I bought this fridge and the top chill part is not cold as it supposed to be. Customer service officer told me it is due to frequently opening of door but even in the morning after not opening it is still not as cold. Keep saying diagnostics report when the actual fact WE KNOW it is not cold, the water dispenser is even worst not cold at all. It has been 5 days and this is the worst fridge ever. We bought a few fridge before and even after opening the door, our beverages remain cold unlike this product. We set the temperature to 3 degrees celcius but it keep showing 10 or 8 or 11 and sometime 4..

Faulty design, like a hot cupboard, temperature fluctuates & goes up to 30 degrees. horrible customer service say they can’t help, do what you want inspite bought the fridge less than one year ago.
