How to use the Repair Pack

- Show the order confirmation for your Repair Pack

- Our Service Professional will inspect and repair your device

Collect Device

Step 4:
Collect Device

- Collect your device from the Service Centre once it is repaired

Terms & Conditions

1. Each Galaxy Elite Repair Pack purchased will be valid for thirty (30) days from its purchase date and can only be redeemed at Samsung Service Centres.

2. Each Galaxy Elite Repair Pack will entitle you to a Screen Repair Service consisting of: (i) OLED Screen Repair (without Frame); (ii) Repair Labour Fee Waiver; (iii) Screen Protector (subject to availability); and (iv) Battery Replacement, for your Galaxy S25 Series, Galaxy S24 Series, Galaxy Z Fold 5 / 6 / 7 or Galaxy Z Flip 5 / 6 / 7 devices (or such other devices as may be determined by Samsung from time to time) only.

3. Galaxy Elite Repair Packs are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items in whole or in part.
