Why is my Bluetooth headset audio unstable on my Samsung phone

Unstable Bluetooth audio is usually caused by connection issues, interference, or distance. Re-pairing the headset and adjusting your environment can improve stability.

Restart your devices

Step 1: Turn off your phone
Step 2: Restart your Bluetooth headset
Step 3: Turn your phone back on

Try re-pairing the device to the Bluetooth headset

Step 1. Open Settings and tap Connections.

Step 2. Tap Bluetooth.

Step 3. Turn on Bluetooth and tap Settings, located next to the connected Bluetooth headset.

Step 4. Tap Unpair.

Step 5. Tap Back.

Step 6. Turn on Bluetooth and enable pairing mode on the headset. When the headset appears under Available devices, tap and connect the headset to the device.

Step 1: Keep your phone and headset close together
Step 2: Avoid obstacles between the devices
Step 3: Move away from crowded areas or strong Wi-Fi signals
Step 4: Avoid metal objects or accessories near the device

Notes:

  • Interference from other devices or environments can disrupt Bluetooth signals.
  • If the issue continues, your headset or device may need further inspection.
