especially on the corners, and feels nice in the hand - far less 'slippery' than the phone itself. Sadly, the lack of durability of this edging means that I cannot recommend it and I'm now looking for a new case.

Я купив цей чохол, і користуюсь три місяці. Чохол не ковзає, зручно тримати в руці. Є бортики навколо екрану та камери які запобігають подряпинам коли телефон лежить на плоскій поверхні. Зроблений з міцного матеріалу, інколи відчувається громіздким в процесі користування. Я шукав чохол, який забезпечить базовий захист від подряпин і невеликих ударів. Так, я рекомендую цей продукт.

[Ezt az értékelést promóció részeként kaptuk.] A barázdált minták növelik a tapadást, ugyanakkor meggátolják, hogy a hátuljához tartósan oda lehessen ragasztani egy RFid öntapadós eszközt. Ugyanakkor határozottan ellenálló anyag, nem deformálódik semmitől, még a körmöt sem lehet belenyomni. A telefon káváját maximálisan megvédi. Nem olcsó, de a benne lévő készüléket tovább megóvja, mint ameddig a készülék maga is bírja.

Such I have always trusted Samsung for its quality and innovation, but my recent experience with the Samsung S25 Ultra case has been extremely disappointing. As you can see from the photos, the case I received is warped and of very poor build quality. It doesn't fit properly, has visible defects, and looks cheap — definitely not what I expected from a premium brand like Samsung. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a flagship product. It’s shocking to see such negligence in quality control. I demand an immediate replacement or a full refund. If I do not receive a prompt resolution, I will be forced to share this experience publicly across Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn to warn other loyal customers about this terrible product and the lack of proper support. Samsung, please address this issue urgently. Your immediate action will determine whether I continue to trust and recommend your brand.a waste

coque agréable à prendre en main et protège bien le téléphone. Le paiement sans contacte ainsi que le charge en induction fonctionne parfaitement. Par contre au bout de 5 mois la caoutchoucs sur la face avant de la coque se décolle ce qui enleve de la protection je trouve dommage à ce prix là que la qualité du produit ne tiennent pas plus dans le temps

Husa este acceptabila numai daca o gasesti la reducere. Dupa 4 luni, s-a desprins materialul de pe partea din mijloc a husei si nu poate fi prins la loc. Acest lucru scade protectia din lateral a display-ului. Inafara de asta, este o husa ok, a protejat telefonul foarte bine la cateva cazaturi.

Enfin un étui Samsung (les 3 ont été achetés sur le site Samsung) qui résiste. Les 2 autres plus design n'ont pas tenu 2 mois. Et pourtant ils n'ont rien subit d'extraordinaire. D'abitude mes coques tiennent 3 à 4 ans.
