1. Customer purchases a Galaxy S21 Series 5G, or a Galaxy Z Fold2 from participating Samsung Experience Stores.

2. Customer has the option to register for the Galaxy Free Trial Program in the same store and on the same day of purchase. Sign-up is free of charge.
3. Customer must be able to provide all the necessary details requested including IMEI of purchased new device and valid ID that matches the OR of purchased device. Upon validation of details, customer should receive an email containing a unique code which customer shall use as proof of registration.
4. Successful registration will entitle customer for a device trial period of 14 days. If customer is not satisfied with the device, they can return the device any time within the trial period, and they will be entitled to a full refund of the device (at customer’s actual purchase cost as indicated in OR).
5. The refund will be given, provided that the returned device:
a. Turns on and is able to connect to a network
b. Does not have visible water or accidental damage
c. Does not have visible cracks on the screen, camera, frame, or back of the device.
Devices with light scratches can still be honored given that this does not affect the performance of the phone.
d. Is signed out from all accounts (Samsung, Google, etc.)
e. Comes with its complete box contents (including data cable)
f. [For Galaxy Z Fold2] Still comes with the FREE 12mos SC+, as well as P2,000 e-voucher
The two (2) bundles above should not have been redeemed within the trial period
6. Devices with any observed damage as stated above will forfeit the validity for the Galaxy Free Trial Program, and no partial refund will be provided.
7. The promo is available in select Samsung Experience Stores only:

8. The promo is not convertible to cash and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
9. Any bundle promo deemed eligible can only be redeemed by the customer WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER 14-DAY TRIAL PROGRAM, regardless of in-store bundle or RMS redemption.

DEVICE RETURN (To Authorized Service Center)

1. If customer is not satisfied with the device and wishes to avail the buyback, they can return the device any time within the 14-day trial period at the Samsung Authorized Service Centers (ASC) in their mall of purchase or any ASC near them.

2. Customer to fill up the Samsung Refund Form and short survey, provided by the ASC.
3. Customer must present the following:
a. Unique code as proof of registration to the Galaxy Free Trial Program, (Device IMEI indicated should be part of ASC program database)
b. valid ID that matches the registration,
c. OR of the device purchase matching the valid ID,
d. device with complete box inclusions
4. ASC to confirm validity of the program registration and requirements, and to check if the returned device:
a. Turns on and is able to connect to a network
b. Does not have visible water or accidental damage
c. Does not have visible cracks on the screen, camera, frame, or back of the device.
Devices with light scratches can still be honored given that this does not affect the performance of the phone.
d. Is signed out from all accounts (Samsung, Google, etc.)
e. Comes with its complete box contents (including data cable)

5. Devices with any observed damage as stated above will forfeit the validity for the Galaxy Free Trial Program. The ASC’s assessment on the validity of the return is deemed final.
6. Upon confirmation of complete requirements, ASC will process customer refund via check release ONLY – at the exact same price of the device as indicated on the customer’s OR. Check will be named to the customer’s valid ID that matches the OR.
7. Customer to be contacted by Samsung once check is ready for pick-up from the same ASC. Processing will take 2-4 weeks from the date of the return.
