2. For customers within Metro Manila, customer will automatically be eligible for a device trial period of 14 days. If customer is not satisfied with the device, they can return the device and leather case (EF-VF916LBEGWW – applicable for Galaxy Z Fold 2 only) any time within the trial period, and they will be entitled to a full refund of the device and leather case (EF-VF916LBEGWW – applicable for Galaxy Z Fold 2 only) at customer's actual purchase cost as indicated in OR.
3. The start of the 14-day trial period will be on the day of device receipt (1-3 days from purchase).
4. The refund will be given, provided that the returned device:
a. Turns on and is able to connect to a network.
b. Does not have visible water or accidental damage.
c. Does not have visible cracks on the screen, camera, frame, or back of the device.
Devices with light scratches can still be honored given that this does not affect the performance of the phone.
d. Is signed out from all accounts (Samsung, Google, etc.).
e. Comes with its complete box contents (including data cable).
f. [For Galaxy Z Fold2] Still comes with the FREE Galaxy Buds Live and that the FREE 12mos SC+, and may come in with the discounted leather case if bought together with the main unit (EF-VF916LBEGWW).
5. Devices with any observed damage as stated above will forfeit the validity for the Galaxy Free Trial Program, and no partial refund will be provided.
6. This promo is not convertible to cash and can be combined with 0% installment upon purchase.
a. If customer opts to pay via 0%, please note that IF s/he decides to return the device within 14 days, the full refund will come in the form of a check, and her monthly installments will not be cancelled
7. Bundle promo deemed eligible can only be redeemed by the customer 14 days after the date of purchase for RMS redemption.

DEVICE RETURN (To Authorized Service Center)

1. If customer is not satisfied with the device and wishes to get refund, they can return the device any time within the 14-day trial period at any Samsung Authorized Service Centers (ASC) within Metro Manila.

2. Customer to fill up the Samsung Refund Form and short survey, provided by the ASC.
3. Customer must present the following:
a. OR of the device purchased.
b. Delivery Receipt.
c. Valid ID matching the name indicated in the OR.
d. device with complete box inclusions.
d. freebies / leather case (applicable for Galaxy ZFold2), if any.
4. ASC to confirm validity of the program registration and requirements, and to check if the returned device:
a. Turns on and is able to connect to a network
b. Does not have visible water or accidental damage
c. Does not have visible cracks on the screen, camera, frame, or back of the device.

5. Devices with any observed damage as stated above will forfeit the validity for the Galaxy Free Trial Program. The ASC’s assessment on the validity of the return is deemed final.
6. Upon confirmation of complete requirements, ASC will process customer refund via check release – at the exact same price of the device as indicated on the customer’s OR. Check will be named to the customer’s valid ID that matches the OR
7. Customer to be contacted by Samsung once check is ready for pick-up from the same ASC. Processing will take 2-4 weeks from the date of the return.
