How to reset Smart Hub Setting?

Resetting the Smart Hub returns the Smart Hub to its default factory settings. All downloaded apps will be removed and you will need to agree to the terms and conditions again and re-download your apps.

 

You can reset your Smart Hub if: 

● Smart Hub is not working properly.'

● Apps are not loading.

● Some Apps are missing or failing.

 

Reset Smart Hub

 

1 Press the MENU key on your Smart Control.
2 Navigate and select Smart Hub on the main menu

3 Navigate and select Smart Hub Reset.

4 Enter your PIN (it's 0000 by default).

5 The Smart Hub will reset and you will receive a confirmation message.

6 When you access the Smart Hub again you will need to activate it again as you did when you first setup the TV.
