I really love the form factor and the solid build quality of the Flip 5. I especially love the large external screen and ability to control parts of the phone's function without opening it. However, there are two things that kept this phone from being 5 out of 5 stars. 1. The crease in the inside screen is still extremely visible and is made more obvious when my finger slides across it. 2. Please make sure apps such as YouTube, Spotify, and other major streaming apps can seamlessly transition from interior screen to external screen when the phone is closed. At the moment, steaming apps are still prong to crashing when I close the phone.

I got this phone a month ago, and I can already see myself being very picky about this phone. The screen protector already has scratches on it, it's got a fine line in it that I can barely see but definitely feel. And the black hinges one the side with that little thing sticking out holding those elastic type things, is also very loose on the right side. BUT Overall the features this phone offers is absolutely amazing. The font cover having everything I need is perfect and the camera is amazing as well. Other than the folding giving me so pause because I'm not use to it, it's an amazing phone :) Ps. For women, IT FITS IN OUR POCKETS 😀

My Wife has been using the phone for a while, he only concern is not enough phone storage for pictures. We take lots of high quality pictures/videos and some of them are not in locations were cell service is available, so we run through the storage space pretty quickly. Lastly here only other concern is the phone seems to be coming apart in certain places along the edges, they are peeling up. Due to storage space primarily, and the phone peeling apart, she wants to change to an S24+ with more storage. The remaining features on the phone she likes, here favorite is the Family system. We always can keep tabs on our Son to make sure he is safe.

I absolutely love everything about my phone! It's super pretty 😍 very sleek and compact. I don't have to worry about it fitting into my pocket or falling out and hitting the floor anymore. Due to weather conditions in my area though I do go through screen protectors like crazy. They tend to freeze right on the fold and will crease. Still doesn't impact my admiration for this phone though. Charge time on this baby is awesome last an 8 hour shift with my brightness on. I love that I don't have to open my phone for everything, I can just look at messages, music ect. On the outer screen. Nothing bad with my experience of the phone! It's perfect💯

I use my phone mainly for listening to music, browsing the web, communicating with friends, family and some business associates. At first I was unsure of how I felt about the phone but that was only because I hadn't really began to use it yet. This phone is amazing in everyday. The ability to reply to texts from the outer screen and manage my music and calendar and use my timer is the best thing since sliced bread! Everything about this phone is smooth even down to how it feels to use the keyboard. I love love love it! It's fast and when it's folded shut its small enough to fit in my pocket. So glad I bought this phone im totally obsessed!!

I've always liked being an early adopter of ideas I believe in, and foldables hadn't showed me enough to be capable, until this! I love the design, the aesthetics, the softwares niches, all very solid. I wanted the flip to have a purpose to me, and I believe it does here. It's telling when despite foldables having been around for a few years, everybody wants to see this one when I pull it out because the cover screen is so cool. I don't like the fold, I like the flip. A less bulky phone while still having that screen real estate is awesome, the camera setup is super useful for my life, and I'm not sure if I'll want to go back in a few years.

I got this phone last August as an upgrade from the 4 and I have nothing but amazing things to brag about. First off, it fits in my purse/pockets like a charm. I find myself forgetting I even have my phone on me because it's so compact. The cover screen is great for letting my kids play with the camera lenses and take silly pictures. The only thing I don't like is the hinge. I'm super nervous that my cases (6) won't protect it from damage, but so far so good. I would definitely recommend this phone to my friends and family. It's small, compact, makes a statement whenever I pull it out, and everything I need in a phone as a mother of 4.

I love my Flip 5. It's such a cool and stylish phone that fits in my pocket and flips open to reveal a gorgeous screen. The camera is solid, the battery life is decent, and the performance is smooth. The best part is that I can fold it in half and use it as a mini laptop or a stand for watching videos. It's like having two devices in one. The only thing that I wish it had is DEX, the feature that lets you connect your phone to a monitor and use it as a desktop. That would make it perfect for working on the go. But even without DEX, the Samsung z flip 5 is a great phone that I would recommend to anyone who wants something different and fun.

I accepted you trade in offer last August 2023 to replace my Z-Flip 1 which after 8 month had a screen failure. You replaced the phone and that is why I jumped at your offer. I was extremely happy with the Z-Fip5 5g until I was greeted with an allmost totally black screen and no way of recovering any data or photos. I had no joy contacting Samsung and since we are travelling for the next 4 month does not help my situation. Had to purchase a replacement phone AO5s just to keep me connected. I would appreciate a personal contact from your company to help to sort out this issue. Kind regards from a very disappointed and frustrated customer

I mainly use my Galaxy Flip to watch YouTube videos & listen to podcasts, but I also do a fair amount of gaming, just less than I used to. I appreciate the controls for what I'm playing on the smaller screen without having to open the phone. I am also a geek and think the flip screen is cool, I fall for gimmicks all the time. I do wish the screen was a little bigger. I also found myself hating the inset screen when gaming. I run into the bumped edge frequently and it's just a tad disruptive in movement. The screen also seems to be an unusual size for games where there's a little extra long ways, but that doesn't affect anything. Galaxy AI.

The phone is pretty nice. You can flip open with one hand. The size when you fold is what makes it. If you want a smaller phone in your pocket but bigger screen this is the way to go. It could use a little better battery life, the screen isn't full unless you click some settings when playing certain games or on some streaming devices. All these are nice to have but you are buying this phone for the size. If you want all the other perks get a S24 Ultra. One callout l, if you buy a phone through somewhere else then get Samsung insurance they are very particular about what pics/video you send in and it can be very frustrating and tideous to get it.

This phone is more form than function. I didn't like that the screen crease (where the phone folds) is so obvious, which is distracting to me. It gives the phone a low quality look and feel. While yes, you'd be able to make sure of most functions of the phone from the outer screen (when folded) - but why? The screen is so small. I find that I have to flip the phone open to use my phone almost all the time, which I eventually realized is quite inconvenient for me. Aside from the visual wow factor of it folding, I didn't like anything else about the phone. I'll check out what's next for the Galaxy S Series, if it's worth the upgrade from my S21+.

This is an incredible device, but 1 major flaw. The built-in screen protector is horrible. Not even a month after I got a free replacement screen protector under warranty, my screen protector is coming up at the hinge, again. I am very careful with my phone, have never dropped it, and have a protection case on my flip 5. Other than the major flaw, it is my favorite device. I've had all the S series. The AI features are fun to play around with. I love the small footprint of this device that allows me to store it easily. Hopefully, Samsung can come up with a solution for the next z flip, or I may have to reluctantly go back to the S series.

This particular phone is an impressive solution not only to being able to carry it in your pocket free of worry, but also of the problems that seemed to be fairly wide-spread amongst the first generation of the Galaxy Z Flip phone. My wife bought the first generation model, and within less than a month, she had segments if the display that stopped working for no tangible reason. I have had this phone for well over a year, and use it almost constantly. Despite using it every day, everywhere I go, it works perfectly just as the day I bought it. I would definitely recommend it to friends, family, or anyone else who asks my opinion on it.

Although other first few iterations were rocky the fifth generation of the flip has finally nailed it. It’s able to flip over 10,000 times and durably tested by Samsung® and has been thoroughly engineered to excellence. The screen quality is superior even when it’s unfolded you cannot see the crease, which is the biggest win. The screen itself is actually bigger than most smart phones, but yet it can fold to a compact and convenient clamshell design. The outer screen size increase is really what stands out to me here. It’s way more user-friendly than any previous version and it just makes you want to use the phone by , just looking at it.

The smartphones are becoming very boring with same design every year with minor updates. But Z flip5 changed everything. The major game changer and exciting feature is the cover screen. The ability to run full apps on the coverscreen is just incredible. This reduces the screen time to a huge extent. Cover screen makes using the phone very exciting. For most of the day today tasks, cover screen adds a different perspective to how we should be using our phones. Since we do not use the full screen for most of the tasks, it also increases the battery life of the device. This makes the ZFlip5 the most exciting smartphone since the original iPhone.

Love the concept and the cpu's the phone has to offer for a gamer like me it runs smooth but the flaws lay in the design of the phone for the folding it up and putting it in my pocket wasn't prepared for the duties of My everyday life it wore a crease in the middle pretty quick with made the touch feature of the phone start to decline and getting a new screen wasn't in my pay grade as I was still paying the phone off from a loan and some how the insurance didn't cover it since really it wasn't broken but all in all I liked the phone and would get again just learned from my mistakes or Is it that yall will learn from customer experience..

Two weeks and the phone is a keeper, screen vivid with vibrant coulours, The front screen is usefull for quick looks at messages and notficatios ,don't worry about running full apps. I downloaded Good lock and still find myself opening the phone, just feels right.For selfe unkies this is not the phone for you, as for sound quality I find the speakers a little wanting so Samsung take note. I love the compact form and the phones portability can't be beat, one last note on the screen I think some small improvements with its creasing is still required. So Samsung Flip 6 needs a better camera ,sound and you will have an unbeatable product.

The new Samsung z flip and fold series is truly a gamechanger Samsung has finally made phones fun again and distinct from every other candy bar on the market. They started bringing down the prices of the new foldable series and keep upgrading them and providing support and updates for the older models. You cannot go wrong with buying the new z series of phones. I am able to use my fold for work when I need a bigger canvas to get more work done. On the weekends I use my z flip to disconnect from the world. Once I close the phone I can focus on the world around me and enjoy everything going on. Would recommend either the z flip or z fold

I use my flip5 as a mini computer. I watch YouTube TV, netflix, youtube, and pay my bills on this device. I'm a GenX who had a flip phone that of course didn't have the capability of what the new phones can do. The primary reason I love this phone is the size. I like traveling light by having the bare necessities and this phone is one of them. I had the flip 3 & 4. The is by far my best phone. I use to be in cellphone ecosystem. Switching was the best move because of the variety of phones offered (flip, fold,ect.). I am looking forward to continued the phone getting better and better. Upgraded from a Flip 3, which I loved. I found the Flip 5 to have a lower build quality. In particular there was a screen flaw in the upper black bar area that I failed to notice immediately after delivery so I'm stuck with it. That standard Samsung flip fake leather casebis also less quality over the case Samsumg offered for my Flip 3. Overall, I like the flip form factor and the crease doesn't bother me. I use my phone extensively so it is sturdy, but the fact it came with a build defect and my carrier left me hanging has made me realize that it is better to hold off and not buy at launch so that any build issues are resolved.

I've had my Galaxy Flip 5 for a few months now. At first, I was not sure how I felt about having to flip open the phone each time to view emails, or navigate the web but now I have become accustom to it and also I love the fact I can see everything on the front screen and don't even need to flip the phone open at times. I also thought the fold crease was going to bother me but you just get used to it and forget it's even there. Being a guy, the best feature of this phone to me is the compactness of it. It is smaller than my wallet and easily fits into my pocket. I don't think I will ever go back to a traditional "brick" phone again!

I was excited to get this phone. The size of it was great, the usefulness of the front screen was fabulous. The folding feature was perfect for pictures. I just really enjoyed it. However…it didn’t charge on the Tesla wireless charger, the pictures weren’t as good as the S Series and, more importantly, a friend’s cracked at the fold. That made me nervous so I reluctantly returned it while I could and went for the S23. Perhaps Samsung might consider a flip phone that has 2 separate screens. It wouldn’t be a visual problem after a day or so and would alleviate the concern of breaking at the seam as has happened with the continuous screen.

I am in love with the samsung galaxy flip 5, I got the lavender color. It's beautiful, and my most user device. The operating system is perfect, the camera quality is outstanding and all the apps and features are all superior to some of my previous phones. I love the flip especially because it fits perfectly in my hands. The new outer full screen is super handy I find myself using it more and more. I love how using video chat I can be hands free and have the phone sitting there at an angle and the camera is following my every move which is pretty nifty. I've now contributed to many family and friends getting on this nostalgic flip phone necessity.

I've really been enjoying my Z Flip 5 ever since I got it at launch and it's a really fun device to use, especially after using an iPhone for the past 10 years. However, it does fall short in some places. Camera is fine, but definitely below par for a device in this price range. Cover screen apps require extra fiddling while the competition just works out of box. The lack of Samsung Dex is definitely something that feels like a bad move on the part of Samsung. Though I love my Z Flip 5, unless Samsung improves on these points in their next generation, I might go to the competition instead for my next device (most notably Motorola)

Perfect phone for me. It's small enough on my hand. I can put it in my back pocket jeans and my tiny bag. I like all the great features especially the big screen on the front which I can easily connect to my favorite apps. I can answer my text without opening the phone and watch my favorite shows and take selfies. I love all the special effects they added into it. My picture comes out really good. I can make and aswer phone calls without opening it. It has a faster processing system. The color is a lot better than the zflip 4. I get a lot of compliments about my Galaxy Zflip5 phone. I'm a proud owner of this phone. I love it! Perfect!

Traded my Google Pixel 7 for the Flip 5nas I have been a Samsung guy for over a decade now, and glad I did. Love the ability to fold the phone in half and put in it my pocket without being afraid to Crack my screen. As for the overall phone experience, it's Samsung!!! Can't go wrong!!! Cool that I don't have to open the Phone to see texts or messages. The only thing that worries me about this phone is the screen. It creases after about 20 times opening and closing the phone. How long or will the screen give way and then I'm stuck with a brick? Overall happy with the phone at this time and hopefully for years to come with no issues!

This phone is just great, and it's small size when folded up is perfect to fit into any pocket. It's got good battery life, great camera colour accuracy, bright display even during a sunny afternoon, silky smooth 120Hz refresh, great speaker quality, and consistent performance when doing everyday tasks. All of this in a phone that looks great, feels solid in the hand, is small enough for me to use one handed, and lets me do quick tasks without requiring me to open it up through the much improved cover screen. It does everything I want it to with ease, but what I want in a phone isn't what other people might want, so I can't recommend it to everyone.

I like the compactness of the phone when folded. Easy to keep up with in jackets, jeans, etc. I like the photos I take especially when folded as selfies. It's so much easier than the slab phones. I do wish the outer glass area had more features available. Almost duplicating they inside. Maybe a Samsung game that can be played on the outside screen will encourage more people to use that screen. Screen covers have been an issue. They tend to tear at the edge. And my first screen had an issue at the fold. Now I'm having an issue on the top half left side. Otherwise I like the phone. Might be interested in future flips... in time.

My Galaxy Flip5 phone is the best phone I owned so far. The Galaxy AI feature is awesome when using the phone. With generative edit, tap the Galaxy AI icon in the Samsung Gallery in order to remove, enlarge, and delete parts of the image. You can also utilize Browsing Assist through the Galaxy AI feature for a browsing boost. It helps translate pages and summarizes articles for the user's easy understanding. I love the cover screen availability of the Flip5. You can customize this screen to use your calendar, phone, weather, gallery, messages, and YouTube apps without opening the phone. I love this phone and can't recommend it enough.

I pretty much use my flip 5 for everything. Work, zoom streaming, social media, and consuming video content. I did not expect a noticeable difference from last year's Z-flip 4 but the device is definitely an upgrade. The coverscreen has added a whole new dimension and created a new realm of usability. The cover screen not only is quite convenient but it also feels finished and not like a rush to market gimmick. It's also nice as I have to carry two phones all the time, it's small form factor fits my pocket without any problems. I would recommend this device to anyone. I do wish it had dex but that's a small trade off for its overall convenience.

As a freal photographer In the field , I highly encourage anyone who takes their photography seriously to purchase this phone. It is compact where it will make no sense to not bring your real DSLR with you. I used to travel with 2 phones and camera from time to time. Using the "traditional" bar shaped phone will make you say well I won't take my real camera with me because I have my phone with me but trust me it's not the same. I enjoy how slim it is , with duel Sim and this is the best phone where it can show a statment with minimal effort. It's definitely a wow factor phone. Stand out from the common phone trends and upgrade your individually.

Llevo un mes utilizándolo y ya he tenido varios problemas; el primero que noté fue que la pantalla táctil no funciona como debería, se sale de las selecciones, entra a lugares donde no debe, escribe mal los mensajes, etc. Después por tener contacto bastante delicado con la esquina donde está el doblez comenzó a parpadear la pantalla de abajo, pensé que ya no funcionaría más aunque por suerte volvió a su estado normal, pero por momentos ésta comienza a fallar. Se calienta y es bastante lento. Si pagas este precio por un celular me parece que no vale la pena en absoluto, no me imagino si seguirá funcionando dentro de un mes o más tiempo

After using the fold 3 5G for a couple years it just felt to heavy in pockets and when you're out in public it's not discreet. The opposite can be said about the Z Flip 5 although I still get the occasional stares when I flip my phone open (which is a plus) it's still private enough that I don't have to worry about people peeking over to see what I'm doing unlike the fold. Plus the new cover screen is the greatest Feature to come to a phone in my opinion. It's small and compact form is great, I love pulling out my phone real quick and answer quick messages. Overall love this phone so far can't think of how Samsung could improve on this awesome device!

El móvil está bien en líneas generales, yo mantendría el tamaño de pantalla en 16:9, lo haría más pocket y no se verían tan raro los vídeos, aunque iría en detrimento de la pantalla exterior, de ahí que entiendo que se pasará a 22:9, los 120hz de refresco se comen la batería, deberían buscar solución para aumentar la capacidad de la misma. El apartado fotográfico cumple bastante bien y las demás funcionalidades lo mismo. La pantalla exterior es una maravilla, facilita mucho la no apertura del terminal, aunque deberían ser nativas más aplicaciones, no tener que tirar de herramienta externa, aunque propia de Samsung, es algo extraño.

Between the ability to access my phone on the pc, wireless charge, photos, ability to connect to multiple Bluetooth devices, etc. I love thus phone. The battery life is phenomenal. It takes amazing pictures. Syncing with my home devices is relentless. All around it's highly recommended. I currently have it on Mint Mobile. I also have the galaxy watch 4. Being able to have all my notifications even when I set my phone down is amazing. I can have it charging and still view notifications and text. Overall I give this phone a 8 out of 10. The only dislike is the zoom on the camera. I want to take a picture of the moon or deer in my yard. It's all blurry.

Traded previous Flip 4 for this new Flip 5. Pro: Much better design that previous ones. Love the front screen and the apps you can use like You Tube, Netflix, Contacts, ect without having to open the phone. Battery life much , much better. Sound: Improved by it could be even more refined. Size: Large compare to the competition. Easy to carry and conceal in your pockets. Cons: Still the line in the screen when you have it open. It seems that the screen protector will leave the screen in the near future like it happened to the previous Flip 4. I enjoy the phone but I will eventually trade it for the new Fold when possible. Better than the Razor for sure.

I am enjoying this phone. It took me a while to get used to the fold on the screen because it is very visible and indented to the touch but with time it stopped bothering me. I know there are a lot of features that I don't use that are pretty nice. My only complaint is the camera. My old phone was an older note+ and although the sales man said it would be the same quality if not a little better, it is not. The camera doesn't zoom much and the clarity just isn't great. I do like being able to stand it up for photos when I don't have someone to take a shot of a group. Great for a little work phone without being much of a photographer.

i can't go back! sold on the form factor alone. The only draw back is battery, but I've seen a big improvement over the zflip 4. It's the cutest phone for.women, fits in small back pockets, you can get cases that basically make it like a purse, it's easy to store in an existing purse, you can hold it with your keys on your ring finger with the ring cases if you don't have pockets or a bag. I don't think I'd ever be able to go back to a none folding phone after this. Oh, and the selfie functionality on the front cover is perfect for nights out and a fun conversation starter. Makes amazing selfish and group selfish. Never had an issue

This phone is essential for my daily life. One of the things I love is that it folds up and you can carry it with you without taking up so much room. The camera is great, the screen is sharp, and the battery life is decent but the fast charging makes up for that. The new software update bringing galaxy Ai to this phone has changed how I use it. I study my professors PowerPoints on this phone and when I need to look up a word, term, or picture the galaxy AI comes in handy to look up everything without having to leave the app. Honestly I'm excited for what else this phone can do. Only request is please bring DEX to the flip! That would make it perfect!!!!

To start, I love the zflip 5. It seems like they have fixed the creasing issue with the fold line. I do miss the extreme quality of the photos and videos that I had on my Samsung Ultra S22, but they're decent on the flip. They flip is awesome for the tiny pockets (or no pockets) that us ladies are given. I also love that I don't have to worry about the screen getting scratched in my purse. The only pretty annoying thing I've found, that I've experienced only on Instagram so far, is that the phone is slightly thinner than most, and it doesn't seem to display all of the words sometimes, it basically "runs off the page". Other than that, I love it!

I use my phone for everything. The zflip5 is my everyday phone. It can do it all. I get compliments on my phone all the time. I had the zflip4, so I can definitely see the improvements on this device. The screen is better. I love being able to text from the front screen when my phone is folded. I'm able to many things like switching songs, looking at my calendar, and taking pictures. I love how my device fits everywhere. I don't see myself going back to regular cellphones. I mainly watch videos and play games on my phone. I love that the battery life is amazing. I use it all day and I don't have to charge it the 8 hrs I'm at work. It's rare if I do.

I'm inside this device all day, and all night long. News, YouTube, multiple health monitoring programs, Shopping, Mail, Banking! The list goes on. If the Flip 5 isn't charging - in use, it's in use discharging! I monitor my sleep, I meditate, I listen to podcasts and books - lots of books! I have to remind myself I have tablets, laptops, game systems, and desktops. Even 55 inch flat screens, and yet, the Flip 5, a tiny device I carry in my pocket hogs my workspace. Voice ops, and blue tooth ears make everything possible. Rotating to landscape is huge. If you haven't, you don't know. If you know, you have one.

Oftentimes, points are built for one kind of user.. you either comply or struggle. This phone is so personal.. the multiple, easy-to-access menus for customizable types of actions, areas that learn what apps you frequent most and put them in a first position.. it's awesome. The flip means I can fold it up, put it in my front pocket AND sit down. Or I can watch videos with it tilted up on my desk, and the controls change on the base screen so it's easy to skip, pause, etc. or I can even watch those videos on the front cover. I get tons of comments because people are intrigued by how different it is and clearly The People want change. This one's it for me.

So I was leery in upgrading from the Samsung Flip4 to the Flip5 and I was reviewing hardware specs with not seeing a huge performance gains. The migration was simple for the most part (minus having to re-authenticate all apps). As I started using it, I have found the side buttons have been more accurate in the response and loving the new options with the split screen and camera. The larger back screen and it's new capabilities has really sold me to "is this phone worth the up grade". I also hardly even notice the center screen fold, it's super smooth. Why I love this phone is because of it's pocket size. No more bulky pockets!

vengo probando las 3 últimas generaciones de este modelo y podría decir que lo único que lo aleja de la perfección es una batería insuficiente y una carga rápida que no lo es. soy un usuario avanzado y necesariamente tengo que cargar la batería a mediodía para poder llegar al final del día. dicho esto el rendimiento es excelente y su diseño sensacional. .. sorprendente lo mucho que ha mejorado en estos aspectos. en cuanto al software no tiene rival aunque sí hecho en falta la opción de poder deslizar el dedo en el lector de huellas para ver las notificaciones o deslizar la cuadrícula de aplicaciones como una lista, opciones que antes estaban disponibles.

El ZFlip5 es lo que buscaba, una pantalla grande ( casi igual de largo aunque más angosta que el note8) pero que me cabiera en los pantalones sin hacer bulto e incomodar, tiene muchas cosas por mejorar, la bater6 por ejemplo,.de.momento y creo lo que podrían ir haciendo es aumentar las AOD para pantalla exterior, el rendimiento de momento es bueno para un uso.normsl del.movil, teniendo en cuenta que yo ya.no tengo tablet y uso el móvil para todo: fotos, música, correos, leer noticias, trámites bancarios o administrativos, etc

Love the look of the phone and flip is great but software is very frustrating. Help desk are hopeless 😔 issues with temporary mute. Issues with email. Certain saved samsung old ringtone etc won't work on new phone even after downloading. I like the feel of the phone. The flip thus far is great. I'm a long time samsung user and this is the first time I'm disappointed with my upgrade. I'd still be with my A8 2018 but it ran out of space even with a 132GB SD card for all my photos etc but apps took up too much space. This flip5 is huge 512GB so that is not an issue. I feel that integration with some previous apps I used now pose problems so it is a software problem not a hardware problem.

Recently traded in a Flip 4 for the 5 and although I loved the 4, this latest iteration is a considerably better phone. The hinge (it now folds flat), feel, look and performance has improved and of course the elephant in the room: the front screen! It's gorgeous and super useful. I now often text without opening the screen and control music or podcasts there too. In fact with an additional app most all apps can be used up front. That's a hint Samsung... In any case what a refreshing design amongst so many different brands that essentially produce the same thing: a boring flat bar with oh that's right a better camera than last years. Inovate on Samsung!

I have been an apple user for a very long time and went from an iphone 14 pro max to the newest flip. In general, I love it. This phone screen and canera are amazing. Still getting use to the battery adaptability and the android system but so far amazing. I love the out screen which allows me to not only have a glamce at my notifications but also let's me answer them and access different apps making it easier to play with the out screen. The widjets and personalization of the phone are amazing and the gaming options are out of this world. I would definitely recommend it to any person that wants to try something new and different.

This was my very first flip phone and I have absolutely loved it. I am in love with the cover screen and using it in convenient times. I'm able to send out quick messages and set up my GPS. The screen looks so crisp and beautiful and I can't get over it. My favorite feature of this phone is the ability to filp the phone to answer a call, it just make you feel so..... i don't even know how to describe it, you just got to feel it. My only complaint about this phone is the battery. I wish the phone not only lasted longer, but I also wish that it charged quicker as well. Overall I love this phone and I would definitely recommend it.

This phone is quite the beast! I'm mainly a social media user and consumer and it can definitely keep up with multi window interactions with practically no lag! Customization is always amazing on Android and Samsung ui is quite clean, didn't need to change much. Not a huge gamer but the few games I do play run lime butter. Also the screen look amazing in the sun and outdoors. Very vibrant and easy to view. Love the new bigger outter screen that allows me to stay focused when just doing simple replies and weather checks. Can't wait to see what amazing things samsung comes out with to implement more interactions on the fold screen!

Móvil perfecto si lo que buscas es un tamaño compacto con grandes prestaciones (algunas, como las cámaras o la batería, limitadas por su propia esencia plegable). Si lo que buscas es cámaras excepcionales y batería de larga duración, entre otras cosas, mejor que optes por un móvil no plegable. Para mi es sensacional, ya que lo que buscaba era que fuera compacto y que lo puediera guardar en cualquier bolsillo o bolso sin problemas, sabiendo de antemano sus otras limitaciones y que este terminal exige más mantenimiento y cuidados que uno no plegable. La única cosa que está por ver en el futuro es su durabilidad, habrá que esperar.

I love your flip phones. This is how much I love you flip phones. I work for a demolition company. In the past 8 months I have gone through five different flip phones. I have destroyed them hurt them broke them with heavy equipment not because they're unable to take it .Even though they tried. I continue to come back and buy a flip phone every time I love them I love my flip phone five most of all. It was so easy to use even after I smashed the front screen The back screen still worked and I can still communicate. Through the menus. I absolutely love your flip phones I've had a three four and a 5 and I will continue to buy them.

I really like the ability to close it and just put it in my pocket but I wish there were more information up front on how to do things like talking on the phone and closing the phone without ending the call. I understand you can do some searches on line to find things like that but I shouldn't have to go searching for things like that. All information in regards to set up and operation should be provided up front. I have also had some issues where the phone will not send texts or make calls. Found out I have to go into setti gs and reset the phones connections. Then I have to go around resetting my wifi access, Bluetooth access to vehicles....just a pain.

I haven't had a flip phone since 2004. When they came out on Samsung i was skeptical so I waited for them to go thru their phases. Which I can now say, these are perfect. I don't take pictures as much but this phone takes pretty ok pics. It fits perfectly in my pocket, and I can even forego case but without it it's very slippery. Like the phone will fall out if not handled carefully. Overall the phone is great, amazing connectivity, fluid motions. Haven't had a single problem with it. Ok wait I guess the battery life isn't great but I have it in max resolution and I'm basically on it the whole time so yeah. The phone is amazing.

I've never owned a Samsung until now, and I'm glad I made the switch. For starters, this Samsung is so nostaolgic and actually reminds me of the old school Motorola flip phones. The Samsung features on this phone are so much easier to access and use compared to my old iPhone. I thought I was going to regret getting the new Galaxy ZFlip Phone, however it's the best phone I've ever owned so far! Extremely surprised with the amazing camera quality, as well as how far the camera is able to zoom in. If you want a smart phone that will actually run smoothly and have fast data, while being able to fit perfectly into your pocket, I definitely recommend this phone.

I've had this phone since February 2024 and I have been constantly falling in love with this phone. Despite the constant anxiety of the inner screen, most cases are perfect for protecting the whole phone including hinge and cover screen. Speaking of which, the Cover Screen offers a variety of amazing features that should be improved upon with more apps and utilities added and optimized for a small screen also keeping in mind of cases and variety of finger sizes. The Good Lock applications really bring this device to its fullest glory being able to customize it to be a showcase to tech lovers and the like everywhere I go

I've had this for almost year now. Something that I like a lot about this is the front screen. I can see my custom wallpaper, my GPS, youtube,and I can answer the phone from this screen without opening it up. I like that about this. But when I using that screen, it doesn't always stay on so I can see what's showing on it. Only GPS stays on. The other thing is, I like my phone to be open when I'm using my GPS. I can't always do that. Over all I do like my phone ZFold 5, it's always a conversation piece. I dont know if I'll get one again. Maybe... I like that it's compact to. It's also very durable. I've had no real big issues.

Very nice phone. Love how convenient the design is and how it turns into a foldable TV. The Camera is awesome and clear with every picture. The new features make it very worth it and I'm really just waiting for the next one that comes after this phone. I've always been a Samsung fan but this just takes the cake. I would recommend this phone to anybody looking for a truly amazing design, great camera, and something that's different. I'm so glad I chose to purchase this phone and not to mention the lovely Samsung watch that pairs to the fold. It just doesn't get better than this right now And when it does the next model will be here and hopefully so will I.

I use it for everything but primarily phone calls for my business and family. I do occasionally play a game but nothing serious. I purchased the phone because carrying my note in my belt holster was a pain due to the size. This phone has been great, easy to use, fast processing, everything my note had (except the pen) in a foldable package. The only issue is that the screen at times seems less responsive and I find myself having to click 2 or 3 times in certain spots. I am not sure if this is 100% the phone or if it is slow connectivity but its new since I've owned this device. The good far outweighs the bad, I am very happy I gave the Z Flip 5 a shot.

I tend to use my new Flip 5 with gaming, some streaming, but for personal use. I enjoy how small the phone is, and for me coming from the Fold 3, the screen crease has become less pronounced - a good thing! I also enjoy that although you jlhave to be a bit of a power user, it's rather easy to set apps up to be used on the main screen - great for directions, checking news or weather, and keeping up with notifications and chats. You can also run full screen apps and games, but I admit due to the front panel size, that is less than ideal. Overall, if you're looking for the full-size phone experience with a small form factor, the Flip 5 really can't be beat!

I bought this a month back as a reward for finishing the school year and man has it been a ride Such a joy using this device and despite what people told me before buying it, trying to discourage me from doing so, that the cover screen was just some gimmick that I won't be using in the future but I have been doing so consistently: to check my hair before a picture, to take actual selfies, set timers, message someone quickly, etc. I have come to love this new innovation and has actually been a great conversation starter with people seeing me use it in public, so it was a sort of launchpad for making more friends and getting to know new and interesting people.

Unfortunately I sold this phone even though I Love it. The main Issues was for me the bettery. I wished if the bettery could give more. That time I decided to let go my Galaxy S23 Ultra, and to welcome the flip 5. I hade the basic 8GB Ram, green mint color. All over the design and the mechanism 10/10, The compact design, really people need to have this device in their hands to approach it. I really like it but I decided to let go of the device and thats because of the battery. *I wish samsung if you could increase the battery, and the front screen to become more wider or the device to be come a bit more wider, then will have thw device of the year for sure.

Después de casi un mes, creo que me costaría volver a los móviles tradicionales. Me encanta este móvil, su diseño, su peso y forma hacen que para los que lo llevamos en el bolsillo del pantalón sea muy cómodo y no moleste, incluso en el bolsillo de la camisa va perfecto. No se nota el pliegue para nada. Sobre sus prestaciones tiene un brillo espectacular y destaca su rapidez en gestionar aplicaciones. Como puntos de mejora, el zoom hace su cometido pero nada más y mi punto a mejorar , sin duda la batería, que tiene una duración de 15 horas máximo usándolo con frecuencia durante el día. Con esa mejora, le daría 5 estrellas. Sin duda lo volvería a comprar.

I use my phone for work and day to day. The battery is strong enough to last all day and being able to tilt my phone makes web meetings a breeze. I used to have to carry a phone holder or find something to prop it up every time. Now, I just fold the phone and join the calls. The camera is amazing. My favorite feature is being able to quickly get the camera while it's folded and being able to see the selfies always sparks conversations about my phone. During downtime on my lunch breaks. I often watch YouTube videos and being able to prop the phone open while listening to the video through my Galaxy Buds is super convenient.

I use my flip 5 to manage the caregiving of my parents. Being able to answer calls without having to open the phone is a bonus. Having favorite contacts on the cover allows me quick access to doctors and other health facilities. The size of the flip 5, I can toss it in my pocket and carry it with me every where I go and don't have to worry about it falling it out. The camera is great with being able to flip the phone and set it on just about any surface. Selfies and videos capturing priceless memories are easy and fun. I have a left hand with 5 fingers, a right with 5 fingers and a flip 5. My flip 5 is like the third hand I need to make my life easier.

The Zflip 5 is a nice compact phone that truly shines just as much and any other phone. The battery life has been incredibly reliable and lasts me all day long. The convenience of this phone is not to be understated. The ability to check my notifications, weather, control music, and even send texts and make calls all without opening the phone is just a few examples of the convenience the Zflip 5 offers. The compact size of the Zflip 5 when it is folded was another selling point for me. It feels much less intrusive when I pocket it than a standard phone does. Honestly, so long as samsung continues the zflip line, it will be my go to phone every time I upgrade.

Blazing fast, screen looks as good as any galaxy I've owned. Previously had the s22 Ultra. Love the front display. Only two things that held me back from a 5 star. Not a fan of the fingerprint sensor on the power button. With a case it's not quite as nice as in the screen. 2nd, as great as the new outer display is, can't control music, spotify, etc... without unlocking the phone vs the s22 where I could pause, forward or back, with the lock still engaged. Minor thing, but as I use spotify a bunch it's a bit disappointing. Hopefully with updates the front display gets more widget, app options, and will easily get that 5 star.

I have been reluctant to go for a flip mainly due to some pretty midioker reviews. I'm happy to say this was a mistake. The Z Flip 5 is an excellent choice for most normal smartphone users. I did have an Samsung E700 back in the day and absolutely loved the convenience of the flip format. That being said the functionality of the Z flip5 goes way beyond expectations. I also have an S23 Ultra and this phone does almost everything it does. Sure the camera is not as good, and the battery is a little limited for heavy users. I found them more than good enough me. The Z Flip5 is simply another brilliant galaxy device with the convenient form factor of a flip phone.

I got flip 5 and my wife got fold 5. They are our first foldable phones. My main point in moving to foldable was a carrying size. Generally happy. Battery lasts for 2 days for me, but I’m not a heavy user. Simplicity over fold 5 is too obvious. Cameras, tech are more advanced on fold. It doesn’t too matter to me. Would love to have more options to use external screen. Therefore 4 stars. Hope to get this option in a future updates. Apart of it it’s a great device if carrying size is most valuable point for you. For advanced and tech users (as I used to be) I would advise go to fold 5. This one is a cool gadget to have and use.

I've had the flip3 for 2 years and it was the best phone I ever had. When I saw the flip5 with a bigger cover screen I knew I had to upgrade! The new software as well as the new galaxy AI for real time translations is incredible and a great step forward when it comes to traveling! And it's waterproof and dust proof. I'd say there isn't the biggest difference in quality as well as difference in the phone itself other then small upgrades here and there but, I appreciate it because it stayed familiar so it didn't feel like I had to relearn a whole new phone. Over all I throughly have enjoyed the flip series since it came out and can't wait to see how far it goes.

the improvements are outstanding with the Snapdragon 8 Gen to gives you excellent battery life my phone lasts a full day, especially from the Coverscreen/Flex Window, which is 3.4 inches, which allows me to do most things on the coverscreen anyway. Very portable and small. I have a few petty gripes: the flex window is stuck at 60 hz, i wish they had used 120 hz refresh rate panel for the flex window, or at least 90 hz refresh rate panel. there should be a OneUi homescreen on the flex window. Last thing samsung dex, but i understand why it wasn't included in the flip 5 due to heating. but im being nit picky, i dont have much to complain about with the flip 5

This phone design is perfect for the on-the-go modern person. Compact form with folding helps it fit any pocket or bag while also protecting the screen. The external screen is perfect to quickly access a message, control music, or check the weather widget without going through the entire app folder. The features of any phone with the added bonus of standing on its own for great photos or to watch cooking instructions. The camera has improved with each generation, it isn't as powerful as the Galaxy series so that is room for improvement. Well samsung or Comcast hopefully there technology company has enough information on me what I use samsung for whether it is talking about inappropriate videos or using the internet for drawing and artwork.I will be using my samsung and technology for education or in other words school but taking lessons for education online. Another thing I watch movies and television as well because television is something to keep me busy I noticed that certain TV shows are different from others in the sense that some television shows are hinting you towards watching them. The daily activities I have with samsung is for potentially gaining digital currency or digital money.

Never used an samsung phone before. But when the Z Flip 5 came out, i knew that i have to get one cause of the flip function is so cool. As I using the phone, I discovered some of the great features (such as remove background or object in photos, and copy multiple words at once) in Samsung phone that I could never imagine it could be done just by a single phone. My most favorite is that you can view what you look like on the back screen while taking picture makig it supper easy and convienence for taking group picture with great quality. Overall, this is a very positive experience for me and I enjoy my flip phone so much!!!

I have had every Samsung flip phone and this generation is by far the best. The larger outer screen is a wonderful improvement. It makes for much easier interaction with the phones features. Cameras have improved from a better chip and software improvements. Battery life has improved as well. Only reason I'm not giving the phone a 5 star rating is that if Samsung could find a way to improve camera clarity when using the zoom feature that would make it a 5 star phone for me. All in all Samsung is on the right track with this series of flip phones. If you want a phone that is small in your pocket and big when you need it to be you can't go wrong with the flip 5.

El Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 es un auténtico espectáculo. Esa pantalla plegable es simplemente alucinante. Me hace sentir como si estuviera en una película de ciencia ficción. El rendimiento es rapidísimo y puedo hacer malabares con aplicaciones como un profesional. ¿La cámara? Bueno, mis selfies nunca se habían visto tan bien. ¡Y las posibilidades de multitarea son geniales! Puedo chatear con mis amigos en una mitad de la pantalla mientras reviso Instagram en la otra. Sé que no es barato, pero si quieres algo realmente innovador y estás dispuesto a gastar, el Galaxy Z Flip5 es una elección emocionante. Además, es como llevar un pedazo del futuro en el bolsillo.

Over all, 10 out of 10! The only downfall is the crease in the center of the screen, where it folds and the lack of case options. I'm a phone dropping fool n this phone is built for people like me. Once it's closed, it's hard to hurt it with a drop (with a case) the waterproof definitely helps too! The fold spot, it's not the end of the world for me, it's noticeable but minimal and it only gets in the way when I'm trying to read something sometimes but so what? I scroll a little n problem solved. I will take that over a broken phone any day! Not to mention I get complements all the time, and I love the retro vibe it gives.

I love my Z Flip 5, it's classy, stylish and an invasion to mobile technology. It is always a conversation starter and it never fails to impress. The improvements that it has had from the previous Flip 4 are noticeable including the more seamles crease and a more resistant screen. I've not had to change my screen once since I got the phone in August. Recent updates have also been nice with functionality to the expanded screen. My only points of critique would be more functionality to the back screen as well as a more advanced camera and longer battery. So far the battery's life is good however with time I feel that it will jo longer last me an entire day.

I upgrade to the newest Samsung flip version as they come out. All are really great phones. I am hopeful they will be getting new technology to make it a thin profile soon. I now wish all cellphones would flip close and I try to flip others closed on the occasion I have to use someone else's. It is odd when they don't flip closed. I can't see myself going back to one that doesn't. It fits fine in my pocket. I did have an odd issue with my newest Flip 5 that it wouldn't power on after a reset. I had to take it to the repair shop and thankfully it appeared to be a one off anomaly. It hasn't acted up again so I did not lower my rating as I do like the phone a lot.

I have always been a Samsung fan and usually get the latest and greatest. The last few iterations of the flip have made great strides to improve upon the last. My only issue is with the camera and its quality. If you can get it to focus on a photo long enough it will take a great photo but the shutter speed is too slow in a real situation where photos need to be taken quickly resulting in a blurry mess. That is also using Goodlock and installing the camera assistant. Im hoping they work to improve this in the upcoming version. Other than the camera, the screens are beautiful. The phone is fast and compact for everyday use.

The Z Flip 5 by Samsung is a must have. I use it for my every day tasks like listening to music, talking, texting and searching the web. I am finding new ways to utilize it in my life and speed up the tasks at hand. I personally like the feel of the phone and the nostalgic flipping It open and flipping it shut. Samsung comes through with a sleek sturdy nice phone that everyone can enjoy with the compact form it takes to the flex screen that gives a new experience to explore. All while being reliably built with premium materials and a Snap Dragon Gen 2 processor for snappy speed. It checks all the boxes for your next phone.

I was tired of having very large and heavy cell phones, and I think that this new line of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has managed to solve this problem. The cell phone, in addition to being cute and pretty, is very comfortable to carry, you can put it in your pockets or just carry a small purse. Additionally, the cell phone is very fun to use because it can be customized in so many ways and this new update to the flip 5 with the new bigger cover screen makes the phone more functional. The only thing I would like to suggest for future upgrades is to improve the cameras and the battery. but overall I have enjoyed my new phone.

Got this phone as I have had my Flip3 for 2 years now, needless to say, the smaller phone size is such a fashion convenience (cue: mini bags are in trend this season!) but what stands out to me most on this phone is the new big front screen, as it literally doubled my productivity upgrading from flip 3 where you can only perform limited actions with the cover screen I find myself getting to things quicker and much better at clearing out digital noise as I would use to procrastinate getting to notifications but now I am able to triage them from the front screen before opening my phone, allowing me to really focus on what I need to do everytime I open the phone
I recommended this product.

I love the flip experience overall. Loved the color and the processing speeds. Would have loved a more functional camera. I was amazed by the flip mode where you can use the other half screen as a touch pad. The half screen on the flip could have been more better. Other I was "replying"(by referencing the message) to a message on WhatsApp on the half screen and all of a sudden, I couldn't see what I was typing! I had to switch to the big screen to respond. Also, the face detection and fingerprint detection is annoying. I've already changed them twice and sometimes the phone has a hard time detecting my fingers when folded.
I recommended this product.

Estoy muy descontenta,no habian pasado 2 meses y tuve q llevarlo al servicio tecnico pq la lamina se separo y la pantalla se puso negra. Pasados otros 2 meses se volvio a separar la lamina,en el servicio tecnico me dijeron a me ponian una dentro de la garantia pero no tenian recambio en ese mto y cuando volvi 2 meses despues,(pues cada vez se separaba mas la lamina ,por la parte central) me atendio una persona de muy malas maneras ,y se nego a pasar el movil al tecnico para cambiarme la lamina. Indicando excusas absurdas pues el movil ha estado en todo mto bien tratado. Muy descontenta con el movil y el trato recibido .

This phone isawesome! The fact you can use apps on the cover screen is amazing. Battery life could be improved, but overall this is a solid foldable and the most compact. I has the zfold 4 and hated it, it fell out if my pocket every week as it was too bulky, the Zflip5 is the perfect sized phone both closed and opened. All in all the Zflip 5 is DOPE, perfect for people that dnt use their phone much (when it is closed) and advanced and big enough for avid phone users (when it is opened). Great price point too. Zflip5 will convert Iphone users to android. Thanks Samsung, the Zflip5 is officially the DOPEST phone out there.

As a mom, I use my Flip5 for pictures, gaming and streaming. I love how compact this device is and how it can easily fit in a pair of jeans, so you can take it anywhere! Gaming is also really nice on the Flip and with the amount of storage space I have (512gb) it makes it easy to download learning games for my children and word games for me! When I want to relax, I can easily pull up Hulu or Disney+ to stream what I want to watch. My absolute favorite part of the Flip though, is the ability to customize everything. I personally chose my cover screen, lock screen, main screen, and font to make it mine. Thank you Samsung!

I received it about one week ago. It's a nice size to hold compare to my old Galaxy S21. I love the flex screen that shows the clock, whether, calendar and other widgets without opening up. When I watch Youtube video, I can fold it to 90 degree. The screen is smaller but the sub-title is large and clear. Once its folded up, it's so easy to put into my pocket either in the trouser or shirt. The only thing that I don't like is after folding up, it's too smooth. I worry that it could easily slip off my hands. I wonder if some rough sticker is available that I can stick on the colour side. Perhaps, I may buy a case to help.

I'm new to samung as always been a loyal customer to another brand so was excited but nervous to try this. First impression I loved it , looked and felt so trendy. I love how it folds so I no longer have a bulky phone to carry around. It fits nicely in my pocket . My kids think I'm cool having a folding phone! Battery life is very good and camera and scren quality too has impressed me. I nust admit now Ive tried Samsung I'll never go back. The phone feels like good quality so should ladt the test of my kids . My teenage daughter has also used my phone and she loves it so much she wants me to upgrade hers to a flip 5 when her contracts up. Very impressed!

Una mejora sustancial sobre el Flip 4. El pliegue casi es invisible una vez tienes el móvil abierto. La pantalla exterior es mucho más grande y más funcional, puedes incluso escribirnos WhatsApp, ver notificaciones, usarla para selfies etc. La batería sigue aguantando mucho y en general el teléfono se siente muy bien en la mano. El acabado es impecable. El servicio al cliente de Samsung es sorprendentemente bueno. Tuve que hablar con Samsung dos veces y todo perfecto. Si te gustan los teléfonos plegables, es muy buena opción. Lo que tengo que ver con el tiempo es a ver si el protector de pantalla que viene pre-instalado no se despega como me pasó con el Flip 4

This is my 2nd Flip device and both of them worked very well. Fast, good pictures, excellent audio, and great screens. I really like the folding nature as it makes the device much easier to fit in a pocket. The front screen is also a great piece of kit and acts like a good clock or allows you to see messages without opening the phone. The problem I've had with both devices is that the screen protector starts to peel off at the fold after about a year of opening and closing the device. You then have to get a replacement protector and get it on the device. This happens about 1-2x a year. If there was a simple fix for this problem, this would be a fabulous device.
