How to upgrade firmware on your Samsung Gear Watch

Samsung releases new firmware/software often to optimize devices, fix any bugs and increase the performance of your device.
Please make sure you are keeping your device up to date with the latest firmware/software.

Please note that a Data or Wi-Fi connection is required before commencing with the update. (charges may apply)

1 Open the Samsung Wearable Application.
2 Scroll down and select About Watch
3 Select Update watch software.
4 Click on Download and install.

 If an update is available then the update process will commence. If no update is available you will be advised that the latest version of software for your device is already installed.

Tap on “OK” to return to the Applications Home Screen.
