How to set up Dual Messenger on Samsung Galaxy mobile device

The Dual Messenger function allows you to use two different accounts with one chatting app. That means you can keep your accounts for work and home separate, but on the same phone. Only specific models and apps are supported with Dual Messenger. To set up Dual Messenger please see the step-by-step guide below.

Step 1. On the Settings screen, tap Advanced features → Dual Messenger. Supported apps will appear.

Step 2. Tap the switch of an app to install the second app. The second app will be installed. The second app’s icon will be displayed with  Navigate to and open the newly installed version of the app - it will have the Dual Messenger symbol on its icon. Then, enter your account information to start using Dual Messenger.

Step 1. On the Settings screen, tap Advanced features → Dual Messenger.

Step 2. Tap the switch of the app you want to uninstall and tap Uninstall. All data related to the second app will be deleted.
