I removed the bulky extra padding on the strap, and it became the best way to secure my phone to my hand that I've ever had. It's better than a pop socket imo. I can use it for many hours like this. Only issue is after 6 months, one of the corners is breaking apart. May need to get a new case, but I kind of want the same one. I just wish they had it on red!!!

The case for me has been strong and durable up until now, I have had the phone for 8 months since release and the rubber part on the strap has just snapped off for the price of the case you would expect it to last longer or for them to have some sort of replacement warranty like other brands, but no. I was going to buy a new case but remembered I can take the rubber bit off the strap and it works just as well. So no need to buy a new case, the rest of the case unlike other reviews for me it's quite strong and sturdy, no cracks on it yet. Would be nice if they sold replacement straps too. Of different colours and designs, I would buy them as they are replaceable as there are clips on the inside. Do it Samsung!!! DO IT!!!!

Buy this case for Samsungs premium device is absolutely a mistake. The design of the product is perfect but the ware and tare of this cade is a disaster. The silicone that covers the whole case starts to wreck down and peel of after about a month of usage. Playing so much for a product should give you a mindset that is perfect or close to perfect but it is far from that. As for the screen protection.... there's non. The sides should have been raised abit so the device does not rest on the screen. A very disappointed customer Samsung

I bought this item together with my s23 ultra phone hoping to have a good and proper protection for my phone. And I am so happy with my decision. Because the strap at the back gave my phone an extra protection from accidental dropping and me knowing that it won't drop just so easily especially if someone accidentally passby. Now after more than 2 years, it is still functional. But I have to buy a new one because it is starting to chip off (on its sides) due to of course, wear and tear.
I recommended this product.

Very bad design and you will know what I mean when It's too late. but I will save you some money. They did a big mistake by moving the strap from the middle to the side and when you hold it with one hand you always feel the phone will drop from your hand , if you are left handed then it's ok for you to buy it but if you use your right hand forget it.

Got this cover as there is not much Samsung S23 Ultra cover available, although the launch showed all these great covers . The cover it self is good and durable , but the rear hand grip makes it annoying when laying phone flat and using the s pen . Would be great if the rear hand grip could convert to a phone stand .

Shame they moved the strap just isn’t the same as last years S22 ultra case that case with the strap in the middle made the phone feel secure when using or even carrying but the way they have put this new strap down the left side makes it feel worse than having a normal case really disappointed.

Trop bien, tellement pratique pour moi qui suis handicapée d'avoir toujours mon portable au poignet! Je l'est depuis 17 mois et malheureusement la bande noir qui recouvre l'élastique vient de lâcher, du coup, je vais recommander la même coque... dommage juste que l'élastique ne soit qu'en vert!

No where near as good as last years ribbon strap case. This case uses elastic which will stretch over time to make grip less secure. Last year's case used ribbon strap which could not stretch. A significant downgrade from S22 Ultra strap case.

The case is fit for purpose. It's fitting is very good around the whole phone. Unlike cheap versions. I gave 4 stars because it gets slippery luckily it has a strap preventing from falling out of your hand.
