I bought the S24 Ultra 8 months ago. After 10 days, I started noticing below issues along with the attachments of the proof. 1. Camera There is a significant glitch in the camera while shifting from one sensor to another. Please download the video from the link below, as the file size is too large to attach. I compared the issue with my friends' S23 and S24, and they do not have this problem. Video link: https://we.tl/t-f19JVHrMwh 2. Wi-Fi issue Whenever I am on Wi-Fi, I end up having slow Wi-Fi results—for example, see the X posts appearing on my timeline; they aren't loading properly, the banking app won't load, and many other apps won't function properly. The moment I switch to 5G, everything gets fine. My Wi-Fi speed is 200 Mbps plus, and I have Wi-Fi from both Jio and Airtel, but the issue persists. I have tried clearing network settings, but it only worked fine for a few hours/days, and then the problem returned. Please find the below screenshot. This issue is not only for the Twitter app; it is for all apps like Instagram, Ajio, Myntra, etc. Sometimes I don't even get notifications for Microsoft Teams when I'm on Wi-Fi. FYI, I'm a network engineer with 7+ years of experience, and I've tried all possible ways to resolve this issue, but with no luck. 3. Instagram I am noticing a hazard symbol on the Instagram highlights cover photo. I initially thought it was an issue with Instagram, but after logging into Instagram on the web, it works fine there. I also tested it on other Android devices and iPhones, where it works fine as well. The problem appears to be with the Samsung S24 Ultra. I have cleared the cache and reinstalled the app multiple times, but the issue persists. Please find below attachment. Above are the issues I’m currently facing with this mobile but, I seriously doubt if these were only the issues I had if I have the same mobile. I can say that I may get lot of issues in the continuous use of the same mobile. I was using OnePlus 9R for four years without a single issue, and it cost me only ₹35,000. I spent ₹1,15,000 on this S24 Ultra, and it’s been nothing but trouble. This is outrageous! Did you seriously release a phone with this many problems? Are you seriously suggesting I reset my brand-new phone to fix all these issues? I’ve visited the Samsung authorized service centre three times for every single issue. They’ve asked me to factory reset my phone and perform the manual upgrade, but I don’t want to factory reset or perform a manual upgrade as this is a new phone with a warranty period. If this were out of warranty or more than one or two years old, I would be okay with a manual upgrade. My friend has an S23 and an S24. I tested all these above-mentioned issues on their phones, but they don't have any issues. Now, I feel that my phone is a defective piece from the beginning. Even if I follow the steps suggested by the store, which are to do a manual upgrade and factory reset, I'll still feel that it's defective. I won't be able to convince myself that this is a brand-new phone that I spent so much money on and got a defective one. The reason I'm saying this is defective because I have checked various S24 phones from people who have owned them even before me, and they haven't faced any issues like the ones I'm facing with my phone right now. I hereby conclude that I have spent so much of my savings in this gadget and felt unsatisfied. I have all the reasons to claim either a new Mobile of S24 or the refund of my Money. With the latest Android, 15, update, the device became worse, in particular: - not easy to read the battery percentage on top right of home screen, I do not understand why they changed the graphics - to choose the apps now you have yo scroll up and down, I have using Samung Galaxy Note/Ultra mobiles and now I found more difficult to use - the quick access to the setting by scrolling down from top of the screen is now split in 2 parts, left and right, more difficult to use It was a perfect mobile and software, I don't understand these changes, at least they could have left the option to keep the software as it was

Decent phone with great camera and software stability. But I'm disappointed that the smaller S24 is still only 1080p. In the hand feel is high quality but sharp edges are uncomfortable. Sad to see the volume buttons are still on the right hand side, which less ergonomic than the left hand side. RAM capacity is much higher on the larger S24+, the standard size variant is left out once again.

The performance of my S24 is outstanding, this is by far the best phone I’ve ever owned. I absolutely love it and have zero regrets about my choice. Its sleek design and robust battery life stand out as my favorite features. The phone’s stylish build is a pleasure to hold, and its battery is incredibly reliable, lasting through my busiest days with ease.

I was super psyched about this coming out specifically for the camera as I am a photographer and thought whoa. That'd be awesome. Well after months using it I would literally return it if I could. AND would if it were an actual camera. The AI interference on simple areas of focus when using zoom completely ruin images. I'm truly baffled

Excellent well built phone. Battery is very good, has excellent features and I love the colour of the case. The camera is so unreal, phone is light, looks very luxurious. Definitely the best one out yet put of all Samsung I owned.

As usual excellent mobile wit all the modern specs and apps. Easy to use and learn new stuff. Brilliant design and offers from Samsung. Great new features, vibrant display colours, very nice camera and good battery life.

But since purchasing the S24 if was up to speed with everything this phone has to offer I would be in 7th heaven. I do love it with what I do know on it, very impressive. Everything is so much faster eg I can now screen shot when I sign on/off at work and send it to my supervisor. Looks very professional and makes me look good NOW that I know how to. I've never been able to do that with my S8. So extremely 😊 happy so far and looking forward to my S24 taking me to new adventures and what else it has to offer. Thankyou Mr Samsung.

Ich bin noch dabei das S 2 4 Ultra zu erobern! Aber alles was ich entdecke ist spitze! Die AI ist einfach ein Traum! Je mehr Funktionen man findet desto mehr will ich an meinem Smartphone arbeiten. Regelmä0ßige Hinweise wie man die AI bedient finde ich hilfreich. Ich wünsche mir mehr davon, mehr AI zur Fotobearbeitung wäre super! Ich hoffe, Samsung ist auf dem Weg das alles weiter zu treiben und wenn möglich, ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Gerade habe ich gelesen das es nicht mehr lange dauern wird bis Samsung für die AI abkassieren will. Das wäre Schade, gerade für den einfachen Normalverbraucher! What can I say about this absolutely beautiful phone?! The packaging was luxurious and felt upmarket. The phone was well protected. I chose the stunning cobalt violet colourway with satin edges as it reflected calm in my busy schedule. Disappointingly there was no plug but it contained the charging cable. The transfer from my S20 was seamless and supremely easy. This phone is great for work whilst busy and on the go and great for leisure time. The picture is beautifully clear and crisp, great for commuting and quiet time also. The sound quality is great too for listening to music but the real show stopper has to be the camera! It’s amazing and simple to use with great features. My favourite is the text extraction from photos which saves a huge amount of time for me whilst out and about. The camera burst shot setting is great. You can remove objects, shadows and reflections from photographs with object eraser. The price point for the phone is fairly priced as the S24 packs a punch for the pound. I purchased the official Samsung Validated silicone case for extra protection. I highly recommend the S24 and am absolutely thrilled with it!

Moisture detection fault constantly annoys me, wish I didn't get this phone will get rid of it soon ! Bad move bad design by Samsung !

Don't listen to the hype of the s24 Snap Dragon Variant being more efficient. I come home with 60-45% battery life on a daily work day on regular normal use. Samsung has come along way with its in house Exynos Processor. Its 100% legit. The 24 base model is the perfect size and weight for your pocket while packing serious efficiency in technology no other phone can do at this point. Its an adaptable device for all Windows and android services with layers of security and flexibility between software's.

Dans l'ensemble je passe d'une S20 FE 5G à un S24. Le format est meilleur, plus petit moins lourd. La batterie est moins bonne, même si il y a 1000mah en moins ça reste faible J'ai update pour jouer à des jeux plus récents, 1,6M sur antutu comparé au S20.. et pourtant il chauffe tout autant, les jeux saccades alors qu'on est censé être sur une puce x4 plus puissante. J'ai aussi des problèmes de fluidité dans des applications comme google map, alors qu'il est une fois de plus être au top. bref j'en suis content mais vu le prix il ne fallait pas changer mon téléphone pour aussi peu de gain et des problèmes dans l'utilisation au quotidien.

J'ai toujours été un grand Fan de la marque, pour sa qualité de produits et son excellence sur les versions haut de gamme ! Galaxy AI est une vraie révolution qui facilite la vie quotidienne. La plupart des fonctionnalités sont réellement utilisable au quotidien. Personnellement j'utilise beaucoup le résumé sur les pages Web pour gagner du temps. Travaillant avec mon téléphone avec des étrangers, c'est un vrai bonheur d'avoir les traductions en instantanée ! J'adore la photo et j'ai pu a plusieurs reprises corriger des anomalies facilement avec AI ! En bref, j'adore et je suis sur que les prochaines mises à jour feront encore mieux, comme d'habitude !

Voice to text iconic change is terrible. The icon used to be located in the row just above the keyboard. But now it moved to the lower left hand corner of the phone. Which is way more inconvenient. And it also does not work effectively. You have to press it exactly right. If you do it too long some weird new search option appears on the screen. If you do it too short the microphone doesn't work. Also when you finish doing a voice to text and send the text the microphone often pops right back up again and starts recording without you even realizing it. Never ever had this problem before with any previous version of Samsung Galaxy.

I got my S24 a week ago. The display makes me nauseous immediately. And the loudspeaker's bass makes my heart palpitate. Looks like this phone is tuned for intense sensory stimulation. How do I rate an expensive phone that I cannot even use? No star if I could. FYI, I have been using S8 for 7 years without above problems. I would want to use it forever but Apps nowadays are not properly supporting its Android 9 (e.g. YouTube comment would freeze keypad). And the S8 Snapdragon US version does not have custom ROM to upgrade Android OS.

Das Telefon ist an sich gut.Es ist recht schnell,das Display ist super. Die Farben sehen toll aus und es reagiert sehr gut. Schade finde ich das die Kamera nur eine dreifache Zoomstufe hat. Alles drüber hinaus ist ein digitaler Zoom,entsprechend werden die Bilder dann recht schlecht. Weitwinkelaufnahmen wirken als wenn sie über ein Fisheye gemacht wurden. Das hat mein altes Huawei P30Pro schon damals (2019) deutlich besser gemacht. Wahrscheinlich müsste man für bessere Aufnahmen das s24 Ultra holen, aber der deutlich höhere Preis ist es mir nicht wert,zumal andere Anbieter bessere Aunahmen für gleich Geld gewährleisten können.

Leider gefühlt weniger performant als mein S10e damals. Außerdem diverse Software Problemchen die echt nerven. Standortbestimmung sehr ungenau und setzt öfters aus, Anrufe beendet das Telefon ohne das jemand aufgelegt hätte. Die KI-Features sind ganz nett aber so gut funktioniert Auto Translate beim telefonieren und Bildnachbearbeitung noch nicht. Was allerdings wirklich hilfreich ist ist die KI basierte Textkorrektur. Die Fehlererkennung ist zuverlässig und die alternativen Textvorschläge in verschiedenen Formulierungsstilen sinnig. Insgesamt habe ich mir von diesem Handy aber leider deutlich mehr erhofft. Aber vielleicht ist es auch nur ein Montags-Gerät...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Camera needs works severely blows out high lights. Intelligent optimisation is overly aggressive even on the moderate setting. Needs an option to allow the image direct from the camera without modification. If these short comings can't be rectified in future software updates. This phone is ruined by the developers having no idea of reality. The photos from the device at times are almost comical. The zoom is quite good but it is suddenly modified by AI and becomes unreal and not resembling what had been photographed. I will no longer buy Samsung phones if this trend continues. How about a section for Camera in the ratings

What a nicely designed phone with the compact wow factor ruined by its unusable battery life. I really liked the phone out of the box but the Exynos 2400 seems like ruined the whole experience.Can’t get the phone half day on one charge,no more than 2-4hrs SOT.Worst battery life on any phone I have ever used.My friend has the same phone with Snapdragon processor ,no issues.I can see EU lawsuit coming later this year.Man,really wanted to like this phone but can’t due to the processor .UK

I recently upgraded to S24 as the current S22's battery heated very frequently from the limited storage. For the first time, I feel not happy with the upgrade (even had a thought of returning it). It's that near miss of the camera that gives so much saturation and sharpness to the photo while ignoring the colour (the livelihood). Also, the editing portrait mode used to be applicable regardless of its definition (portrait-face) and I could turn it on or off easily by going to edit, now it's no longer there on S24. I don't know but it's a mix feeling.

Despite being brand new and covered under warranty, the S24 arrived with multiple manufacturing defects that significantly hindered its usability and functionality. Firstly, the camera on the S24 was non-functional right out of the box. Additionally, the biometrics were disabled, and the fingerprint reader did not operate at all. These issues point to very poor manufacturing quality, which is unacceptable for a device that is supposed to represent the latest in mobile technology.

Hey, so I got the new S24, and guess what? I found a tiny mark on the back, right under the glass. Can you believe that? I mean, come on, Samsung is supposed to be the best in the business, and they can't even get the quality right on their flagship phone. I complained about it, and they offered to replace the back panel, but I didn't want them messing with my brand-new phone. So, I just put my SIM card in and started using it, even with the scratch. But guess what else? The signal is terrible! I'm only getting one bar, while my old phone had full signal with the same SIM card. People keep calling me and complaining that my number is switched off. I'm so frustrated with Samsung. For the price I paid, I expected a lot better. This is just ridiculous. To me, Samsung is the worst smartphone brand out there. Here's an award for them: 💩

Ich bin nicht ganz zufrieden. Aber leider habe ich bemerkt, dass Touchscreen schwach ist. Das Touchscreen ist beschädigt trotzdem habe ich Schutzfolie darauf geklappt. Man kann sagen, dass es meine Fehler ist. Nein. Ich habe original Schutzfolie und Schutzcase von Samsung Markt gekauft um Mein Handy zu schützen aber leider die waren nur Deko. Ich hatte vorher S20 Ultra und das Handy war richtig Stabil und Stark. Ich habe kinder und die Kinder spielen mit allem. Ich habe jetzt ein Handy mit gekratzte Screen. Sodass habe ich nicht ganz zufrieden. Und in Zukunft kaufe ich kein Schütz Zubehör aus Samsung Shop.

This phone is a TRASH. IMO. I went from an A21, and there's barely a difference. The camera is better, but is inconvenient when setting it down on a surface. It's inner systems are TRASH. I work from my phone and the just general way the phone functions is absolutely ridiculous. This phone is what you'd expect from 10 years ago, not 2024. It's SO buggy. Texting, emailing, etc, is a nightmare. Auto correct is trash, as well as general functions related to this. If I wouldn't have gotten it for free, I'd 10000% be returning it. ALSO - SAMSUNG wouldn't let me post this review until jumping through hoops. Lol.

Ce smartphone est tour simplement incroyable ! Je suis client Samsung depuis des années et je dois avouer que le Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra est un bijou de technologie, sa coque en titane est magnifique et prouve une fois de plus la recherche de qualité de la marque. Étant un vrai passionné de photo, ce téléphone dépasse de loin mes attentes avec ses 200MP. L'association du smartphone et de l'Intelligence Artificielle lui offre un atout indiscutable. Je n'ai pas encore utilisé toutes les fonctionnalités tant il regorge de surprises ! Bravo pour cette brillante innovation ! Il est sans aucun doute le meilleur smartphone sur le marché actuellement et j'en suis pleinement satisfait !

La batterie est très décevant, pouvant perdre jusque à 8% pendant que je dort. Les photos de nuit sont OK, mais 2 seconds après prendre la photo le téléphone transforme la nuit en jour (astuce, faut retirer les permissions de l'appli Galerie, et utiliser Google Photos pour éviter cela). Les vidéos de nuit sont horribles, quand il y a peut de lumière et que vous bougez, il faut soit ne pas bouger du tout, soit désactiver la stabilization. L'application Samsung Notes est super, mais je ne peux pas l'utiliser dans mon Mac, donc je vais continuer à utiliser OneNotes comme appli des notes. La prise en main du téléphone est très agréable. La navigation est très rapide et fluide.

Es ist ein sehr guter anfang und mehr als erwarted. Damit das ganze KI thema besser zur geltung kommt, sollte diese mehr in alltägliche sachen wie z.b. korrektur beim schreiben, schnelle dynamische template erstellung, sprachsteuerung über ki (direkter app zugriff der ki) usw. Integriert werden. Sehr interessant wäre die KI soweit zu personalisieren, dass ich ihr sachen beibringen kann, die personenspezifisch sind abr für andere user nicht relevant sind. Die KI ist noch zu wenig in foto funktionen eingebaut; dabei meine ich hauptsächlich spielerische sachen oder mündliche befehle während dem fotografieren

Par rapport à toutes les fonctionnalités que le S24 proposent, que ce soit les photos (objectif et traitement des images), les performances (processeur dernière génération et système optimisé), l'écran 120Hz avec des couleurs magnifique ou l'écosystème Samsung. Ce téléphone est parfait à prendre en main avec toutes les fonctionnalités IA intégrées qui sont extrêmement intuitives et utiles au quotidien. Je pense que c'est le meilleur téléphone à acheter en 2024/2025 au vu de son prix attractif. Si vous aimez les nouvelles fonctionnalités, faites beaucoup de photographie, jouer aux jeux mobiles ou simplement changer pour un téléphone durable; je ne peux que vous le commander.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra almost a year ago when it was first released. Overall, I’ve enjoyed using the phone, but I recently encountered an issue with the S Pen. When I pressed to eject the S Pen to use it as usual, the lower part of the pen came out separately, detached from the rest of the pen, which seems to indicate it’s broken. This was unexpected, as I’ve always handled the phone and the pen carefully.

I'm using Samsung devices from note 9, but now when I'm S24 ultra, I can't even update my device (because it was bought in another country P.S. no one mentioned that there would be any difficulties P.S. on early models there weren't such issues) also different assistances only make life more difficult, than it is with such "unique" device. For example, I can't find my Samsung tag in "smartthings" after update, when I'm needed it the most. Also stupid Samsung keyboard is opening instead of my Gboard from time to time, so I have to open settings and change it from there 👍🏻. But the last drop was what I've mentioned above about software update issues. This phone just making my life harder rather than easier. If not the S-pen I wouldn't be even looking forward buying this phone. Worst experience ever with phones in my entire life. Even fake phones better that this.

I bought S24 Ultra a week ago and I have moisture alert problem from nowhere. It doesn't go away for 24 hours now. I've done everything possible to stop it. There is no moisture on the phone and in the port and it's never been in the water. I am highly disappointed with due point technology and this failure moister alerts coming from nowhere. I didn't expect this from samsung. Also, for a new phone it heats up too much. I am afraid it will go on fire. I have all generations of Galaxy Notes. I also have S21 ultra and S 22 which never let me down and are very strong and reliable mobile phones. They've been in sand and rain but never anything happened like this before. s24 Ultra costs a lot of money but you get very awful quality and no reliability. I give it 1 start for this moister alert failure, but 5 stars for the design and camera. Samsung must get rid of this technology.

Seit gut 1 Monat genieße ich jeden Tag dieses kleine Wunderwerk. Anfangs war ich von der eckigen Form irritiert, mittlerweile mag ich mein S24 gar nicht mehr aus den Händen legen. Noch längst habe ich nicht alles an KI und technischen Features ausprobiert, aber das, was ich bislang genutzt habe, begeistert! Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Einmal Samsung, immer Samsung. Das meiste ist selbsterklärend. Die lange Akku Laufzeit gibt Sicherheit auf meinen langen Spaziergängen, die Kamera liefert dabei irre Fotos und Videos. Diese wiederum kann man dank KI zu kleinen Kunstwerken verwandeln. Auch ein Spiel zwischendurch macht bei diesem klaren Bild richtig Spaß. Ich möchte kein anderes Smartphone.

I am a master student and this phone really changed my life to more productively and faster learning. It summarize all the websites that have alots of texts for faster reading and just circle any information on paper or board or anywhere no need to rewrite and search just take Pic and circle you will get results. As a student it helped me so much basically changed my life for better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favourite colour is yellow and I loved how the "Amber Yellow" looked in the photos, but upon unboxing I thought they'd sent me a white/cream version by accident! It only looks yellowish in certain lights. Functionality is fine and the battery life so far is definitely an upgrade from my old S9! But I miss the colour-coded notification light that my S9 had, which allowed me to see at a glance which app had triggered it. I'm also having trouble getting custom notification sounds to work for apps such as Whatsapp and Discord, so I'm hearing a lot of the same generic tone, which is frustrating.

La partie photo n'a pas à envié à mon ancien S22. Le dising des aopareil photo arrière ainsi que le châssis en bord plat sont super jolis. Je trouve se choix bien meilleur. Pour la partie performance il est solide. Même si le snap dragon arrêt étais bien il sens tire bien. L'intégration de l'IA est très intéressante. Je me sert plus particulièrement de la traduction auto qui est vraiment très pratique. Sur le reste j'ai remarqué quelque petit beug sur le tactile sur 2 applications (instagram, youtube) sens comprendre me tactile se coupe. Hormis cela le smartphone est très bon à l'utilisation

Das eisblau schaut aus wie grau, nicht schön leuchtend. Leider gibt es das kleine Licht nicht mehr, was Nachrichten in mir bestimmten Farben anzeigt. Die Farben des Displays sind auch nicht mehr so schön bunt sondern etwas schwach. Doof ist, dass man alle 6h (ohne Handybenutzung) trotzdem seine PIN eingeben muss und Face-ID dann nicht klappt. Die Kamera links oben so herausstehend ist auch nicht gut. Man fasst immer drauf und so kann es eher zu Beschädigungen kommen, da selbst das Fullcover diese nicht vernünftig schützen kann. Super Fast laden nicht möglich. Akku gleich zum S8.also keine Verbesserung. Alles im Vergleich zum S8.(ausser super fast laden), mit dem ich sehr zufrieden war.

Didn't need to learn a whole new system, all the old commands worked, just seamed a bit more intuitive. I normally put off getting the new phone out of the box but this has been a delight swap over to. Would have liked to have seen the old "gentle wakeup" feature returned. This was one of my favorite features of my first Samsung phone many years/models ago. Hopefully next time they'll bring back this feature. Gentle Wakeup played soft sounds several minutes before actual alarm like waves or wind in the forest or babbling brook

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A bit over 12 months ago I purchased a Samsung A52 5g phone. Larger than my previous Samsung but I thought I would adapt. Don't get me wrong, the A52 is a very good phone but I just couldn't adapt to the size, a bit big for my pocket so inevitably it got left behind. I made the decision to purchase a new phone and settled on the S24. For me, great features that I have come to expect, to be honest I was always going to select a Samsung, their transfer feature makes it so easy. Very happy so far, it does a lot more that I will ever need it to do but that is better than falling short.

I got Samsung s24 ultra 1TB in one word DISASTER!! This was the reson I didn't upgrade from Note 20 ultra The best Samsung galaxy phone ever! As a CON: My Samsung galaxy s24 ultra is sluggish, smaller than Note 20 Ultra, No memory card SD which I still miss , Camera disaster colour wash out, zooming still can be seen between the cameras, camera downgrade compared with s23u etc, I will come back with full details when I will get more time PRO The battery in S24U not too bad I still want more but its acceptable. Flat screen 👍 7 out of 10 for S24 Ultra And 9 out of 10 to Note 20 Ultra

I just upgraded from a Galaxy S22 Ultra to the S24 Ultra and I am quite disappointed....the colors are dull and faded compared to my Galaxy S22 Ultra even on Vivid QHD. Plus I can't use my AOD at all when I'm in low light conditions, it's virtually unreadable!!!! There is no way to fix the problem or brighten the screen to be able to even see the AOD!!! Why do I have to download third party apps to fix the issues on all a brand new very expensive phone that should be an improvement on previous model phones. If I knew it was going to be a downgraded phone I would never have upgraded!!!

I'm soo in love with this phone as its packed with terrific features that everyone could ask for. The only thing is that when you call someone the live translation doesn't have the Arabic language. If this language would be available, it would do a lot of wonders for those who doesn't speak Arabic.

I have been so looking forward to the S24 range and was so pleased to be able to join this campaign! I've been using the Galaxy S range of smartphones since the beginning and have not upgraded for a while (since getting the S20 back in 2020). This was a massive improvement and the first moment of unboxing the smartphone got me super excited! I love the colour (cobalt violet) and the feel of the smartphone on my hands. It is so fast to start up and the transfer of data from my S20 to the S24+ was seamless. There are so many options to explore and the most exciting new addition being the Galaxy AI functionalities. It is super innovative and easy to use, pleasing to the eye, and with a massive 512GB memory, I no longer need to worry about deleting photos or videos, or even uninstalling apps just in order to install new ones! Playing games, watching videos, surfing the net, are all super fast and smooth. The display on this massive screen is amazing too! I cannot find anything to fault at all, well done Samsung!

I bought this phone 2 months ago. I like the feel and processing speed. However, i feel there is need to improve the resolution especially under vivid mode. I was using Samsung S22 Ultra and the screen display is awesome. There is need for an update to address this.

I am obsessed with playing games..performance, imaging and system are very good for me...but there are small drawbacks for the company but big problems for the user. For example, firstly, the phone is very heavy, especially if the phone is held from the bottom. You want 5 minutes of massage for your hand. Second: The phone has a very sharp angle, which is painful and annoying in everything, for example, playing, reading, and writing. Don't forget that it is heavy too. Third - I noticed that the phone is slow in charging the battery and I use 65 watts. It takes a full hour to complete. I had a 33w device that only lasted 45 minutes fully charged. Fourth - When I bought the Note 9 phone, I looked for the stylus, which was very precise in its disappearance. It was part of the framework. s24u. the phone. The pen appears outside the frame. It can prevent my nails from moving. The phone is kind of thick... ((I wish these problems didn't exist in the new phone *Don't lose confidence in you, Samsung)). That's it

After spending $2000+ it's doesn't support function to write NTFS format ssd.. ( transfer data from phone to ssd NTFS format).. But a $200 ZTE phone do all function without any 3rd party app.. Please support NTFS format write( data transfer) on future updates

Voici mon avis sur le S24+ : D'un point de vue esthétique, je le trouve très satisfaisant et conforme à mes attentes. Les fonctionnalités de correction orthographique et de style d'écriture me sont très utiles, bien que je rencontre parfois des difficultés avec certaines tournures de phrases qui ne sont pas considérées comme grossières, mais que l'IA refuse de prendre en charge. La qualité de l'appareil photo et de ses options est plutôt bonne. Cependant, j'ai identifié quelques points négatifs : La traduction instantanée nécessite une mise à jour significative pour améliorer sa précision. Il est regrettable que l'IA ne propose pas de résumés pour les articles de sites payants auxquels je suis abonné.

After almost 1 year I can honestly say that this phone is the worst phone I've ever owned. I got my first cell phone in 1991 and it was better than this phone. Don't waste your money. The best is can do is maybe mediocre at best.

I have had my Samsung S24 Ultra for almost a month. I upgraded from Samsung S21 Ultra. I am very disappointed in the following: - Larger and heavier causing hand issues. I have had trouble holding the phone. My hands are on the smaller side. I keep it in my back pocket and the size increase has made it not fit the back pocket of some Blue jeans. - Seems slower. - Picture quality terrible. Half the time it is not even in focus. Pictures are dull and not as sharp or bright. I take alot of pictures and I have been hesitant to even use it. I never know if the picture will come out. My S21 Ultra was sooo much better. The whole reason I bought this phone was for the camera. If you are upgrading think twice about it.

Today my phone did a software update for my s24 ultra and I must say the update was horrible. Why make changes to the app search bar, notification pull down at top of phone is different.

Very disappointing, especially given the high price. The Ultra 24 screen is so dark and colours are so dull that I thought my device was faulty - but when I spoke to Samsung they said this was an intentional change? Very limited customisation of things like notifications, always on display. Photo editor has very limited functionality, AI photo editing produces disappointing results. Typing is awkward and predictions are poor. No SD card slot. The only positive is a good camera but the pictures still look disappointing on the dull screen. Overall a shockingly poor phone.

Incroyablement inutile, la génération de fond d'écran est bien trop limité, sûrement car les fond d'écrans ne sont pas vraiment généré en temps réel. La fonction pour édité/effacé les photos est incroyablement mauvaise, souvent créant de nouveaux objets que personne ne veut dans leur photos. Quand le génération d'arrière plan fonctionne, la qualité est encore une fois incroyable pauvre et la différence est clairement visible. La fonction entourer pour rechercher fonctionne bien, mais ça n'a rien a voir l'intelligence artificielle. Ce n'est que l'application Google Lens avec une nouvelle input. Les autres fonctions ne m'intéresse pas vraiment. En tout et pour tout, c'est vraiment décevant de mon point de vue.

Always been a samsung fan. Love the return button. Fantastic size of S24. Battery life could be better. Screen size is ideal. Cannot plug in headphones. Love the image search.

I brought 6 month al ready but issues is GPS signal weak so no possible Google map usages is very difficult I'm not satisfied for working condition of this mobile phone.

One year I am using this phone, it never disappointed me. Truly love it. In every point, like display, battery, AI features, performance, everything is on top level

Light weight with incredible display quality. Sounds are clear and amazing. Camera is great as well . Battery can last a whole day . Pretty glad i upgraded to s24+

I bought it 4 months ago with one ui 6.1 one but now it powered with one ui 7 its so smooth and nice performance but worse battery life than one ui 7
