Easy-bake Corn Muffins
Ingredients:
- 12 pcs. half-cup capacity glass custard cups or ramekins,
each lined with 2 pcs of paper muffin liners - 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cornmeal
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. cooking oil
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 whole egg – lightly beaten
- 1 cup canned whole kernel corn, drained
- ½ cup fresh or full cream milk
1. | Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until blended. Fill half of each prepared cup with the mixture. |
2. | Put 6 muffins in a ring formation inside the Samsung Smart Oven and set it on Microwave on 600W for 3 minutes. Repeat with the other 6 muffins. |
3. | Tip: Remove paper-lined muffins right after cooking in the microwave. Let it cool on a wire rack. |
