I like the samsung software, however i am disappointed about the reception. Not sure whether its my service provider (telus) or the cell phone itself. Regardless, they are both advertised as top of the line in their own respective fields. But when i am in richmond hill for example which is only 20 minutes from Toronto, i seem to get horrible reception and very many dropped calls. Also my old phone (s8) was LTE capable at max and on LTE worked great. This phone (s23) seems useless on LTE and only works well when 5g is available. I am considering returning this phone in exchange for the same model, perhaps i got one of the faulty ones by chance.

The S23 has it all just upgraded from my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+5G and you can already tell the difference just from turning it on booting up and restarting the phone is faster than ever and I love all the gaming experiences it has to offer mostly the built in screen recording that actually record great video and audio. Ive also figured out how to maximize the potential of the 4 cameras the phone has. The only downside to all of this is navigation I feel like things got a little over complicated but if you have free time the customizations from main line and third-party organizers can make this problem a tiny nitpick. All in all great device

Coming from a S10 with 128GB + SD capabilities with a battery that started out with going to bed with 50% battery on Day 1. To S23, 4 years of *upgrades* and my battery barely makes it through a day, would need to charge it if I was doing anything extra like a night out or streaming or something. This is with a day 1 battery, not like 1-2 year old battery. I already had to upgrade my storage (which does not come pre-upgraded like when they realized 16GB wasn't big enough for phones and bigger options became standard). Battery & Storage are 2 of the biggest things used in phones and to have such major downgrades in both departments is absurd.

The standout feature of this phone is the durability. I have dropped this phone countless times on bare concrete. It has yet to recieve a crack. The back of the phone has been dropped and beaten against various sharp, serated and rough surfaces under accidental circumstances. Not a single crack or split to be found. This is the only phone I know of that I have not had to buy a case for. What I don't like, is that the Bixby system is not thorough in its translation of your voice, or following through with commands, and severely needs to be updated. Everything else is absolutely top notch and I have no other complaint. Very happy with this phone.

This phone is actually my 2nd Samsung phone. Before I had a FE phone so it was a light version of Samsung. I decided I was ready for a full blown Samsung experience, and boy I'm so happy I did! I absolutely long everything from the speed, to the layout, to the camera and all the settings I can customize!! I'm still finding new things to edit on my phone and I have had it for over a year! And it's still running smooth! My most enjoyed future of the phone is the camera. I'm a busy mom and the moments I get to stop and take a picture are not wasted with messing with the camera and settings. I get perfect, crisp, portrait pictures every time!

This phone is amazing. I love the camera and all the features that come with One UI 6.0. From the 120hz refresh rate to the simple daily tasks, this phone perfoms so well! I have used Samsung Galaxy devices from the S3 and they continue to amaze me. The only downside that I can clearly notice is that the battery drains faster than I'm used to. I understand that it is due to my usage but it doesn't last a whole day of heavy use. It seems to drain faster after it gets to the 9% mark, and it shuts down when it gets to 5%. Other than that, the phone is amazing and complies with all my expectations about it, and the some. Highly recommend this phone.

I do not like how you can no longer customize your ring tones. It is ridiculous that all your ring tones have to be the same. I don't like that I can not program my phone for a hard reset anymore, that it just does it when it wants too. The biometric on this model, are lacking. The position of the reader is in my opinion an odd spot. And the sensitivity is odd, like it will not read, but if my finger is hovering over the screen, it will expect that as my finger pressing on the screen and respond for that. Besides these issues, it's been a good phone so far for the couple months I've had it. Picture quality is great battery life is great

It's taking me a bit to get used to the features of the S23 after being stuck with a P20 Pro. I thought i was upgrading from my S7 only to end up with a banned phone! There are many features my p20 didnt have that im learning about. That being said there are a few features I miss like tapping any page on screen 3 times to enable zoom no matter what I was looking at. I also miss not having the remote app that I could add any infrared control tv,A/C, fan etc. It was handy in hotels or restaurants to be able to control tv's etc. Aside from a few apps/features this phone is definitely faster with a lot of things I need to learn how to use.

Not a big difference compared to my S10 yet. With the 256GB version, I don't need a SD-card now (which is good since there's no slot for it). Doesn't have headphone jacks either so that required an after-market product to be able to plug in headphones. Holds battery longer. Take a little getting used to the power button location (in the middle of phone side now instead of the top). Some issues maintaining wifi Android Auto connections to my car that I'm not used to, may just need to reset connections. Otherwise it's fine... not a lot of changes to get used to and it mostly works the same way as S10 phone so easy to get used to.

I bought this a few weeks ago. I was disappointed as soon as I received it. I asked for a big phone. Received a small one . I absolutely do not like that the auxiliary port has been removed from the new phones. That is a big no thanks for me. It constantly requires updates. Several time per week. Just annoying. Not impressed at all. Had no choice due to just having my old phone die on me. And living along is not safe. So had to keep this one. I definitely would not have chosen this phone. Never! Now I am stuck till the 2 yrs is up with it. And hate it! First time I have been so upset and disappointed with a Samsung phone. Poor design

I like this phone. It's smaller then many of the phones I've had the last few years and I actually like that as it fits in my hands and my girl pockets better haha. Battery life is decent, about 6/8 hours of continuous high demand hours. About 6/8 episodes of streaming om data at least, which is a big thing I use my phone for. The first few months of use my phone would freeze randomly and I'd have to reset it but that stopped a few OS updates ago so I suppose that wasn't the phone itself. My only complaint would be the camera isn't great and for sure not for anything above a basic selfie or pet photo, but that's all I need it for. 4/5 stars. Thanks!

I mostly use my phone for phone calls, text messaging, email and browsing the web as well as monitoring the weather. I am very impressed by the battery life. My battery lasts almost 2 days. The charging is very fast and the speed of moving between and within apps and websites is smooth and fast. There is no overheating nor does my phone feel warm. I have experienced no issues with transferring all of my data from my older phone and it went very quickly over wifi. Speaking of wifi and data it is fast smooth and very impressive. Overall a very nice update. Great job Samsung on the new S23 and I love the nice small screen size.

My favorite feature is the camera quality. Pictures and videos are SO clear and crisp, I enjoy capturing special moments now. I was even thinking of purchasing a pricey camera to take Professional photos for my small business but I appreciate the quality so much, it suffices. I'm starting to utilize the different apps that the phone comes with as well, like Samsung Health and SmartThings. I think people tend to neglect these apps but I've found them quite useful. I've been with Samsung for several years and I've held unto each product for a while. I don't replace devices quite often because I've never needed to - their products have good longevity.

After upgrading from the S20 to the S23 (256 GB internal memory) the first thing I quickly noticed was the extended battery life. A full charge will last at least 30+ hours depending on usage and I'm a moderate-to-heavy user. The size of the device was my physical attractive feature. You can't go wrong with the picture quality of the S23. It's been a great experience so far. One thing I noticed however, is that when within certain apps, for instance WhatsApp, the front camera struggles with low-light adjustments. This isn't the case on the S20. But outside of that particular app, the front Camera is perfect. I have no regrets upgrading to the S23.

Samsung has developed unparalleled technology. The S23 is the best phone of it's size on the market today. The physical camera quality and image processing quality makes professional-quality photos. The video quality has also advanced to the point that the S23 could replace most production-quality video cameras. The high-quality screen is perfect for watching digital content. I almost exclusively watch content on my phone and a high-quality screen is a must. No other company can compare to the refresh rate and pixel density of the S23. Finally, Samsung gives a simple yet customizable user experience. Samsung OS has been fined tuned for consumers.

This is my 6th Galaxy phone and I don't plan on switching anytime soon. Whether I'm streaming, gaming or even video chatting, the quality of this phone is outstanding. I love the crystal clear display and easy to use features. Unlike other brands there is no confusion on how to work this phone. The navigation is easy to follow and if I can't find something it's just a Google search away. I love that I can connect every aspect of my life to my phone. I use the calander app to combine my work life and mom life and it makes things a whole lot easier. If you're new to androids I would highly recommend getting a Samsung Galaxy.

I love the slimmer design of the s23 compared to the s23 ultra it feels so much more comfortable. I love the ability to customize my homescreen to how I want it, the "Camera Raw" app should be the default camera app. One Ui looks so smooth and clean. I love the rounded edges of app icons & they keep their square shape. I use my phone for things like notion, youtube, and social media, I keep in contact with others using it but I also use it for work in order to plan my schedule. I love the calendar widget it makes it easier to manage my adhd. I wish there was an option to select and delete multiple apps at once. Thank you samsung for another banger phone

I use my Samsung S23 for watching videos, taking pictures and videos, texting, emails, utilizing social platforms, and playing games. The quality and graphics are pristine and have a variety of options to curate it to the user. If you are basic with your phone use you can utilize videos online to get the most of your phone or if you enjoy reading manuals doing that as well. Everything is easy to use, easy to organize and find what you need. There are a handful of shortcuts as well to take screenshots, or photos or to turn your screen on and off quickly. Love to upgrade when I can and haven't been disappointed in any upgrade so far!

Nov 2023 buy on line. Overall good ratings, except... The bio sensors really do not work, fingerprint or face detection. Registered face and fingers without a screen cover and the sensors would work maybe 25% of the time. Deleted, washed hands, reloaded, same results. The face registration loads quickly, but the detection mostly does not work, I hate using the PIN. Deleted face and reloaded in natural light outside, same result. My old S10e with a side ultrasonic fingerprint sensor worked every time. Otherwise the phone is good. One strange note, the internet universe must know I bought a new phone as I have been covered in ads from all directions.

I use my Samsung for everything especially for work. I love this phone and I love the camera even more LOL. It is astronomical that I can take picture of the stars. On top of a movie, catch pictures of the Wildwood a 1/2 of mile away LOL.The speed Is out of this world. I honestly do regret not getting the ultra simply For the size of the regular Samsung, 23 was a little smaller than I thought . On top the zoom go to a 100 times versus 30 times.I am a man of pics and this phone and camera with it clarity and features make me look better then a professional lol but I am more than happy with my Samsung. 23 keep up the great work!!!

I have had my Galaxy S23 for a few months now and it is by far the best Samsung I have had yet. I only use Samsung phones and the rest of my family (all seven of them) use the OTHER brand. I beat there phone's hands down in every aspect! Better pictures, videos, speed of applications, ease and speed of software updates. I will always choose Samsung. My Galaxy S23 is reliable and holds it's battery all day no matter how many applications I utilize on it. The camera is the best I've used yet. So clear and night shots are even better. The size is perfect and fits right in my pocket. The price was also extremely reasonable. Samsung wins again (in my opinion)!

I went from a Galaxy Note 8 to an S33--5 years and finally an upgrade and I do not regret it. It's smaller than my Note, but it's perfect for everyday phone use. I charge my phone maybe once every other day depending on how much I use it and I get hours of active use with the phone before I worry about having to plug it in. It also charges super quick with the provided Samsung charger so when I need it, it's pretty much ready. Camera is great! I don't use it too much for anything special but the cat pictures I take are perfect to me. It's pretty much the phone I expect to be using for a long time, just like my old Galaxy Note.

Such an amazing device since I upgraded in March from the Samsung Galaxy S21 wish I find a very big upgrade still. Such a very amazing phone for any type of user whether it's photos just browsing the web YouTube or gaming. It's amazing. Sleek design, great bright display, tons of customization options with Samsung's awesome One UI, Great processing speed with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, perfect and comfortable design for just the right fit in my hand and so on and so forth but I'll just stop now because I could go on and on about Samsung and how great they are. The last phone we got was the Samsung 7 model so it had been awhile since we've experienced new phones. We are so glad that We waited for the samsung23 because it provides all of our needs, is easy to use and perfect for our lifestyles. We couldn't be happier with this product. I have to use mine for work and I was worried about how long it would keep a charge but I can run several applications at once without draining the battery, plus, the extra bonus of having a super fast charger. I also love the quality of pictures and videos as well as the amount of storage it has. These 3 qualities were what was most important to me. Very pleased with this product.

The speed of this phone is so much better than my old one (it was still a Samsung Galaxy just well old)! The storage capacity and the switch was quick n easy to do/understand without assistance as I had ordered mine online. I have yet to take a "moon" shot due to the weather that has been rain forever. Apps download instantly in comparison to the wait I used to have on my old phone. It has been only a few weeks so I am sure there is more to learn, explore and experience but right now I am VERY glad I bought this and nothing else :) The phone shot I have is when I first got the phone and was getting ready to case it/glass protect it/and begin using it!

I've had this phone for just over a year. All was well with it until a couple of updates ago. After the update, I was getting an error message that there was moisture in the charging port. There isn't any moisture or anything, such as dust, in the port. Luckily, I'm able to charge it on a wireless charger that I had to buy, otherwise I would have to buy a new phone. I have a friend that had the same problem with his Samsung phone, a different model, but still the same problem. His phone doesn't charge wireless, but his was under warranty and he was able to get a new one. I wonder if anyone else has been having this problem?!

The Samsung s23 is a device that compared to the rest of the models puts them to shame. I've been using this device for the past 5 months and I have never liked a Samsung device as much as now. I was considering the switch to Apple but it was quickly overshadowed when I bought this phone. The screen is nice and holds well despite me dropping it multiple times. My only problem with the Phone is not being able to use some convenient features between Apple devices. But that is not much of a problem because the phone provides alternatives, and it's more of a personal problem involving a family decision, but I'll be striving to have them buy a Samsung themselves!

There is nothing about this phone that bugs me; I am perfectly content with it in every way. Text, phone, gallery, email, oneDrive, are all integrated. Network connections are great: both Bluetooth and wi-fi. I use it for everything: controlling watering my garden, payment due notifications, reminders for doctor appointments and taking medication, banking, social media, controlling my heating aids, music, tracking packages, etc. The only way it could be better is if it were embedded in my skull with a heads-up display projected onto artificial corneas, used sub-vocalization conversations, and had thought-controlled navigation.

First I was very impressed on how fast this phone is compared to my old galaxy S8. Then I noticed how bright and crisp the display is on the new S23. The camera and zoom is amazing from what I was used to having. The volume on the phone/speaker is gray for me as i twnd to have a hard time hearing but not with this phone. I also have been ising the speaker phone on the lowest setting and severla times i have been able to answer a call, set the phone down while not on speaker phone and hear the caller fine, as they could hear me as well. This phone has so many features that I will hope to be able to experience half of them. I do not stream movies or make films.

I was excited to get an upgraded phone, so I thought. With this galaxy s23, there have been frozen screen issues more than I can count. I have to keep tapping the screen and then try to go back and then I have to keep pushing the back button and just having to exit the screen. When I am talking on the phone, the speaker comes on by itself . One day last week, my daughter and I were in the kitchen and heard some sounds(music) we looked at each other like where is that coming from? We go upstairs and it was my phone! It started up by itself! I haven't had time until today to write this review. I need to take it back to the store. I sooo miss my galaxy note 9.

Nothing seemed to work right. face recognition And finger print never worked. I rescanned my face and thumb print numerous times. But it never would allow me to unlock the phone. Just said face unrecognizable. I couldn’t log onto any wifi because every time I opened up the Wi-Fi page it would go to a blank screen and freeze up. and no matter what notification settings I used (and I tried them all). It never notified me of a text. No pop ups no preview all I would get was a notification sound or vib. And then it was up to me to figure out if that was an email, a text, or someone at my front door. By far the worst experience I’ve had with a smart phone ever.

I was looking forward to getting a new phone once my older handset expired. I chose the Galaxy 23, since I have been a Samsung customer for the last 20 plus years. I chose the lime green color because it is unusual. I use my Galaxy phone for both personal and business calls. Pages open lightning fast, and I can have numerous windows open at once for use. Calls and music come through crystal clear. The 256 GB storage provides plenty of room to save my pictures, videos and documents. As an avid traveler and concert attendee, I enjoy holding onto memories that I can share with family and friends. Night pictures are stunning.

Bought the device a few weeks ago and it's been running smoothly. Lacks a few features, contains carrier bloat (forcibly installed -- Android needs to nuke this crap), and a few other software quirks that make the experience less enjoyable. The hardware works fine (camera is functional, etc.) and I have no complaints there. Fastest CPU available (for Android) available, and was fairly affordable as well. While I'd appreciate more than 3 major updates and more standardisation across Android vendors (Samsung Wallet drove me crazy and it was a PITA to switch it to Google Wallet without the terrible lock screen shortcut), my experience has been otherwise positive.

I love my S21 Fe! I've never had any issues with it. It has a pretty decent display, Videos and images are nice an crisp. Camera quality is great, It produces clean pictures and videos. I've had Samsung products in the past too, I've not had any issues with there products ever. There's a reason I also choose Samsung over all the other companies. If I could, I'd make every thing I own a Samsung. I take alot of pictures with my phone, listen to music and podcast quite frequently, aswell as watch videos often. Battery life usually last me all day, it always works the way I want it too when I need it too. Much love everyone!

I have had great experiences with Samsung phones for both my father and me for over 12 years. He had hearing issues and the Rugby 2 was excellent for him as it had a large speaker. My Galaxy phones have been wonderful to use. The pictures on my S 8 Active were always beautiful and yransferting them to my new S23 are crisp and clear, as are the latest ones taken with my S23. The battery time is very good and much improved over prior models. It is very easy to use and I have the slightly smaller model which is easier to carry. The triple camera settings come in very handy. It was easy to learn to use in all aspects.

I have brought Samsung phones for approximately 25 years. I started with a iphone but switched to Samsung due to the sizes. I have never went back. I became disabled and couldn't afford a new phone every time a new one came out. So I was stuck with the Samsung S8+ for over 10 years. The trade in was not enough for me to trade due to what I would have to pay. But I finally was able to trade and not owe anything. What a blessing. The only thing that I don't like about it is that I do wish that it was bigger. But one day. I love it and all the new enhancements that I have been missing. You can't go wrong with a Samsung.

Having an S22 and trading it for an S23 I really didn't expect it to be much different. I was pleasantly surprised how much a better experience using the S23 is. Previously the battery was almost gone at the end of the day but now with the S23 I get almost 3 days of use before I consider plugging it in and that is with much more use with news feeds, games, streaming, and more, than on the previous phone. The S23 just seems more responsive, including the wi-fi and fingerprint sensor and a much more enjoyable experience. It truly is a premium device with a luxurious took and feel, especially when leather case is added.

I was so happy to learn the S23 came in a reasonable size, not just Ultra ridiculous. My hands are small and women's pockets are not usually large. The camera and screen have excellent resolution. I'm glad the Bixby button is gone, I'm happy the power and volume buttons are on the same side. One thing that is annoying is the lock screen clock location cannot be moved. Everything except the clock location is customizable. It sits where the face of a person or a pet would naturally be in most photos. Obviously not a make it or break it issue, but annoying. I've had Samsung for years, and overall I love it.

Coming from using the S20 FE 5g phone I was a couple years behind, when I finally got the new s23 I was so impressed at how updated it was and all the features it has to offer. I think the thing I like most is all the ways I can personalize it with more and better options. The battery life is really good on it. I have a watch 5 and buds2 that I also love I had everything all linked up very easy with no issues. I feel like I went from stone age to new age. I will definitely be upgrading to one of the flips as soon as I can. I can honestly say that samsung has never steered me wrong ever, not even when I've had to resort to cheaper phones. Truly a huge samsung fan!

I just bought my brand new Galaxy S23 on February 7th and I am absolutely in love with it. It is the best smartphone I have ever owned...period. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy is such an amazing processor! The performance is so fast and buttery smooth thanks to the outstanding 120hz refresh rate of the vibrant AMOLED display. I love the fact that even though it is only a 1080p panel the 6.1 inch size of the screen means it has a density of 426p! Everything looks so clear and colorful. The cameras are also absolutely stunning especially the 50MP main camera and the 3X optical zoom telephoto lens. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this device at all!

I love this phone, I've had this phone for more than 3 months, and I can say that this phone is perfect. First: The display is a really incredible display, I've had another phone before this one, and I can say that this is one incredible display with vibrant colors, and fine detail. This display is perfect for everything, from movies to gaming, it's really good. Second: the chip it has, it has the newest Qualcomm chip, and this is really good because it means I can game using my Xbox or PC without lag. Third: the cameras. I love how good this phone is for photos and video, everything looks crystal clear and fine detail.

Seamless connectivity to multiple devices. Ease of use, with the ability to customize settings to your liking. I enjoy the processing speeds and the different capabilities with all the pre-installed apps. I've been a Galaxy user for over 10 years now and I have also tried Apple. I used the apple phone for less than 4 days and went right back to a Galaxy model. It's night and day for tech lovers and people who enjoy having control over their preferences with the use of daily apps and tools. I bought this phone a month ago, and what a decision i made! This phone is fabulous in many ways! The phone's feel is smooth and light, the color (phantom green) is wonderful, the phone usage is very smooth and the camera, my god, the photos they take are better than professional cameras! The best small sized phone there is! Just a minor con, the battery for the initial few days will be weak, but it strengthens the more you use it. I literally went out with 30% and came home at the EOD to find out i have 9% left! The battery after a while is insane! If you want an all rounder android phone, this is the phone for you!

One of the most important features right now is the 5G that ensures lightning fast internet speeds so I can manage my life online. I rely on it and use it for so many things daily from talking, texting, catching up on social media, playing music, games, work related functions and so much more. I am an amature photographer and love the features that allow you to take crisp 8k photos and videos and also the zoom feature as well. Really like this phone but I'm still getting used to it. So far I feel like my pictures lag the ones I took with my pixel. I like the pixel photo editing suite better. Also getting this phone going g was far more difficult than it needed to be. My Samsung account required multi factor authentication and insisted on sending the pins to the phone I was trying to set up. It gave no option to send it to my e.ail instead. Support was unsupportive. I had to use someone else's phone to set up the phone on their account and then was fully dependent on them to remove it from their account so I could add it to mine. Ridiculous.

I love the ability to use my finger print to open most of my apps. I do wish I could use it for more apps. I love the quality of my photos . I don't use some of the things I know my phone can do because I just haven't taken the time to learn. I don't use the pen but I've wanted to learn. Just knowing I can is very nice. I just find it to be extremely easy to use. There's really nothing I don't like about my phone. This is my 6th Samsung phone. My family uses another brand and has tried to get me to switch but I really like my Samsung phones. Everything electronic that I own is Samsung. I swear by this company.

The design is simple yet elegant, very clear and defined graphics, as well as the ability to make graphic images from pixels, from lens, from downloads as well as from fun apps, including some truly impressive apps found in the Galaxy Store that allow creative customization creation of wallpapers, themes, keyboards and other main attributes and functions. I upgrade every 2 years, my last phone was the S21. I'm on the best schedule for upgrades! It's not only faster, brighter, and seemlesly transitions, but the battery life is way better also. I've been with Samsung for years, and all my main electronics, (phone, tablet, laptop, and TV) are all Samsung. The ease of connectivity between them is flawless. Even transferring everything from my last phone to this one was the easiest I've ever dealt with. And every single piece of material transferred in 1 action, including all my phone settings like dark mode, home pages, app locations, just amazing. Keep it up Samsung! It's great that I don't have to charge my phone every night before bed. Especially love the screenshot feature. I take a lot of screenshots, and on previous smartphones always had to press my power and volume down buttons just right; the S23 comes with an icon that makes it so much easier. My only gripe with the phone is that "Do Not Disturb" doesn't eliminate ALL sounds. I set it to go on at bedtime, but system notifications still come through. Pretty annoying; have to set sound to vibrate, which kind of defeats DND option. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with storage capacity, battery life, and the phone in general.

There are certain features which I am still figuring out, as I am not a highly tech savvy person, but it works great and has some additional features than my last Samsung phone. One thing I am struggling is that the screen is left with a very small directions, while using GPS as the TOP, Bottom information and Speed icon covers a lot of screen area while driving and using GPS. I am sure there might be a way to make these icons small to have a better view of directions while using GPS. I don't think its a phone issue, but just thought of mentioning it. Thankyou for making a great product!

I love the fact that i don't have to put in my lock Code to use Google pay. My device can charge from any portable usb-c charger unlike the other top competitor brand users. This phone is very easy to use and don't have to download an app just to use something. Everything i need as far as apps is already on the phone. The camera and camera features are amazing. I can zoom in farther than before and i can erase anything out of the picture. This phone is just the best. Wayyyyy better than the other top device and i was a userof the other brand. I really appreciate the time and attention put into the making of this device. Cannot wait to see what Samsung will do next.

I love to use my device to take professional photographs of all kinds of things like airplanes, cities, people, landscapes, etc. I also love to use my device to play all kinds of video games that range from basic arcade games to top notch flight simulators. In addition, I love to use my device to watch TV shows and movies on streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu in Disney Plus. In addition once again, I also love to use my device to keep in touch with people via texting, calling and all forms of social media. There's literally nothing I don't use my phone for. I use it for studying weather, my banking, everything.

This phone has been excellent because my laptop is down I am able to keep up with my YouTube channel. Editing has been a breeze, the space on the phone has not been a problem. The pictures are crisp and all the options you have for video recording. The security features and productivity apps are also amazing. Overall this is one of the best phones that they have I'm also addicted to my stylus. I cannot use any phone without a stylus ever. I am diehard am team Samsung Galaxy. Lastly my advice is to take the time to read your manual and go to their YouTube channel if you have questions on how to work this phone. There are so many features I haven't even tapped into..

I love the motion features that make operating the phone easier, while maximizing the screen usage. I've owned a lot of phone and this phone has to be the most durable. There has been at least 2 situations where my phone would've been broken for sure if it were a different one. The biggest thing that save my phone was it alwarning me that there was moisture in the charging port. So it promptly told me to not charge phone while the notification was there and gave me steps to get the moisture out. Doesn't overheat often unless I'm using GPS, gaming and watching YouTube and that's if it's charging. Great for gaming also

I run an e-marketplace store or multiple platforms. My S23 is my most valuable tool and resource for running a business. I access and update all of my spreadsheets, email and direct message customers, take pictures, save and update listings, print shipping labels, and everything else i need to do all from my Samsung Phone. And there is plenty of internal storage for everything i need for my business as well as my personal use. I have been using Samsung phones for years and I love this phone. I will never fall off the wagon and go to Apple like everybody else. The ease of use to achieve complex things is unmatched.

I just recieve my brand new Samsung Galaxy S23 as a replacement for my s20+. I use my phone mostly for playing an AR geo-location game and also for streaming podcasts and videos. This phone perfectly fits my needs the size is perfect, not too big or too small, to fit in my pocket and walking around while playing my game when I just want to track steps. The step tracker seems to work better then the s20+. Also the fingerprint lock is much better then my previous phone. Overall this phone is much better at tracking steps and I feel like better with the security. And I am very pleased with my purchase of the S23

When I first got the phone I knew it was going to be great right off the bat it has really fast loading times on anything I try and use. Watching my shows or movies is bliss because it's such high quality. I play alot of Dragon Ball Legends and for alot of my previous phones it would heatup like crazy and drain the battery like no other but on this phone I can play for hours without even making a dent. I love samsumgs because of how durable they are in or out a case I've dropped mine plenty on times in and out of case barely a scratch. I love the addition of the Dolby audio thing and I can actually tell a difference when I use headphones. Definitely sticking with Samsung

The Samsung S23 is such a great phone! The camera alone makes it worth every penny! We recently took a vacation out west, and the photos I took with the S23 are amazing! The colors are so vibrant and clear! One of my favorite features is the "erase an object." There were several pictures where I easily removed a street light or stop sign or unknown bystander. It truly erased the unwanted objects as if they were never there! AMAZING! The phone also is super light and easy to carry around. The size is perfect for your pocket or a small space in a purse. I love this phone and am very happy with my purchase!

After all the ads from VZ about great phone deals, no big deals were really there. I upgraded from an S8 to the S23 and don't see much difference. As matter of fact, the S8 had an SD slot, the S23 has no capability. At least the Pixel comes with an adapter that let's you plug a flash drive into it without having to go and buy a new flash drive. 5G? I'm in the sticks. Places in 3rd world countries will get 5G before I do. I like having a phone without dings. Besides a higher monthly bill, that's about the only difference between my old S8 and this S23. Oh, and I had to buy a new case. Samsung found a way to make a phone with less stuff in a bigger format. Imagine that.

My Galaxy S23 is to me the perfect cell phone from how well it fits in my hands, to the crisp photos it takes, and the lightning quick response time, not to mention the sleek overall design. I use my Galaxy S23 daily to get my day started checking the weather & news, and catching up on social media & all my TV shows I may have missed. I also use it extensively to photograph the day, the week, the month, and the year, all of which is comprised of my so called life, all caught on a superb camera that captures the most memorable moments. I've had the S23 for about a month and a half and have been very pleased with it thus far. It feels well built and it has a great display, great battery life, and great cameras with nice features. Performance is really good too, although occasionally (not too often, maybe a handful of times a week as a light user) there will be momentary freezes/pauses or times when the screen doesn't load/display what it's supposed to but refreshing or reloading the screen/page will easily fix the issue prob at least 90% of the time. I wanted to upgrade to a phone that would be able to last and perform well for 5+ years and I'm pretty confident and hopeful that I will get that from the S23.

I use my phone for basic communication and workplace tasks. I can easily switch between personal communications and workplace tasks with the phone, beautifully presenting information and even spreadsheets and docs I need to work on and edit quickly on the go while seamlessly switching over to communicate forward. I like how easy it has been to adjust the settings to my liking, though it would be beneficial to add an easy-to-use interface that spreads certain settings across all sections of the device (e.g., notifications need to be disabled in three different places -- on the device, on the apps, and within the app dashboard on the device), these things should be streamlined.

I got my S23 on July 17th, so almost exactly a month ago, and I have zero complaints so far. The battery life is great, the camera and screen are phenomenal, and the software experience has been flawless. The combination of customizability and stability I've seen with this device is completely unmatched -- being able to tweak devices is very important to me, especially in regards to color schemes. Being able to automatically switch the entire pallete on almost every piece of software has made my life so much easier. The little things, like the snappy fingerprint sensor and responsive haptics, bring a delightful level of polish to an already powerful and smooth user experience.

I use this phone for everyday use, I am out on the road all day for work and need something reliable with good battery life. This phone fits the bill for that so far. My only complaint would be that the screen is smaller than my previous Galaxy phone, so it took some getting used to. I suppose maybe having a smaller phone is the new trend as the flip phones etc are back in style, however I preferred my bigger phone since I use it for so many tasks throughout the day, especially when I do not have access to my laptop most of the day. Overall, this is a great, solid phone from Samsung, everything I've come to expect from the Galaxy series - reliable, up to date and user friendly!

I've had this phone about 6 months or so. And it does everything that I need it to do and more. I'm the kind of person that has 20 applications open at 1 time, multitasking on a daily basis. I use it for work and for personal reasons. Reading emails, zoom and team's calls, etc... It's powerful enough to hold all my apps that I need for work without slowing down. I can't say enough great things about this phone. I upgraded from a S9+. The S9 used to overheat when using a lot of apps at once. This phone does not have that problem. But it does get really warm when using the Hotspot for a long period of time

I pre ordered this device upgrading from A32 5G replacement for my S9. I have had several previous S model Galaxy phones, as well as tablets and watches. And, as like the others, I was not disappointed in this new model. The ONLY issue that I have had is with the wifi. I don't know if it's the sensor in the hardware or something else, but if I am connected to a wifi network sometimes I have to disconnect it to be able to load things like pages on Chrome. As well as sometimes even having to turn the wifi off all together, not just disconnect it. But other than that minor issue I have zero complaints. :)

The S23 is primarily used for keeping track of emails and gig work. It also is able to play the latest mobile games, even the graphically intensive ones which is a huge plus as I am a gamer. The battery also lasts a long time on power saving, even when gaming. Charge it once overnight and its good all day with normal use. Also charges very quickly when used with high speed charging cables. The camera takes very high quality and clear pictures, even in night time scenes. In fact, I have used the camera as a "night vision" camera to see in pitch black basements and spaces on more than one occasion. The camera is able to enhance the lighting so I can see even when my eyes cannot.

This phone has been fantastic. After upgrading from my s10e (which I loved for form factor) it is night and day difference. The cameras are incredible for the price and beat out the iPhone 14 pro IMO. the screen is amazing. The build quality is fantastic, and its just a great looking phone. My favorite part, is actually the battery life. That's where the biggest improvement has come in so far. The battery on this thing will last me 16 hours+ with normal usage. Some days I will put it on the charger before bed, and its still at 40%. Night and day difference between this and the s10e. Highly recommend the standard model to anyone looking for the best price/preformance on the market

I have owned almost every single galaxy phone for the last 10 or more years. This one by far has been my favorite. I do some gaming on it which works great unless the Internet is choppy, than I switch off the wifi and it works perfect. I also do home inspections which require many photos. The camera is excellent even in low light. The only thing I don't enjoy about the phone is the volume button so close to the power button. I listen to music in my buds all day at work and reaching into my pocket to turn down the volume something takes a second or two to figure out the volume low vs power button. It's been a great phone and still as powerful as the day I got it. Highly recommend.

A phone with mediocre battery life - at least for me. Some nice new features for viewing email and other apps. The biggest issue is a "stuck" notification to unlock my Secure Folder (which I had on my Samsung Galaxy S10). The Secure Folder app on the new phone will NOT open so I can't install/deinstall/modify it. Worse than that, the information that was in my secure folder on the old phone has vanished into the ether. Why they put the volume control and power on/off buttons on the right side is a mystery to me. Most of the world's population is right handed, and having the buttons on the left side of the phone made it more difficult to accidentally press one of those buttons.

I traded up from the S21 that I loved to this S23. The phone is fast and the interface from Samsung with new features makes it even better. I'm not a big size phone kind of person, so my phones have been S7, S10 and S21 before this. I do require the 256 minimum for all though. I use it but store excessive photos and pic in Samsung, Google and One Drive clouds. Got a good case and screen protector, was again a bit disappointed that there was no charger with a new phone. But went and bought Samsungs new super fast charger, and I'm impressed on the fast speed of it with the S23. Overall I love this phone📱

I use my phone for various purposes, researching recipes, reading, streaming, and of course for gaming. The display features makes everything easy to see and when you combine that with the speaker it is even better. I'm a cook, so being able to look up new recipes to try without having to touch my phone because of Bixbys voice recognition is awesome. Playing games is a breeze as well, the processing speed is better than ever. The games run smoothly and never have any lag due to image size or detail. One of the best things is being able to connect all my accounts to my Samsung account and have it available on my phone, allowing me to keep track of everything I need day to day

The main reason I bought this phone was the good reviews regarding the cameras. Unfortunately, the main camera fails at taking good up close/macro shots. Now commonly referred to as "Banannagate". My device suffers from this issue. As an avid phone photographer, I'm really dissapointed that Samsung sold me a phone that obviously has a major flaw. No software updates are able to correct it. Likely requires different main camera hardware. The speaker is also far quieter than my previous device (Galaxy s9), making the speaker phone unusable in most environments. I'm considering switching to another device.

I'm big on apps, games, news, keeping connected with my children's information and school. My S23 helps me do all of that! I came from a Galaxy Note 9, and the only thing missing is my s23 was my beloved S pen. That's the missing star. I did EVERYTHING on my note 9. But I could not do any designing and writing on my s23, that I used to do on my note 9. So I had to buy a galaxy s7 tablet for that. Clearly I'm a galaxy girl. But I honestly think the only flaw at this point in the s23 is that the s pen should now be a standard part of the phone regardless of which version you get. Otherwise, LOVE my s23!

I mistakenly switched from an S21 Ultra 5g to a competitor 's device last year when my Galaxy was not performing as I felt I should. After 9 months of substandard performance and slow to no processing speeds, I finally returned to the Galaxy family, and cannot express how happy I am to bring back in the Galaxy family! The S23 is perfectly sized, although slightly smaller than it's big siblings, in screen size (this does not inhibit ease of use or accessibility) and irts ability to process actions at lightning speeds is uncompromied! It's intuitive and fully adapts to the user's needs. I'll never switch again, please forgive me for .my lapse in loyalty, it will never happen again!

First month I had the phone it overheated from listening to music for 3 and a half hours and melted one of my cameras. If I try to zoom to 3.0 it blurs, and if I zoom past that it distorts completely and turns red/orange. In all honesty it reminds me of an iphone. It has a significantly smaller screen than my Samsung i got 2 years ago, the s20 fe. If my boyfriend hadn't gotten it for me I 100000% wouldn't have purchased it for myself. Same battery life as the s20fe I had. Only pro is the screen is a little brighter, speakers are slightly louder and when my camera worked it took AMAZING photos.

I stream on my device, play games with my son (Roblox) as well as 1 player games such as Yahtzee, Solitaire and Mahjong. I keep track of my medications with MyTherapy and Injection Tracker, and keep an eye on my child's activity using Family Link. I also have my library's app and can check out books and magazines. And I love to take and share photos and other family documents, such as lists for planning a holiday get-together. I print recipes I want to try and I save money by getting cash back for my store receipts. I track my exercising and heartrate; even sleeping patterns! I look into my credit score and check my bank accounts.It's practically made my touchscreen laptop obsolete!

I use my phone mainly as a phone and camera also occasionally streaming TV shows. I wanted to be Wowed by this phone, but unfortunately I am not. I have a very hard time using it as a phone in my home as well as many other places due to the exceptionally poor service. Other than that I find very little difference between the S23 and my old reliable S9. I had hoped it would at least have great storage capacity, but that is also not what I got. I am not a gamer, do not keep work files on my phone or even much music. I do have quite a few photos but did delete lots of old family videos. I have had this phone less than 2 months and the storage is already half-full. I am disappointed.

My phone is helped me in my daily life through calender and samsung nite that helped me to write my taksks and reminder that even make it better to be more organised. The apps download is so easy and quick and browsuing to have your app by search bottom as well as the pen which make the using apps experience more fun and satisfying. If I would talk about my phone fantastic characteristics it would be foe ever because I'm in love with Galaxy phones and I only had Galaxy throughout my life time which are all made me satisfied one after one. Thank you Samsung for making our life different in better way.

Samsung, it's Engineers, it's partners and anyone else... Phenomenal smartphone devices hands-down! Thank you for not trying to do 1 similar thing Apple has done for years, and that's having to create a separate account besides having to use a Google account. I use my Galaxy smartphone, Samsung pay, Samsung Gallery, and Samsung Internet 50% of the time when Google decides to move slow. I absolutely LOVE the smartphone "themes", and being able to use the "NFC" Contact-less feature to enter my card #'s to store into Samsung Pay without having to do it manually besides the Security Code. But that feature blew me away instantly! Forever a Samsung Smartphone, Tablet, and Smart TV customer!

I bought this renewed, about a week ago. So far, I like it very much. It's a perfect size for me, but boy is it slippery. If you get this phone, be sure to buy a case that prevents slipping. Other than that, I have no complaints. The display is excellent, and the battery life is much much better than the Samsung I was replacing, a Galaxy S7 (from 2016). That one still works fine, but the power button is sort of half stuck in the case, and the battery life is dwindling. All in all, I've had very good luck with Samsung products over the years, and this phone seems like it will continue that record.

My last 3 phones have all been Samsung phones, and every one I have in the future will be one, too. Unlike Apples, they're simply better future-proofed. I can download updates without worrying if I have enough space. I've got plenty of storage for all of my games from Google Play, photos and videos from events and gatherings. I'm also pretty sure that this phone could survive abuse that competitors couldn't -- Numerous drops, bangs, bumps, and not so much as a pixel out of place or glass scratch. Simple, sturdy, great.. More enjoyment and reliability without the sweat or breaking the wallet.

I recently switch from an Apple phone and I don't regret it. I love this phone! The refresh rate is smooth, the performance is great, and the UI is easy to navigate. There are some features/benefits that android provides that you just can't find anywhere else. However, I do wish that Qualcomm AptX Lossless/Adaptive was included, especially since it uses a gen 2 SnapDragon chip- that being said, it's still an awesome audio experience. There are some slight bugs here and there, but overall, the UI is great. I do wish there was a slot for a microSD card, as the storage is not expandable. That's my biggest gripe though, as there's not a lot to complain about. I'd give this phone a solid 8.9/10.

Excellent screen, good camera, good battery performance after about a year of usage. Very good storage and has good features that aren't always usable but there it is they are very helpful. Samsung ability to translate text to english from othwr languages for instance has been helpful though not perfect. Only real problem I've had is when using Google maps, upon completion of a trip and powering of the phone it will enter a weird lock out state that usually requires a restart. Other than that great phone, with a very wife selection of apps and abilities thst you simply don't get with iPhone.

This phone is a company supplied S23. I personally have a S10+ that I've had for sevral years and I love it.. I'm a long time user of the Galaxy series phones starting with version 1. The comparisons will be between the two phones. The pros of the S23: better camara, 5G, better UI. The things that I dislike about the phone The volume buttons were moved to the right side Vs the left side as on my S10, Less confusing and easier to use when they were on the left, The deleation of the head phone jack and inability to add a memory card is a big negative for me. I use these two functions hence won't buy another phone with out them, Overall, I wouldn't purchase this phone. I'm happy with my S10+

I've had a Samsung device for 10 years and decided to try a different make when my contact was up this year and boy was that a mistake. I didn't realize how many features I loved were One UI specific features and not Android ones. I was so happy I was able to return my purchase and got the Galaxy S23, it's so lightweight and I love how vivid the colours are on display. Androids are already way more customizable than other phones and samsungs good lock app goes even beyond that. You can truly make your phone specific for you and how you want it, or just use it as is right out of the box, either way it's a great experience with a device that you will be holding, using, and looking at everyday.

I use my Samsung Galaxy 23 phone for personal and business. I have had my phone for about 3 years. I am most proud of its durability as I have dropped it numerous times, including on its face and I have not one crack in it. I also love the camera quality. It takes clear, crisp and easy to edit pictures, which is essential for my business as I sell handmade products online. My only dislike is reception and it may be a network issue but it seems like it has more dependency on wifi instead of the 5g. Again, it may be a network issue. Other than that, I will always be team Samsung Galaxy for life!

I use my device for almost everything, 98% of my time is on this device daily. This device gives me access to social media platforms where I access inspirational videos and contests to my liking. I love the font options in this device, the internet is perfect and the camera of this device gives me dope pictures and videos. I use whatsapp to communicate with my family back in Africa and the quality if internet and video calls in this device is extremely great. I enjoy using S23 and I believe everybody else who has this device can say the same. Thank you Samsung Galaxy for this amazing device.

First time buying from Samsung direct, the process was so easy, I used the online chat to ask a question before ordering and they were helpful. Shipping was fast and efficient. Samsung packaged my S23 and a stack of accessories very well. Setting up my new S23 was and transferring my data and settings over was a breeze. The phone is the best on the market so of course it works amazingly. I'll order from Samsung direct again for sure.

I use my phone of streaming and monitoring daily tasks. The battery usually lasts me about 12+ hrs streaming videos. I really like the extra dim feature. With my last phone I couldn't use it at night because the backlight would hurt my eyes. With the extra dim light my eyes doesn't bother me. I enjoy the camera. One of the reasons I bought this phone was because my cousin had the s22 and he was able to get a nice shot of the moon. With the s23 I can actually see it. The moon doesn't look like a dim sun or a light bulb. The maintenance mode makes me feel safe when handing my phone to others.

Upgrading from my previous model of Samsung S20 FE was a greally great decision in my opinion. I don't mind having the smaller screen size compared to the larger screen of the S23+ which more closely matched my previous model. The phone feels great in my hand and I don't have to strain myself to reach the top and bottom of the screen anymore. The camera quality and processing power are probably the most noteworthy features that this phone brings when compared to the previous models. I would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their phone from a previous model of S series galaxy phone.

I like the S23. Battery life is great for me - not a person who is on their phone all day but do use it a significant amount and I have plenty of battery left at the end of the day. Picture Quality is great. Connects easy with all my bluetooth devices. I was not when samsung bcame out with the protruding camera lens on the back of the phone, but with a case, the lens are recessed enough to provide protection. Without a case, the phone does not sit flat on a surface which is odd to me. The only issue I have had is with fingerprint biometrics. This phone cannot read my fingerprints. I've tried multiple fingers to no avail. I utlilize the alternative face recognition and pin so not a deal breaker

I recently upgraded from a S9 to a S23. The difference is 👏 amazing. I am a retired senior and found this device super user friendly. At 65 I am navigating new waters with technology, and the learning curve was very comfortable. It was easy to use. The battery lasts much, much longer and I play games on my phone for hours now that I'm retired. I also love to track my steps. Before I had to plug into a battery pack but the S23 only gets down to 85%, rarely requiring a charge. It is amazing. The quality of the pictures is clear and the editing options are amazing. I am able to erase images from pictures. It is great. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Samsung. Really. You've simplified my life.

It's my first time I'm using a flagship phone in my entire life and the experience is so far so good. The best thing that I like about my S23 is that it is super light weight and easy to handle in single hand. It's top notch in almost every aspect, be it the processor, day-to-day experience or camera. One concern I had with the phone before the purchase was the battery, however once I started using, it just blew my mind. It lasted for almost a full day with my regular usage which wasn't possible in my previous device which was much more bulkier than this. Overall a little genius I would say.
