Expiration time of the Samsung Rewards Points

Points earned from 4 July 2022 onwards (12.00 a.m.) will be valid for twenty four (24) months, through the last day of that month at 11:59 p.m. MYT.  Points not redeemed during this valid period will expire and be forfeited.

For example:
1. All points earned on or before 3 July 2022, 11.59 a.m. Malaysia Time will be valid for six (6) months
2. All points earned from 4 July 2022, 12.00 a.m. Malaysia Time will be valid for twenty four (24) months

 Any points not redeemed during this period will expire and be forfeited. When you redeem your points, we deduct the oldest points from your account first to ensure you have the full period to use all your earned points.
