When you receive your new device:
1. Back up the data from your eligible old device

4. Send your device in the return courier bag within 14 days
By trading in your device, you agree to the customer terms and conditions for the program and to use your store credit to purchase a new Samsung product a the same time as trading in your device. RPI/CPI Price Increase - Each year, your Pay Monthly airtime tariff will be adjusted according to Three's Fixed Annual Price Change (Three), the Retail Price Index (O2) or Consumer Price Index (EE, Vodafone) rate of inflation. Your bill will be adjusted in March (EE) or April (O2, Three, Vodafone) by 4.5% (Three), or the rate announced in January (EE, Vodafone) and February (O2) that year (plus 3.9% on EE, Vodafone).

Download the Samsung Trade-In app on the device that you wish to trade in and follow the prompts to get your unique Trade In ID. You can download the Samsung Trade-in app or scan the QR code.
Redeem your trade-in amount
Once the app has run a diagnostic on the eligible device you wish to trade in, you will receive a unique trade ID and your trade-in value. Enter your trade-in ID (example "SNZOLEC6OB1") upon checkout to get the instant discount.
Return old device
Send your old device as per the instructions you will receive in your order confirmation email.
*The full price (not including trade-in value or trade-in boosts) is required to be authorised by your bank. You will only be charged the discounted price (including trade-in discounted value and trade-in boost if applicable) at the time of purchase. By trading in your eligible device(s), you agree to the customer terms and conditions or the terms and conditions for the program (as applicable) and to use your trade-in value to purchase an eligible new Samsung product at the same time as trading in your device(s). Please ensure you save and then delete all files and data from your trade-in device(s) before you trade them in. By accepting the trade-in discount at point of purchase (after running diagnostics on Smart Trade-in app), you agree to returning your old device within 7 days of receiving your new device.
