Bought the phone in Feb 2025 ( 1 yr and 9 months ago) A few days ago, lines appeared in the display at the junction where it flips/ folds. Hadn’t bought any extended warranty assuming Samsung to be making quality products. Reached out to the service center and chat link and customer care call center, all to be reiterating that the screen will have to be changed on own expense of 1500 AED approximately. New one certain websites is 1300 AED NO help whatsoever from Samsung on this. To those wishing to purchase any of the flips or folds, will advise being cautious In may case this the first and perhaps the last ever mobile from Samsung By the way, being my secondary phone the cumulative usage wasn’t even 3 months

You replaced the phone and that is why I jumped at your offer. I was extremely happy with the Z-Fip5 5g until I was greeted with an allmost totally black screen and no way of recovering any data or photos. I had no joy contacting Samsung and since we are travelling for the next 4 month does not help my situation. Had to purchase a replacement phone AO5s just to keep me connected. I would appreciate a personal contact from your company to help to sort out this issue. Kind regards from a very disappointed and frustrated customer

I bought this a month back as a reward for finishing the school year and man has it been a ride Such a joy using this device and despite what people told me before buying it, trying to discourage me from doing so, that the cover screen was just some gimmick that I won't be using in the future but I have been doing so consistently: to check my hair before a picture, to take actual selfies, set timers, message someone quickly, etc. I have come to love this new innovation and has actually been a great conversation starter with people seeing me use it in public, so it was a sort of launchpad for making more friends and getting to know new and interesting people.

Unfortunately I sold this phone even though I Love it. The main Issues was for me the bettery. I wished if the bettery could give more. That time I decided to let go my Galaxy S23 Ultra, and to welcome the flip 5. I hade the basic 8GB Ram, green mint color. All over the design and the mechanism 10/10, The compact design, really people need to have this device in their hands to approach it. I really like it but I decided to let go of the device and thats because of the battery. *I wish samsung if you could increase the battery, and the front screen to become more wider or the device to be come a bit more wider, then will have thw device of the year for sure.

The Z Flip 5 is an excellent choice for most normal smartphone users. I did have an Samsung E700 back in the day and absolutely loved the convenience of the flip format. That being said the functionality of the Z flip5 goes way beyond expectations. I also have an S23 Ultra and this phone does almost everything it does. Sure the camera is not as good, and the battery is a little limited for heavy users. I found them more than good enough me. The Z Flip5 is simply another brilliant galaxy device with the convenient form factor of a flip phone.

I got flip 5 and my wife got fold 5. They are our first foldable phones. My main point in moving to foldable was a carrying size. Generally happy. Battery lasts for 2 days for me, but I’m not a heavy user. Simplicity over fold 5 is too obvious. Cameras, tech are more advanced on fold. It doesn’t too matter to me. Would love to have more options to use external screen. Therefore 4 stars. Hope to get this option in a future updates. Apart of it it’s a great device if carrying size is most valuable point for you. For advanced and tech users (as I used to be) I would advise go to fold 5. This one is a cool gadget to have and use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this phone as I have had my Flip3 for 2 years now, needless to say, the smaller phone size is such a fashion convenience (cue: mini bags are in trend this season!) but what stands out to me most on this phone is the new big front screen, as it literally doubled my productivity upgrading from flip 3 where you can only perform limited actions with the cover screen I find myself getting to things quicker and much better at clearing out digital noise as I would use to procrastinate getting to notifications but now I am able to triage them from the front screen before opening my phone, allowing me to really focus on what I need to do everytime I open the phone

I love the flex screen that shows the clock, whether, calendar and other widgets without opening up. When I watch Youtube video, I can fold it to 90 degree. The screen is smaller but the sub-title is large and clear. Once its folded up, it's so easy to put into my pocket either in the trouser or shirt. The only thing that I don't like is after folding up, it's too smooth. I worry that it could easily slip off my hands. I wonder if some rough sticker is available that I can stick on the colour side. Perhaps, I may buy a case to help.

Smooth screen on both side, tiny in pocket, light than the one i used (oppo). No matter less capacity than average phone, i have been playing game for 3-4 matches (approximately 3 hours). I can feel the heat on the top screen but it not that hot to burn the fingers. A great improvement from samsung. I can record on both screen, selfie is now more easier. It reminds me from 18 years ago when i first saw the classic flip phone. Now it backs to my hand. The best design in my opinion.

I bought this on July 26, the first day of preorders, and i got it only a week after. When i first got it, I started transferring my data and it overheated alot. I thought that was just because of transferring, and normally it's better, but when I was charging it it was also overheating. Other than that it was fine, fast, clicky, and responsive. When your gaming it also mildly overheats, but nothing too serious. As far as I know, the pros outwheigh the cons in every way, but if your gaming a lot, this is not the one. When I mean overheating, I mean like hot to the touch, especially the cover screen. You try to touch the cover screen, Your finger burn up basically.

It's practical, accessible, comfortable to hold in hand and in pocket (fits easily into women's jeans pockets-all other smartphones I've had don't fit comfortably and/or slip out of my pocket). It has a luxury look and feel. Super smooth processing and graphics. You can use most apps from the flex screen with the phone closed saving battery life and time. While it was a great deal, the overall user experience is a downgrade for me. Pro: smaller size in my pocket. Potentially longer lasting battery if I can get use to using the phone more via the cover screen. Con: narrow width makes it slightly harder to type. I like to watch my videos using the full width of the screen which resulted in this phone cutting off too much of the top and bottom. Smaller battery than the traditional Galaxy S+ models. A wee bit wider screen (fold out screen ratio of an A4 paper?) would have flip my opinion on this phone.

Very disappointed with my z5 flip I have had the phone for about 14 months the battery life is not good I have to charge it every day I make sure that there is nothing running in the background to drain the battery, I have charged it as per your instructions yesterday I fully charged the phone I didn't use it for about 4 hours when I did the battery had dropped to 68% very disappointed with my phone. Sadly you don't make the galaxy Note any more I had 4 of them and they were one of the best phones you made in my opinion, not sure I will be buying another Samsung phone, I have been a Samsung customer for many years

The screen is crisp and sharp, the additional outer screen is very handy. Even folded it is only slightly thicker than my current phone. Do not buy. Not worth the price. Don't get me wrong I like the phone and all it's features, but the inner screen only lasted about 16 months. I am not a heavy user of my phone and do not flip my phone constantly like I see some other users doing. Nor have I droped it or done anything else to damage it. However, inner screen, just started flickering one day and went black. And of course no waranty for this in Canada. If you live in the US, apparantly Samsung will replace the inner screen if it fails within the first 2 years. In Canada, you are on your own. Now I am stuck with a buyout plan for a phone that is pretty much useless. Definitly will not be buying another Samsung.

The cover screen enables me to get a quick review of my tasks and notifications without getting stuck doomscrolling. As for the build quality, I think it is very well done. This is my first flip phone and am amazed by the quality as it doesn't feel flimsy. The little crease is not even noticeable as I type out this review. On top of that, being able to take good selfies and family photos has been good as I had my daughters first birthday and we were able to get some good photos out as everyone could see themselves on the cover screen as we took the photo.

I love how compact, it is and the flex cover is for the win. It can give a quick view of my most important apps without having to open the entire phone. Taking group photos with friends makes it fun being able to see our selves on the screen, the hand gesture makes it so much easy to take photo, with shaky hands like mine. Battery life is good, i don’t mind the crease because when I was young my dream is to have those flip phones of the early 2000s. I’ve had it for 2 weeks now, so far no regrets and i’m happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Flip 5 is not bad. it has great storage, great performance and the flip feature has been more useful than I thought. However, despite these things, the phone fails in some basic things that Samsung has nailed down in their other phones like S22 Ultra. Firstly, battery life is horrible. The phone would lose 10% to 20% of charge in one hour of stand by. I'm not a huge gamer and most of my apps are light so I don't understand why it loses power so quickly. The second problem is the camera. I've tried to take photos in different environments and with different lighting and they leave much to be desired. It's not a terrible camera but compared to S22 Ultra, it was dissappointing.

The customisable features of this phone are more than enough for me to recommend it. The cover display is also so fun to use! I am able to do so much on this small screen and do not even need to flip open the phone sometimes. The crease is honestly not bothersome at all and the display is a great size. The camera is pretty decent and overall the intuitive design of the flip and software features just makes it so enjoyable to use. Would definitely recommend if you are keen for something a bit different!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fascinated by samsung flip series since several years ago, and with few significant upgrades this year, I decided to get my first folding phone. I've used flip 6 as my only phone for 4 weeks, and it still brings me joy every day when I fold it up. Such a pretty little machine! I use the small screen a lot, it can open up most apps with goodlock. A lot cute themes are definitely a bonus. Camera is okay, and it's a bit annoying that I need to open up phone for taking photos. The battery can last for almost a whole day, I don't use phone that much (within 4 hrs screen time). I do wish Samsung can upgrade the charging speed, at least 67w please it will make a real difference.

I took the plunge with the Z flip 5 and I am so happy I did. The outer screen is way more useful than I thought it would be and the internal screen is brighter and harder than I thought. Overall the phone is fantastic but the only thing letting it down is the camera system, the pictures come out fine but I would have loved a telephoto lens as well as the main and ultrawide. I don't think I will ever go back to a standard candy bar phone again and I look forward to what Samsung will do next.

Love the look of the phone and flip is great but software is very frustrating. Help desk are hopeless 😔 issues with temporary mute. Issues with email. Certain saved samsung old ringtone etc won't work on new phone even after downloading. I like the feel of the phone. The flip thus far is great. I'm a long time samsung user and this is the first time I'm disappointed with my upgrade. I'd still be with my A8 2018 but it ran out of space even with a 132GB SD card for all my photos etc but apps took up too much space. This flip5 is huge 512GB so that is not an issue. I feel that integration with some previous apps I used now pose problems so it is a software problem not a hardware problem.

But once I saw that ad for the Z Flip 5, I had no other choice but to join the flip side. ITS AN AMAZING PEICE OF WORK!! The look the feel, its just out of this world. I am so obsessed!! It was the best decision to buy it, no regrets. I pre-ordered it and 512 GB!!! Are you kidding me!! The specs are just incredible!! The aesthetics of the flip paired with Samsung's already incredible UI and tech, it is just, incredible, fantastic, out of this world. Keep it up Samsung!!! I'll support you for life :)))))

Things that l like l have set the phone up that when l have finished a phone call simply fold the flip 5 closed and it turns off. Plus when open the screen size is great. The screen fold is not visible unless you tilt phone and go looking for it. Folded l can see who is ringing me and l can answer with out opening flip. I have had positive comments from people when they have seen me take my phone out and open it. The more l use it the more features l am finding.

Yazın ısınma derdi daha da artıyor. Video çekmeye başladığınızda şarjı çok hızlı tükeniyor. Açıkçası uzun süreli kullanıma uygun olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Ancak ben genel anlamda tasarımına bayılıyorum. Muhtemelen 1-2 yıla değiştirmek zorunda kalcağımı tahmin ediyorum.

The Z5 Flip is just amazing. from the small size that fits in my pocket well , not bulky like all my other phones l have used to the big main screen when opened. I can do most things from the front screen and due to the size of the front screen I have no trouble seeing it. And most of all is everything works well. I have no trouble seeing the main screen in the sunlight while taking photos, something that I could never do with all my old phones. I have only had the Z5 Flip for 1 week but everyday it does just amazes me with what it does and how quick and well it does it.

There were a few hiccups along the way, like the battery being dead when first delivered, and the dreaded screen lift that happened a year and a half later. Mum is not a power user by any means and mostly uses the phone to look at photos of her grandchild. Switching to the Flip5 has been great so far! She's loved the form factor in comparison to the Fold, and there so far haven't been any glaring quality issues. We're hopeful that the phone will last, as typically she uses her phones for years. Provided there's no issues, the phone is a win!

As someone who used to charge my phone at least once to thrice a day depending on usage, I can now not even think about the battery? It's fine for days?? So weird and SO NICE. Everything is faster, the transfer of data was seamless, literally no issues at all. The biggest fear for me was having such a big screen on the outer side, but I have screen protectors and a new case on so it should be fine :) Thanks so much!!! Mint green is subtle but lovely too!

Ticks all the boxes as a phone, Amoled screen is vivid and clear, decent processing speed and the battery lasts all day. The camera takes great photos even in low light levels and the fold design is great for video calls. The thing that has me sold though, is the cover screen. You can make calls, sends texts, watch YouTube and see notifications without opening the phone up. Can't lie, you are aware of the fold across the screen especially when scrolling but you soon get used to it and its not detrimental in any way. Overall very pleased with this phone.

It's been brilliant, absolutely love that I can reply to messages and such without even having to open the phone. The coverage is much better, screen has great resolution and the loud speaker is crystal clear. Battery life is fractionally less than I'm used to, but still outstanding for a phone with its capacity and what I use it for. The user interface is smooth and easy to navigate, something I was worried about after having my old phone for so long. If you're looking to get into a flip revolution, Definitely consider the Flip5.

I really have held out in reference to the flip phones. To find a need or a reason to get one, besides all the obvious ones. This for me evokes so many happy memories , the development of the mobile phone, the size the power the features. Nokia had such a strangle hold of the market it was such a joy to get an alternative that equalled or dare I say bested....either way in my mind it was an improvement. The new expanded front screen is fantastic, and now has purpose rather than before it felt quite redundant to use. The minimal 256gb memory is a very welcome edition. the camera is great to use and i really enjoyed the Rapid burst mode. I feel Samsung have gone for a marginal gains approach on upgrades to this phone, and this has worked wonders this time around. overall this phone is great to use and i would highly recommend it.

Galaxy Z flip 5 biggest upgrade is bigger external screen and that is giving a big difference to the previous models, now you can use plenty of themes and apps that really ease your daily routines. Design is very magnetic as everyone is telling me how cool it is. It have great screen, colours are very lively and clear. Battery last for full day within Moderate to high use. It's making great photos as well. But most important about this phone is it's compact size when closed, it gave small screen outside and you can see who is calling straight away. Apps working very fast, games run very smoothly. Overall very good phone for decent price.

Folded, it's the perfect size to hold, put in my pocket, or store when not in use. The quality of the hinge is great, always feels solid. The crease in the screen is not noticeable when viewing front on, and you're always viewing it front on. Being android enables use of a wide variety of apps, I cluding Google's own with seemless integration. I don't see myself ever using a different line of phones again, the flip design is just so spot on.

It took a little bit of time to get my settings to how I like them but once these were set in place it was very easy to use my apps and all the functionalities. It fits perfectly in my pocket and easy to take out and use the full screen but still can use the necessary functionalities when folded. The operating system was smooth and fast and very easy to move between the apps and use my productivity tools. I was worried it but not be durable and could be flimsy and weak in places but this was not the case. The next time I upgrade I will get the Fold phone as I am more confident in its design and durability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded in my S23U for the Flip5 I've always loved the bigger phones, but I think I've finally started to realise that its hard to put them anywhere. I find they are too big for my pockets, too big for the car trays etc etc, thats why I decided to try the flip. I loved the 23U and was massively apprehensive in trading in the "god" phone for a downgrade, but those fears where soon quashed. I love the flips form factor, light and portable, it fits anywhere and I cant even tell I'm carrying it around, plus it folds out to the same screen size as the 23U "although a little skinnier" Its a great phone. It doesn't have samsung DEX (not a big issue for me) The only downside I've found is that the battery life is atrocious.

Decent customisations on it. Small feedback - I would like option for all the apps to be enabled on flex screen. Good build quality. Bend is hardly visible. Can use primary camera for selfie. Bad - My biggest problem is battery. Not good enough for heavy users. Just 3700mAmp. Hope it improves drastically next year. Camera is just above average. If S23 ultra like camera is your top priority, this phone is not for you.

While this phone looks great folded and it being able to sit in your pocket while folded feels secure since it is at the bottom of your pocket that is where the positives end. I have been a loyal samsung user but this product was not ready to hit the markets in the span of 6 months I've gone through 2 phones due to a broken screen along the hinge. I have never put this phone through any stressing activities and have by comparison to other phones babied it but even with precautions it still breaks. I would say stay away until the technology is perfected and tested.

Audio is fantastic, the outter or front screen is so good. So many fantastic functions. Messaging, Spotify, Photos, heck I can even play Pokemon Go on it! ha ha. I'll be honest, if the watch and buds didnt come free, I probably wouldnt have bought it, would have waited, but I don't have regrets on it right now, this is such a handy and fun phone! Now to find a case/cover that I like. One thing I'd love to see practical, but have another camera at the base/rear so that you can use the small screen as a view finder when taking photos when closed - as opposed to JUST a selfie camera.

Always being careful with it, even buying their expensive case, never dropped it. It started with small bubbles and now bigger and bigger. For a few times the phone just froze, not being able to do anything, not even shutting down. Had to wait for more than 20 min to be able to restart it. I will send it back for a replacement as I didn't pay such a huge amount for something that I was supposed to enjoy. Lavinia

Perfect for my pocket at work which my previous phone kept falling out of, due to the size. Is also a decent size when opened up, good for your every day use. The operating system is taking some getting used to (I've had iphones for the last 5 years or so) but it seems pretty straight forward and user friendly. Being able to do a few things when the phone is closed is pretty awesome. The closed screen is cute! Overall, pretty happy with it so far!

Had the phone for about 13 months, four months ago, the bottom screen started to flicker. It now will remain black and unresponsive when opening the phone. This doesn't happen every time, but it will at the times when I need it not to, like scanning my boarding pass while boarding a flight. Samsung won't stand behind their product and warranty this phone without me paying for the repair. I have had MANY Samsung phones, around seven over the past 15 years. I have multiple Samsung TV's and appliances, this will be the last Samsung device that I purchase.

Now when you take the size of most "normal" phones, they are hanging out of the pocket. That's where to Flip5 comes into its own. It is fully concealed - out of site. And if you have to put it in a pant pocket it takes up no more room than a normal wallet. All fuctionality is perfect. In the car it actually fits on the charging pad. I'm 70 years old and this Flip5 totally suits me and my lifestyle. The best thing is that it is never obvious that I'm carrying a phone.

Love the outer box and then inner box, the black colouring on the box shows quality, fits like a glove and you can feel the suction as you gradually open it - you even get that bit of tension as you await to see your new product. Just doing the usual power up and configuration then onto pretending to be on Star Trek and using the phone by far the best flip yest I had a flip 3 and this is so much faster ! and feels lighter to use I just watched a movie and barely touched the battery

Awful design! Purchased as I loved the look of the Flip 5, however it was a BIG mistake!! I have had nothing but problems and trying to arrange a repair is near impossible. Hinge faulty so phone does not sit flat and rocks like a boat when on a flat surface. The fold line across the middle of the phone is now very sharp too. The phone is 12 months old and been like this for a while. Battery life unworkable. Not the quality or service you would expect from a Samsung product. Stuck with this for another 2 years, due to being in a contract! ☹️

I was considering upgrading to a smart phone to ease the frustration, and then changed jobs where I needed a smart phone for work. Choosing the Z Flip5, primarily for size and the ability to answer calls, and use certain functions while it is closed, I have been pleasantly surprised with its capabilities, though interestingly, some functions still can't match the dinosaur. I'm happy with my choice so far, but already spending more and more time on it, which is one of the reasons I never wanted one in the first place.

The screen clarity and brightness are very good. You can feel a bit of a ridge where the fold is however you soon get used to it. The size of the phone is ideal both folded and unfolded. All in all its a good phone that suits my needs well. I've now had chance to test the Z flip 5 and at first I thought it was more or less the same but the rear screen being bigger makes the world of difference. It makes taking photos so much easier. I find I often just use the small screen to view my messages and then open it up to reply if needed. All in all I much prefer the Z flip 5.

I have had no issues with the screen, in-fact, it is such an improvement compared to the Flip 4! I'm loving the external screen's size!! The Mint colour is the one i have, but I'm sure the other colours are just as grand. I'm using this Flip to record videos of my newborn son and I having interactions hands-free, and it is perfect. No need to find a tripod or a stand for my phone. I can't wait to see what is in the S24 launch!

I got the phone and it won't pair up to my car phoned samsung 5 times ever time get it to work goes off once I get of the phone to samsung must be a faulty one and won't pick up Internet when I'm out and about won't change songs eighter. I'm really missed of paying 4 a new phone and it not working properly plus have time 2 spend all day on phone to samsung. First day 2 hours 45 mins between o2 and samsung. The last day was 2 hours. I really love(d) this phone, I no longer have it because I wanted a phone with longer battery life, but I am considering buying it again because I miss it so much. the phone I have now seems to have the same battery even though its bigger. the pictures were lovely and although it dropped and broke, samsung quickly fixed it for me. I love how compact it was and I actually used it less because of the flipping design, which was great for me. I would definitely buy it again, especially if the battery somehow could be expanded

I purchased a Galaxy Z Flip 5 recently and I love it. I am very happy with the phone overall. The main reason I purchased it was that it fits into my trouser pockets easily. Any other mobile does not fit well in my trouser pockets. However, there is one aspect that I overlooked when I was evaluating the phone. I have a hobby workshop where I undertake metal work projects. Unfortunately, a small chip of metal became trapped between the folding faces and this cracked the screen. It will be very expensive to have Samsung repair the phone. I just wanted to provide a warning to all users or potential users of this type of phone to be very careful to ensure that no particles are trapped between the screen before folding it. Always check and fold the phone carefully.

After hunting down a charging cable as the one supplied was not your usual size usb the set was easy and good with being able to connect your old phone. I was amazed by the quality of video quality and sound of movies. The Samsung pass feature for fingerprint access is nicely placed on side of phone making it easy to use. Again the sound from such a small item is the best I have ever listened to. The picture quality on the photos and the zoom is the best. I would highly recommend this phone and say Samsung have gone beyond. I am only half way through the various features and looking forward to exploring more of the phone. After just 3 weeks of using my flip5 2 fine lines appeared on the screen just where the phone folded. After calling Samsung to complain they advice they will replace it. But to replace it I had to send mine to them and now I have to wait 2 weeks without a phone, even though they have got my money. My husband did say not to buy one because they are rubbish but I liked the shape. To say that I'm angry for having to wait 2 weeks without a phone it's not enough said. Definitely wouldn't advise anyone to buy one.

Only to find out that because the back glass was broken it would not cover the screen any longer. The worst part is you can see the impact point on the glass where my partner dropped something on to the phone after 2 months of owning it. Now Just A paper weight. The same great flip form factor is great! So compact and makes me feel really nostalgic. Pair this with cutting edge features like a high res front facing camera and a huge screen on the cover that doubles as a selfie camera. The hinge feels super secure as well. Front screen is a bit of a finger print magnet, but nothing a micro fibre wouldn't take care of. Battery is about the same as previous models and works well with moderate usage for the whole day. Device is snappy and responsive with the most demanding tasks that I have thrown at it. So far this phone is well worth the price tag! Same great Samsung quality with all the best features of a cutting edge device.

I bought this phone a little over a year and a half ago and it’s already broken. The top half of the screen is black. I don’t put any undue pressure on it I’m retired It sits in my front pocket. I was literally holding the phone. I folded it, opened it back up, and the top half of the screen wasn’t working any longer. I would not recommend this phone , the technology isn’t there yet. If the sales people recommend you buy insurance for the phone because it’s a novelty maybe you shouldn’t be selling it.

The front screen is bigger and you can use it while the phone is flipped, take photos with the main camera, answer the phone and use the apps . You can add to the front screen any apps you like for a quicker use. The camera is amazing with so many features. The design of the phone is elegant, slim and light. I am very happy with my purchace. I've loved it when I've first seen the advert and I said to myself that I must have it. I have managed to buy it and... wow. This phone is unbelievable elegant, so thin and beautiful. As all Samsung phones, it's easy to use and the camera is great. I like it as I can use some features when folded. Just love it!

Been using my Z Flip 5 for about a month now. The only difference between Flip 4 and Flip 5 is that I used the cover screen more often than the cover screen of Flip 4. My Flip 5 is folded more frequently and only to be unfolded when needed. Basically, the cover screen of the Flip 5 has more use cases than the Flip 4 due to its screen size. The battery life improvement is noticeable for about 2 weeks and yes, I can say that the battery is better on Flip 5 than the Flip 4, just a little difference.

It was supposed to be my secondary work phone only but quickly it had become my MAIN PHONE. I gave away my iphone. This phone does everything! The flip feature of it also makes me nostalgic, since I wasn’t a cool kid in the day and didn’t own one of those folding phones — this time around I am able to live that dream of mine! I have now purchased my first Z-flip phone and I will never turn back. The Z-flip 5 has an excellent hinge function that folds into the back of the phone seamlessly. I have had no issues with the phone so far and it can also run the latest hardware requirement games such as honkai star rail, genshin impact, wuthering waves and pokemon go. The phone also functions as the best selfie camera ever invented while the phone is shut the cover screen allows for instant photo opportunities and I love the 1:1 ratio of the photos taken. I purchased the phone on a sale recently and it was the best value I've ever spent on a phone.

When my old Samsung died, I started researching the flip 5 and to be honest was a bit sceptical of the raves it was getting. Well I can tell you in all honesty, that the raves were all so true, but I would go even further and say the Flip 5 when you’d actually own one, leaves you in awe every time you use it. The small cost of such a magnificent piece of engineering , yes I said small, because if you compare the cost to many other brands, the cost is far cheaper than those others who cannot claim the excellence of the flip5. Go ahead and buy one even if you are just slightly interested because you will never go back to any other brand or style of phone.

I absolutely adore my Samsung Flip! Filming myself at the gym using the folding feature lets me capture all the good angles effortlessly, making my workouts look professional. The back camera is perfect for stunning selfies, and nothing beats the satisfaction of slamming the phone shut to hang up, and flipping it open to answer calls makes me feel like a big shot business man, and it's perfect for video calls since I can place it anywhere usually used when I am brushing my teeth XD.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying a friends Flip3 I decided to switch to the Flip5 as it was coming out soon. So far it has been better than expected in every way. coming from a S22 I thought I would be sacrificing battery and performance for the form factor, This has not been the case, if anything the battery life appears to be better and performance is about the same. The front screen is great (Though limited if your not using good lock to allow any app to be used) Overall a good experience for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to get a new phone finally and this one was IT! I like that I can leave the phone flipped all the time. The fingerprint scanner on the power switch makes it super convenient to unlock my phone from the outside screen. I love the look of the phone, especially when it's flipped. I can fit it in smaller spaces now without any worry. I love the mint colour so much and the gadget case that helps show off its true colour. I also love how smooth it looks and feels when using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone so much! Despite the crease in the centre of the phone, I rarely notice it as I thought it would. The one feature I use the most is the cover screen, the fact that I can use so many apps just as the phone is open has made it so easy to just fit in the palm of my hand on the go. The phone being small, I'm able to fit it in all my pocket clothing which I couldn't get with my previous devices. I'd love to see the next flip to see what new features they add next!

Battery doesn't heat up like the Flip4 did.Battery life doesn't seem to be any different, but not overheating is a big win. Love the bigger cover screen and options for customising it. Great colours to choose from. For the most part, functions are similar to Flip4. Fold section isn't as obvious as on the Flip4. Sure there's additional features I haven't discovered because I don't know or have a real need for them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new bigger front screen is what makes this phone awesome! More detail and info than previous models saves you opening the phone constantly. I have a video screensaver on the front screen that is not only enjoyable to view but impresses onlookers. The flip feature makes taking videos and viewing save the need for a separate stand/ cover when taking photos or using various apps. Love this phone. Brings back memories of the various flip phone of the early days of mobile tech.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flip5 is excellent in small size, fast speed, light weighted, easy flip and many other features. I enjoyed it so much by trade in the old flip3. The most important thing is battery is improved a lot. External screen is significantly handy, most functions can be used without flip. Good for both business and personal purpose. But samsung customer service was so bad, it takes 21 days for a response. The processing time is too long and no one care about customer's feeling.

Great little phone until the screen failed at the fold in the middle. Made a cracking noise and the screen went unreadable and no touch function. Still in warranty, but due to a tiny mark/scuff ,samsung will not repair. So repair is more than the phone is now worth!. Can't even trade it in as it needs to be factory reset which is not now possible. So basically throw away. Thanks for that samsung. Any small marks or scuffs/impressions invalidate all warranty i am told.

The Galaxy Flip 5 is an excellent phone with a great design and it has some of the best features a Samsung phone has to offer. The ability to customise the phone is fun especially the gif feature that's is great and the editing of the navigation keys. The wallpapers are stunning and the display is awesome as well as the sound overall and excellent and well designed phone.

The functionality and build quality have exceeded my expectations, and it is a show stopper with all my friends and family. Being able to close my phone physically has altered the way I use it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this phone because it fit nicely in my chalk bag's pocket for climbing and because it can be its own tripod. However, too many apps do not work with the stock app launcher on the cover screen, and I had to install another app (Good Lock) to add them. Even with Good Lock, however, Google Wallet still didn't work, which completely defeats the point of having a folding phone. I also would have expected apps such as Spotify to have dedicated cover screen widgets.

I am able to do all the things i could with the bigger phone but live that it fits so easily into a pocket. Flip screen apps mean I can see emails,texts and other notifications without opening the phone. I started years ago with the s6 and have had nearly every galaxy s series since. I had a Nokia clam shell I adored back in the 2000s and the flip 5 is as much fun to own. Love this thing

I absolutely adore it, it's sleek and light weighted and the screen on the front is amazing!! You can even text on it, take photos and view various other things like the calendar. It runs really fast and has a good amount of storage... a tiny bit annoying you can put a memory card in it but hey, that's what buying cloud storage is for. I love this phone and I'm so so happy to have purchased one. ☺️
