1. Where can I purchase?

You can purchase Samsung Care+ on:

  • Samsung.com Online Store (when you buy an eligible device purchase now)
  • Samsung Care+ Online Portal (within 30 days of eligible device purchase)

Eligible devices are as follows:

Mobile phones models:

  • Galaxy Z Flip7 and Galaxy Z Fold7
  • Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra
  • Galaxy Z Flip6 and Galaxy Z Fold6
  • Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra
  • Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5
  • Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra
  • Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra

Tablet models:

  • Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy S11 Ultra
  • Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy S10 Ultra
  • Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9+ and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra

2. Is Samsung Care+ an insurance product?

Yes, Samsung Care+ provides protection for your eligible Samsung device against Accidental Damage and Theft. The insurer underwriting Samsung Care+ is Virginia Surety Company, Inc (CN 920 655).

3. How many claims can I make during the 2-year coverage?

You can make up to a maximum of two (2) successful claims in each 12-month period. You may have a maximum of two (2) successful claims in the first year and a further two (2) successful claims in the second year. We will determine whether to repair, replace or pay you up to the cover amount subject to payment of the applicable excess and the Terms and conditions.

4. What is included with my Samsung Care+ plan?

Your Samsung Care+ plan includes Accidental Damage and Theft Coverage for hardware repairs, water damage, device replacement and certified care by Samsung experts.

5. When does Samsung Care+ device protection insurance begin and end?

The commencement date of Your Samsung Care+ Cover will be specified in Your Certificate of Insurance and will end when the two (2) year cover term expires. The cover will also end when any of the following occurs:

  • The cover is cancelled
  • The maximum number of successful claims have been paid
  • The cover amount is paid
  • The cover otherwise ends in accordance with the Terms and conditions or relevant law

6. How do I lodge a claim request for my accidentally damaged or stolen device?

7. What is not covered in your Samsung Care+ policy?

The exclusions within our Terms and conditions set out what is not covered under this cover.

8. How do I request for a policy cancellation?

You may cancel this your policy at any time by advising Us:

  • by calling: 0800 453 975

Virginia Surety Company, Inc (CN 920 655) [insurer underwriting your Samsung Care+ policy] will respond to You within 7 days of receiving Your request.

Full Refund

We offer a 21 day Cooling Off Period. If You should decide for any reason whatsoever that Samsung Care+ Cover does not suit Your needs, You may cancel Your Samsung Care+ Cover Agreement and receive a full refund of the amount paid (as long as no claims have been lodged before You cancel).

Pro-Rata Basis Refund

If the Cover is cancelled after the 21 day Cooling Off Period, We will retain the proportionate premium for the time during which Cover has been provided and We will not refund the amount paid for Cover if You have already made a claim. All refunds for cancellations are calculated for the unexpired portion of the Cover on a pro-rata basis.
