Promo Mechanics

1. Customer buys a Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G or Galaxy S21+ 5G during the promo period, Jan 29 – Feb 7, 2021 from any authorized Samsung Dealer Nationwide.
2. Customer gets the following:
a. ₱2,000 off on any Samsung Mobile product in the store.
i. Discount is for one-time use only
ii. Customer may purchase more than one item to fully consume the discount
iii. Discount may be used for any Samsung Mobile Product in the store, except for the main device
iv. Discount should be used in the same store on the same day of purchasing
v. Discount is not convertible to cash.
b. ₱2,000 off on Samsung Care+ in participating stores and customer can choose between:
• 12 months year Accidental Damage & Liquid Damage Repair Coverage, or
• 24 months Accidental Damage & Liquid Damage Repair Coverage + Extended Warranty
i. In case Samsung Care+ is not available in the store of purchase, customer can purchase from any participating store within 14 days from date of purchase.
ii. Customers just need to present dated Galaxy S21 Ultra or S21+ Official Receipt, Invoice or Delivery Receipt
3. Customer may avail both ₱2,000 off on any Samsung Mobile product & ₱2,000 off on Samsung Care+ at once.
4. Customers may avail of the Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G or Galaxy S21+ 5G via existing flexible payment options, and trade-in, trade-up on main unit.
5. Promo is available also for those who will claim their pre-order unit within the promo dates. They must avail of these promos on the same day and in the same store of claiming (except for Care+).
6. Offer is not convertible to cash and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Promo Mechanics

1. Customer buys a Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, Galaxy S21+ 5G, or Galaxy S21 5G (Operator/Online-Exclusive) within the promo period.
2. Customer may redeem a FREE 25W Travel Adapter worth ₱949. Redemption is from Jan 29 – March 31, 2021.
3. The free item can be redeemed by the customer by registering in the Samsung Redemption Management website.
4. Customer must follow the step-by-step procedure in the Samsung Redemption Management website to be able to claim their free item.
5. The free item shall be delivered to the customer's registered address. The customer shall not be able to redeem their free items at the store where their main item was purchased.
6. Delivery starts Feb 5, 2021 with lead time upon confirmation of successful validation of redemption documents:
a. Metro Manila: 12 working days
b. Luzon: 15 working days
c. Visayas / Mindanao: 17 working days
7. Free items are not convertible to cash, special discount or any other product.
8. This promotion is not valid for B2B, corporate or institutional transactions.
9. Grey units / parallel units are not eligible for this promotion.
10. Customer cannot choose the color of the freebie.
11. Each Customer can redeem once per product purchased.

Terms and Conditions

1. Offers will not apply to returned defective products where the customer opted for a refund instead of a replacement. Any free item received shall be returned/surrendered to Samsung in good condition if products purchased are returned and a refund was given by Samsung.
2. The free item/s shall be delivered to the customer’s preferred delivery address as indicated in the RMS. Samsung reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations that it deems unsafe or unreachable. In this case, another delivery address shall be asked of the customer to provide.
3. Samsung shall not be liable for failure of the customer to redeem free item/s due to factors beyond Samsung’s control.
4. Samsung will not be liable for and will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen gifts.
5. Samsung reserves the right to reject any redemption when (i) redemption documents are incomplete or not in accordance with the form prescribed by Samsung and, in any or both instances, customer is not able to complete or comply with the prescribed format within the redemption period, (ii) any and/or all of the redemption documents is/are falsified, tampered or fraudulent in any way, and (iii) if Samsung believes in its sole discretion that the redemption is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. For authorized representatives who will receive the free item/s, kindly present an authorization letter from the customer with a copy of his / her valid ID and a copy of the authorized representative’s valid ID. Alternatively, the authorized representative may simply present the delivery code sent to the customer via email.
