How to customise your Galaxy phones like a pro

It’s time to personalise your Galaxy mobile phones and truly make them your own! After all, it is all about making Your Galaxy, Your Way! One UI lets you create a mobile device that reflects your personality and preferences, enhancing your phone’s overall look and feel and optimising its functionality and performance.

You can customise your Galaxy mobile phones in many ways. Some models allow you to customise the phone colours or select mobile phones and accessories that feature brand collaborations or fan editions.

But beyond that, you can customise your phone interface, from the lock screen and wallpapers to the widgets, display, lighting and more. Samsung has given its users the tools to create a mobile device that is truly personal, and we would like to share some tips that you might not know about to create a phone that is uniquely you!

1. Display different photo or video wallpapers

Fancy having a different wallpaper each time you switch on your screen? Or a clip from your favourite video as your video wallpaper? Your Galaxy mobile device allows you to do that! With One UI 5, your wallpaper options and possibilities are endless.

You can create a wallpaper design within minutes or set a collection of your favourite photos or videos as your wallpaper. And the best part is these photos and videos will change each time you switch on your screen.

How do I do it?

1. Press and hold lock screen for few seconds.
2. Tap on Wallpapers.
3. Select Gallery option.
4. Choose photos or videos to be used.

2. Set an image clock with the Always on Display feature

Are you considering a digital or analogue clock on your lock screen? Let’s take it one step further!

One UI 5 allows you to customise the Always on Display feature, enhancing the clock on your Galaxy phones even to feature an AR emoji of yourself, a sticker, or even include a photo of your pet! So with just one tap, your phone display will be a reflection of you!
