Promo Mechanics

1. Customer goes to the Globe online (Globe website), Platinum Relationship Managers, Globe Store
2. Customer renews ThePLAN / The PLATINUM PLAN with the Samsung Galaxy S21/S21+/S21 Ultra 5G on April 12-30, 2021
3. Customer submits required documents and gets approved within the availment period.
4. If customer ordered online, customer selects direct delivery.
5. Customer receives the selected device based on the delivery date indicated after the order.
6. Other guidelines:
a. For direct delivery:
i. Is delivery free of charge? Yes. Delivery is free of charge.
ii. If the customer is not around, can an authorized representative receive the item? Only customer can receive the item, unless the customer advised Globe that an authorized representative will receive the order.
iii. What should the customer present to receive the package? A valid ID of the customer or of the representative, whichever name is indicated during the process.
iv. Is there a receiving form that customer will be provided after receipt of item? Yes, there is a delivery note that needs to be signed.
7. Customer gets the Free Galaxy Buds Pro as the bundle freebie. Freebie allocations and colors are limited. Freebies are dependent on the type of postpaid subscriber, which channel it was applied and date of postpaid application & approval. Date of postpaid application and approval and must fall within the promo period.
8. Customer may claim their purchased Galaxy S21 unit from Globe.
9. Customers will be able to redeem their freebie from Globe.

Terms and Conditions

1. Offers will not apply to returned defective products where the customer opted for a refund instead of a replacement. Any free item received shall be returned/surrendered to Samsung in good condition if products purchased are returned and a refund was given by Samsung.
2. Samsung shall not be liable for failure of the customer to redeem free item/s due to factors beyond Samsung’s control.
3. Samsung will not be liable for and will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen gifts.
4. Samsung reserves the right to reject any redemption when (i) redemption documents are incomplete or not in accordance with the form prescribed by Samsung and, in any or both instances, customer is not able to complete or comply with the prescribed format within the redemption period, (ii) any and/or all of the redemption documents is/are falsified, tampered or fraudulent in any way, and (iii) if Samsung believes in its sole discretion that the redemption is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5. For authorized representatives who will receive the free item/s, kindly present an authorization letter from the customer with a copy of his / her valid ID and a copy of the authorized representative’s valid ID. Alternatively, the authorized representative may simply present the delivery code sent to the customer via email.
