Galaxy Watch3: Device layout and basic functions

Turn on and off Galaxy Watch3

Press and hold the Home key (Power key) for a few seconds to turn on the Galaxy Watch3. To turn off the Galaxy Watch3, press and hold the Home key (Power key), and then tap Power off. Alternatively, open the quick panel by dragging downwards from the top of the screen and tap the Power off icon.

If your Galaxy Watch3   is frozen and unresponsive, press and hold the Home Key and the Back key simultaneously for more than 7 sec to restart it.

Charging the Galaxy Watch3
1 Connect the wireless charger to the charger and plug the charger into an electric socket.
2 Place the Galaxy Watch3 on the wireless charger aligning the centre of your Galaxy Watch3's back side with the centre of the wireless charger.

3 After fully charging, disconnect the Galaxy Watch3 from the wireless charger. First, disconnect the wireless charger from the charger and then unplug the charger from the electric socket.

How do I check the charging status

You can check the charging status on the Galaxy Watch3 ’s which is on the wireless charger. The estimated time until Galaxy Watch3 is fully charged will appear when you tap the screen twice. While charging the battery when the Galaxy Watch3 is turned off, press any key to check the charging status on the screen.

Charging the battery using Wireless PowerShare
1 Place the centre of the Galaxy Watch3’s back on the device that functions as a wireless charging pad. The location of the wireless charging coil may vary by device model. Adjust the device or Galaxy Watch3 to connect with each other properly.

4 After fully charging, disconnect the Galaxy Watch3 from your Galaxy phone
Replacing the band
1 Slide the band’s spring bar inwards

2 Pull the band away from the Galaxy Watch3’s body.

3 Insert one end of the band’s spring bar into the Galaxy Watch 3’s lug

4 Slide the spring bar inwards and connect the band.
