Bought the freezer and fridge March 2022. Worst freezer ever. Called Samsung to complain about the odour smell 6 mths later, that’s because the minute u open the freezer , the foul smell emits. Samsung took more than a year to decide to change the coil despite sending technician 3x to fix the smelly issues. The foul smell literally stained on all the edible products like ice cream, chocolates , butter etc etc. they are like stinky fish smell on these products and we hv to throw them away. Not only Samsung doesn’t honor their words to replace the entire freezer or refund the freezer amount that I’ve purchased, Samsung mgmt literally leaves the customer (me) extremely annoyed and unsatisfied. The way the mgmt is handling customer is unbelievably bad, to such an extent that they choose to leave the customer unattended We have forced to no choice and hv bought another brand of freezer which doesn’t emit any odour at all. I highly recommend that after this series of events that took more than a year unresolved , please heed my advice NOT TO BUY SAMSUNG Products as they are not customer oriented and didn’t implement customer satisfaction policy.

Purchased this no frost freezer couple of months ago and it is one of the best products I have purchased for everyday use. The slim ice maker in the door delivers ice in about 20 minutes. No frost has stopped the annual nightmare routine of wheeling the freezer to back door to defrost it. The internal construction of the Samsung freezer resembles a fridge and therefore is easy to clean with the wipe of a cloth. the freezer range is -15 to -25, almost cold enough to store the covid vaccine. The deep drawers are deep enough to park a small car. Well done Samsung.

I don't recommend this freezer if you want to reliably keep things frozen. Had this freezer for approx 2 years, and in that time it has given up freezing about 8 times. Lost quite a bit of food in the process when we didn't don't catch it in time. The only way to fix it is to power it off at the wall and wait 5 mins. Sometimes it takes a few goes and as much as 30 mins! I suspect it is the defrost mode failing to go back to freeze mode? I now have a temperature probe that sends a message to my phone if the freezer gets up to -7C.

I bought this freezer with refrigerator the as a pair for my brand kitchen in my new build. Very soon after, I found the foam patch that was glued on the front of the glass shelves as shock absorber (I presume), started peeling off, with the drawers being opened and closed repeatedly Soon after, the hinges on the door handles cracked with repeated use. They are made of plastic so cannot withstand repeated use, which a fridge is intended for (repeated open and closing) a busy family.

Bought this yesterday and the door (push open) levers came broken. The ice maker is a good concept but not all ice cubes are formed to full height as the water dripper holes not even. Like the digital display on the front. Fridge also comes with a USB port for WiFi dongle to be added. Slim and tall.
I recommended this product.

Like others, I have had numerous problems with the freezer just stopping freezing. When Samsung were forced to acknowledge the issue they replaced the electronics. Same thing. Then they replaced the freezer - yet the problem is occurring again. I purchased this less then 2 years ago.

The freezer stopped working after 8 months. It’s not good enough. It’s bad enough that food is ruined but you also have to dispose of the wet mess. I was going to buy the matching fridge but not now even though it doesn’t have the problems of the freezer.

Freezer just stop freezing for no reason. Try to contact helpdesk - hopeless. Next morning freezer is back to temp again. Happened about 3x in 2 years. Not hapoy.
