        • How do I place a pre-order online?

          To place a pre-order, visit our website or download Samsung shop app and navigate to the product buy page. Click the "Pre-order" button and follow the checkout process to complete your order.

        • Pre-order offers will run from July 22 9PM PHT to August 13, 2026. If you miss the pre-order promotional period, the promotion will no longer be available. Regular prices and terms will apply after the end date.

        • You can buy Samsung Care+ with your new Galaxy device or within 30 days of your device activation. For more information, please refer to https://www.samsung.com/ph/offer/samsung-care-plus/#howtobuy

        • There are two ways where you can apply for trade-in:

          1) On the product buy page, choose trade-in "Yes, please" before proceeding to cart.

          2) Add to cart the item you wish to purchase, you can avail the trade-in option in the checkout page.

          It will both prompt a questionnaire to declare the condition of the device you want to trade-in.

        • If you have existing Samsung Rewards Points, sign in with your Samsung Account and redeem them on the Payment page during checkout to enjoy additional savings on your pre-order.

        • If your pre-order has not yet been prepared for dispatch, you can cancel it through the self-service "Cancel Order" button available in your Orders page. But if it has already reached "Awaiting dispatch" status, cancellation will no longer be possible.

          Upon cancelling your pre-order, you relinquish the item you ordered, including all discounts, perks, and promos that have been applied to it.
