How to run the Network status Test on you Samsung TV

Connect your Samsung TV to the internet to stream movies, browse the internet, and get the most out of the Smart Hub apps.

It's also great to connect your TV to the internet so you can use things like Samsung SmartThings or download firmware updates to keep your TV up to date.

 

To test the internest connection on your Samsung TV follow the steps below,

1 Press the Home button on your remote control to bring up the Menu and then select Settings.

2 Once you are on the TV Setting screen, scroll down to the Support tab on the left-hand side and then select Self Diagnosis from the centre list

3 On the Self Diagnosis screen, scroll down and select Start Smart Hub Connection Test

4 A screen will appear when Start Smart Hub Connection Test has been selected. After each section has been tested and completed, the number at the top will become a tick and once all sections have been completed, you will have a message stating the Smart Hub Connection Test was completed successfully .
