The day that I was awarded the Best Employee of 2019 was undoubtedly my proudest moment in Samsung. But of course, this award is only achievable thanks to my AC team who managed to garner a 28% growth compared to 2018. I felt extremely honoured to be able to receive this award on behalf of my team – I would not have done it without the team’s effort.
I remember distinctively that we were provided with ample support from various parties throughout the year; it was thanks to the collaborative efforts from the different teams, from the marketing communications team to the sales team, who continuously believed in our strategy.
It took extensive planning and great understanding across various functions of the market in order to achieve all this, and we would not have done it without the guidance from our wonderful leaders to support and lead us towards success.
