What to do when you encounter error on Samsung TV Smarthub?

When you are having issue on Smart Hub or when it is not working properly, follow these steps:

Reset Smart Hub

1 From the Home screen, navigate to Settings
Select Settings
2 Tap on Support
Self Diag
3 Select Self Diagnosis
Select self diagnosis
4 Tap on Reset Smart Hub
Reset Smart Hub
5 Enter your Pin
Reset Pin

Firmware upgrade

1 From the home screen, navigate to Settings
Select Settings
2 Tap on Support
Support
3 Select Software Update
software update
4 Select Update now
Update now
5 Please wait while TV checks for available update
check for update
6 To finish, select OK
Select ok
