2. Customer purchases a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, S21+ or S21 from any participating channel by applying for a renewal Smart Postpaid Plan (Signature or Infinity) within the indicated promo period.
3. Customers gets the following as part of the launch bundle offer. Freebie colors may vary. Date of postpaid application must fall on the specified dates below and subsequently gets approved:

9. Upon claiming, customer needs to present the following:

12. Customers must follow the step by step procedure in the Samsung redemption website to claim the freebie items.
13. Customers can redeem their freebie until June 30, 2021

b. Valid ID (matches name on the Official Receipt)
c. Official Pre-order acknowledgement received by Customer (SMS Screenshot or E-mail Screenshot, matches name on the Valid ID)

b. Valid ID (matches name on the Official Receipt)
17. The freebie items shall be delivered to the customer’s registered address.
18. The customer shall not be able to redeem their free item at the Smart store where the phone or handset was purchased.
19. Delivery lead time upon successful validation of redemption documents (validation lead time of 7-14 working days):
a. Metro Manila: 7 working days
b. Luzon: 10 working days
c. Visayas / Mindanao: 12 working days
*Delivery of freebie lead times indicated above assumes that delivery location is NOT under Enhanced Community Quarantine or Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ/MECQ). Otherwise, delays in delivery is expected.

24. Samsung reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations that it deems unsafe / unreachable. In this case, another delivery address shall be provided by the customer.

Terms and Conditions

1. Offers will not apply to returned defective products where the customer opted for a refund instead of a replacement. Any free item received shall be returned/surrendered to Samsung in good condition if products purchased are returned and a refund was given by Samsung.
2. The free item/s shall be delivered to the customer’s preferred delivery address as indicated in the RMS. Samsung reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations that it deems unsafe or unreachable. In this case, another delivery address shall be asked of the customer to provide.
3. Samsung shall not be liable for failure of the customer to redeem free item/s due to factors beyond Samsung’s control.
4. Samsung will not be liable for and will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen gifts.
5. Samsung reserves the right to reject any redemption when (i) redemption documents are incomplete or not in accordance with the form prescribed by Samsung and, in any or both instances, customer is not able to complete or comply with the prescribed format within the redemption period, (ii) any and/or all of the redemption documents is/are falsified, tampered or fraudulent in any way, and (iii) if Samsung has proven that the redemption is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. For authorized representatives who will receive the free item/s, kindly present an authorization letter from the customer with a copy of his / her valid ID and a copy of the authorized representative’s valid ID. Alternatively, the authorized representative may simply present the delivery code sent to the customer via email.
