If I am eligible for Rewards Plus, how long can I stay at this level?

You will receive Gold and Platinum benefits for 24 months after you upgrade to the respective tier. To stay at the Gold or Platinum level, you should have spent the required amount on Samsung.com within the previous 24 months.
