Performing Factory Reset

Here are the steps to follow if you wish to perform a factory reset (applicable to Android OS 4.4.2 version):


NOTE: All personal information and downloaded applications cannot be retrieved after you reset your phone.


Step 1: On the Home screen, tap Apps.




Step 2: Tap Settings.




Step 3: Go to General tab.




Step 4: Under General tab, tap Back up and reset.

Step 5: Tap Factory data reset under Personal data section.

Step 6: Tap Reset device.

Step 7: Tap Erase everything.
