Galaxy A72

I rendered 2 months thinking and comparing A72 to other units if it's worth it for the price and bought this phone last year of October. Fr I love the idea of the storage that it is expandable and the battery life is good too. I can play games smoothly. However, I didn't review that A72 is not compatible with S Pen istg I was dead disappointed. I would have chosen A52 as it is compatible with S pen cause I wanted to do digital art and now I'm crying out of disappointment.

My phone was bought last May 2021 and it stopped working a month ago. The touch screen is no longer responsive. Have tried all troubleshooting from the website and it didn't work. The phone is in pristine condition and has no scratches, marks or dents. It has not been dropped even once. I seldom carried it as I don't go out of the house, which makes it surprising that the touch screen has stopped working. There is something on how the phone was built. I am unwilling to pay for repairs as this is already outside the warranty period, but mobile devices should not stopped working after a year. I believe the company is accountable for such and should look after those people who are complaining about it (there's a lot - google it). I am using a samsung galaxy A50 which was purchased 2 years before this one and it is still working. You decide from this experience if you will still like to buy this unit. For me, I will no longer use the brand and tell all family and friends if I don't feel being taken care of.

There are many useless appsand i can't uninstall it and the battery stays 1day only for Facebook use only. I am not so satisfied with the device and the face recognition sometimes fails and there are times that the screen lock while i am using it and even if its unlock already

I bought my phone May 2021, I really love it the quality , the features and awesome camera. But in June 2022 my phone was suddenly not functional the screen freezes and the charger was not able to charge it prompt it has moisture. Sadly it is not covered anymore with the warranty.Hopefully samsung will extend the warranty since it is only valid last May 2022

I bought this just a week ago at SM Sn Lazaro. My Last use of Samsung phone was the Zoom Phone. Just enough for it size, only that there's so many unwanted apps that I don't like ie: bixby, shot, goals, tutor... etc.. and the apps the i commonly use before is missing as the player.

It wasnt used that much as I have Samsung A51 and iphone 12 but even before a year of purchasing it, it keeps on prompting usb connected/disconnected. As ive search the net, it is not only me who is experiencing this error and samsung is just turning a blind eye to it blaming the user for the error when clearly it is their device that is veey faulty.

I bought this a year ago and it's a good buy. My only problem is the fingerprint sensor cannot read/recognize my fingerprint and it's giving me hard time to unlock my phone. It always happen :-(

I love this phone but after a 2 years of using it the touchscreen suddenly stopped working. Literally was just playing a game on this phone then suddenly I couldn't click on anything. Based on my research, this is a common problem to Samsung phones and I would either have to replace the screen or the flat cable. Been hoping an update would fix this problem but nothing.

I've been using this phone for almost four years, and honestly, I'm still amazed by its performance. It's truly stood the test of time. One of my favorite features is the camera. The Snapdragon chipset is another highlight, providing smooth performance even with demanding apps. Plus, the ample storage means I never have to worry about running out of space. What really sets this phone apart is how well it's kept up with Samsung's OS updates. It feels like a brand new device with each upgrade. I did encounter a minor setback – the Type-C port needed repair after a clumsy 2-meter drop (lesson learned!). And while I'd love seamless wireless reverse charging with other Samsung devices, it's not a deal-breaker. Despite these minor quirks, the phone's overall reliability, excellent camera, and powerful performance make it a fantastic investment that's aged incredibly well.

Drop in a shallow water not more than a minute but the lcd broke even tho its advertised as water resistant and can functin in water for 20 mins. Just a year and suddenly can't read the sim and seems always on flight mode apparently its a motherboard issue

I BOUGHT THIS LAST NOV 2021 AND IT'S ALREADY DEAD. ITS HEAT UP WHEN I CHARGE IT. IT STOP CHARGING AND NOW ITS DEAD
