[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had a samsung tv after my very first one. My favorite features are the clarity, resolution,vibrancy and the gaming menu they have. I game alot on my tv and with the Xbox feature makes it so much better. The sound quality is great. But the picture is phenomenal. The colors and details it adds to dark portions, the vibrancy of the bright colors is unbeatable when there are dozens of different colors flashing, from dark reds to bright greens, blues, purples, to neons, and no color fades out or gets overpowered by one or the other. You can see every single color that it shown and the details to what the screen shows doesnt get fuzzy or blended. Its perfect. I wont ever switch from a samsung product.

I have my gaming console connected so I have the Ai set on auto to change the resolution, fps, etc when I'm playing. The remote control is rechargeable with a usb-c cable, but what's really cool is that it solar charges, just fantastic! I'm loving it!

This TV is terrific, We purchased this for our Entertainment room and we are glad we did so. TV was a breeze to set up, Features are rich enough to cover our needs, Samsung's integration with Smart things app simplified setup and all the control features. The entertainment room gets a fair amount of light in the summer afternoons The TV does surprisingly well we do not have any issues with the brightness/view either playing games or watching movies (Some minor reflection but to be expected as our windows in this room span up in 2 sections for 20 feet, so it is very hard to avoid some light from bleeding through) For our needs this TV is Stellar and I absolutely recommend it

The second thing I would like to highlight is the picture quality and brightness both of these would above expectations. The auto brightness feature is well thought out as is the way the tv handles dark scenes. The great feature is the smarthub it is IOT smarthings hub by itself. Since I already have a smarthings enabled home this feature is awesome because now all my cameras and appliances are visible and controllable from my tv. The last thing that I wanted to touch was the gaming hub complete with Xbox cloud gaming. All works as it should with a pleasurable gaming experience.

I’ve owned Samsung TVs for years, and they’ve always been my favorite. When I moved to a new apartment, I purchased the 75” QLED Q8F, confident it would be just as great. Unfortunately, the picture quality has been very disappointing—especially the black levels in dark scenes. The blacks look overexposed, and nothing I’ve tried has fixed it. I’ve adjusted picture modes, turned AI mode on and off, and even tried different movies, but the issue remains. I’m really frustrated and wish I could return this TV. I’ll probably switch to an OLED or try another brand instead. Very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 55” Class QLED Q8F 4K Vision AI Smart TV has been such a solid addition to our living room. The picture is super sharp, the colors are vibrant, and the blacks are nice and deep which makes a big difference during movie nights. We mounted it on the wall and it looks really clean in the space. I love that there is just one cable going into the TV thanks to the One Connect box which keeps everything looking neat and uncluttered. Setup was easy and the smart features are straightforward. We stream from Netflix, YouTube, and a few other apps every day without any issues. I also play video games on it and the picture stays smooth with no lag or weird motion. One small thing that bugs me is the remote. It is really sensitive so if it falls or gets bumped it will change the channel or back out of the app which can be a little annoying. It is not a huge deal just something to keep in mind. On the plus side the remote has a solar panel so you do not need to replace batteries and the voice feature is actually super handy. I added a photos so you can see how it looks in our setup. We have been using it every day and overall we are really happy with it.

Gaming on our Xbox One S showed no noticeable lag in response time, and fast-moving action scenes didn’t produce any visible blur. I would have preferred on center stand instead of two legs on either side but still, I think the TV looks sleek and modern. The sound quality without a sound bar is actually really good. Far better than any other TV I've had in the past. The experience of getting the TV out of the box was a bit confusing, my husband and I couldn't figure out the instructions easily, but we were obviously able to get it out. The picture quality is good, but there's moments where I think the picture looks a bit grainy or blurry. I think it may be the AI trying to stabilize the picture or upscale it. There are a TON of picture settings that I have been trying to mess with to make it better. There's a blue light limiting feature which is nice. You need a smartphone to set up the TV so I'm not so sure an older customer would be able to do this on their own. I had no problem personally, and the set up process was easy for me. Also, I have a Samsung and already had smart things on my phone. You can actually use your phone as a remote which is cool. Overall I'm happy with this purchase and would recommend the TV. I've impressed by the technology and all of the options and settings it has, like integrating Alexa or Bixby. Things that could make this TV better are fairly minor tbh. The quality is good, just some older shows I can tell the ai is working to correct it. I was watching a show and when the screen went black because it was over, I saw all these fuzzy white hot spots. But then I tried it with another show and didn't see them. You can turn the ai off if you don't like it BTW. Lastly, I really like the remote. It's sleek and has some buttons for streaming services, you can also use voice commands. I had no issues with using it.

The colors are rich, the out of the box sound is actually pretty good too for a bedroom. If we did not want the matching soundbar, I believe the TV speakers would have suffice. One Issue I did have was with the box. I struggled with getting the TV out and almost felt that I was going to damage it. I am used to TVs having a clip that can be removed and the top slides off. Besides that, I am really happy with the TV. I do not play console games often, but I would be curious to see how it plays on this TV. The apps and smart features are very welcome in 2025.

My only wish is that I didn't get a bigger television. It is so easy to use and I think it outperforms my other televisions in so may ways. It is way faster with the Q4 AI Processor and the tv has so many features that I can't believe would be on a television. From the karaoke to the AI to the display, it all really surprises me. I haven't had an OLED tv yet, but this one is pretty close to being there. It is bright enough for our master bedroom where our old LCD tv had to always been in a vivid mode to even see the picture properly. The Air Slim Design makes it looks so thin. I might be looking at Samsung tvs in the future just for this case. You have definitely made me a big fan.

I bought the tv around 3-4 months ago and me and family were very happy we did. Very satisfied with the great resolution, especially when we are viewing movies. The sound is amazing, the varieties of apps available plus we are able to add apps as well. Connectivity with bluetooth and other devices is no hassle just like we did when have karaoke time, we connected it to our speaker. I think processor gave a great performance as there is no delay in viewing and channeling. Navigating through different interface is easy and user-friendly that is why I always prefer any Samsung devices even with my celphones.

The unit overall is very intuitive and all apps I transferred from our old 58” to this new 65” went great. I have used most of the features and al works fine. We did set this up with a new receiver as well and had a slight issue running the optical sound and hdmi together but no fault of the TV. Once I disconnected the optical audio all went well. I am awaiting a new eARC HDMI cable and will install when it arrives. The TV resolution is very good and we went with this unit 120Hz because we enjoy sports and no more ghosting watching hockey and we can actually see legs move lol. As well, lots of HDMI outlets etc. to run different equipment. All in all we did purchase on sale and would definitely recommend this Samsung 65” TV. We went away from a Samsung but we’re back and enjoying it immensely!

Love the size and clarity of this TV , easy to Unbox and set up. Quality picture and sound even without a sound bar. Visual is crisp in light or dark rooms. The only strange thing it seems to be tilted back from bottom to top of TV when installed on “legs”. Not sure if this is to enhance viewing from all angles.

Two things are desired that at this point I haven't solved. One I don't think I can solve is when I hit the Home button, I have to hit down twice to get to the Apps line. I would prefer to have the apps line immediately when I hit home. That's how our older Samsung worked. The second is probably available, but I don't know how to add apps to the set. Overall, the picture is superb. The sound is fine. I'm very happy with the TV!

The QF8 43" was disappointing considering its price. The picture was fine when straight in front of it but starts to get washed out at about 5 degrees. Brightness was fine and color was good. Noticed the side edges were a little grey on a white background. Since this is a small TV and I sit fairly close to it, the sound was real good; good enough that a soundbar is not needed. The remote is fine and I like the idea it was rechargeable. There are many TV's that perform as nice as this one at this one at half the price (or more), which is why I returned it. I was expecting a vivid picture at this price point. Not a bad TV but also not great.

I have an older Samsung TV, which is much bulkier and really doesn't look good hanging on the wall. This one looks great. One huge surprise was the sound. It is a very loud TV and you really don't need to purchase a sound bar. The remote is USB-C rechargeable and also solar chargeable. The remote has a mic, which allows you to use amazon Alexa. The software also connects to Samsungs smarthings app, so I can see when my load of laundry is done or if kids leave my fridge door open. The software is very customizable. Oh and another thing, the remote is wireless, which means you don't need to point to the tv to control it. It supports 4K HDR10+ and HLG. It handles any type of gaming console with its impressive 120hz refresh rate. It's QLED so the colors are true to life and very accurate. It has a simple settings menu, but it also allows you to customize very advance color settings. It has a plethora of connections with support for WIFI 6. It truly is a game changer. I don't think we can ever go back to a TV that doesn't have the features and convenience that the QN55Q TV offers.

I'm not really feeling upgraded. 1) This model does not come with One Connect; that should be standard for any model in this price range. 2) the picture seems lets bright, less vivid. 3) the hub is a bit slow. On the up side: 1) I do feel the operating system is an upgrade. More apps work on it, including some free apps. 2) The solar powered/rechargeable remote is very nice. 3) It's slim, sleek and lightweight if those things matter to you.

Very pleased with this purchase. I needed a smaller flat screen for my home office studio. Very easy to install on a wall bracket as it is so light. The picture is excellent. The smart features are excellent and it boots up in a second. Wifi reception is good. The remote is simple and very easy to use. Audio from such a small frame is also surprisingly good. Very clear sound. Picture is clear and the colours are bright. Highly recommend this model for its price and value. I purchased an open box and it arrived promptly, well packaged and no issues.

Almost got the 65" of the same model but at the last minute decided to spring for one a little larger, couldn't be happier with my decision. The picture is super clear and having filmmaker mode makes getting rid of the soap opera effect a breeze, without making it a pain to turn motion smoothing back on for live sports or anti-judder for slow moving footage filmed at 24fps like Planet Earth II. The screen still looks great with the shades open in broad daylight without having to adjust brightness, which is a first for us.I've never had a remote with so few buttons feel so intuitive and quick to use, definitely a major upgrade over our old set.

This TV lacks the most basic setting of all which is a separate backlight adjustment slider in addition to the brightness slider. Honestly this TV even at the lowest brightness is far too bright for night viewing while sleeping. Horrific experience because of this. It also fails to properly detect and utilize a Fire TV Cube via the HDMI ports. It even registered it as a Dish Network box at one point ... The TV leaves so much to be desired because of these very basic but major flaws that make or break a TV for so many folks.

The picture of the tv is great. The sound is not very powerful which is disappointing. It almost feels like you are being forced into buying a sound bar. I don’t like how crowded the home page is. It was very confusing to figure out and I still have to take a moment to find what I’m looking for. It is frustrating to turn on my tv and see advertisements for tv programs that I did not ask for. As far as I can tell there is no setting to turn this feature off. Overall the tv works but I will probably downgrade to a regular tv. The “smart” tv isn’t worth the hype in my opinion and the features all highlight the greed of the maker.

Got this 5 months ago , the product is really good and i have no complaints for far . It is not perfect but considering the price point it will not disappoint. The screen preety smooth but it can not handle multiple instruments with out a little lag . The universal remote gave up its power bottom after 2 months but thanks to its inbuilt Bixby i really do not need it . Speaker quality is perfect, refresh rate and gaming feels on point . Colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and the clarity makes movies and sports feel incredibly immersive. Even standard HD content looks upgraded. Setup was quick and easy, and the smart interface is smooth and responsive. Apps load fast, the remote is simple to use, and everything feels premium. The sound is surprisingly good for a flat panel TV, though it pairs perfectly with a soundbar if you want a theater style experience. Gaming performance is excellent too wi Low input lag and smooth motion make a noticeable difference with great contrast and brightness and resolution.

My room and the way it's designed with it's current furniture cannot accommodate any space for a TV bigger than 32 inches. When my Samsung 32 inch from like 2015 stopped working, this TV had all the specs and smart features I was looking for in a Smart TV. Even though it's 60hz, it still looks great when I'm playing my PS5 on this TV. It's smooth send very responsive and is also more lightweight on the moving wall hinge I keep it on. Other brands have 32 inches, but the quality is more lackluster and it seems like not as much care is given to the quality of those TVs because it's 33inches. With this Samsung QLED, I'm satisfied. I hope Samsung will keep making this size TV in this market with this amount of quality.

I bought this TV a couple of months ago. I am very pleased with it so far. The brightness, resolution, contrast and colour are all excellent. i enjoy being able to access all my streaming apps directly through the TV rather than having to use a device and they load quickly and stream smoothly (no lagging). One feature I really love is that the remote control is solar powered with a little panel on the back. No more tiny batteries! I had some concerns setting up the legs on the TV. They seemed to be a bit slippy in their slots but they seem to be holding up fine. Great TV overall. I'm hoping it will have good longevity.

Samsung is the way to go. Integration with Smartthings is beyond entertaining. I can link my other smart devices to my tv and control the whole house. You can make your tv a smart hub. You can literally tap your Samsung smart phone to the front of a Samsung television, and start mirroring your cell screen.thats just one of the dozens of smart features. Incredible.

Great display, great with games, loud, and very slim. No complaints so far. Could be a little faster with swithing apps but I am satisfied. Very simple and easy to use. The remote is solar powered so no need for batteries. 4k display is really nice and registers game systems and items conmected quickly. Recommend tv being in eco mode and adjust other settings in advanced. Also recommend a surge protector if you have power outages. Never use for computer gaming, you will burn out screen faster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not sure what to expect as I never had a QLED TV before but the tech with QLED is much better than the regular LED, better viewing angles and deeper colors. The setup was a breeze and comes with AI functions which basically is a host of sensors to detect optimal brightness and sound etc based on prior user experience. Great speakers which was a very nice surprise, also a very slim profile which was unexpected. Some additional features I liked: - The AI Processor was helpful in determining the ideal backlight for the environment and time of day - Very slim design, I thought it was comparable to some of the Frame TVs - Active Voice Amplifier and adaptive sound was very good across various content (action, drama, or sports) - The Motion xcelerator 144hz is also spectacular with gaming

I have used this television set for several weeks and it replaced a five year old Samsung 50 inch TV as I wanted a larger screen and had the room for it. The first feature I found that appealed to me was the stand as it could be moved closer to the centre on the back as it was going on a table. It has been placed in a relatively bright natural light room and the colours and brightness blew me away. Then the smart features and how easy it is to set up and adjust make it a perfect TV for me.

I had a fire in my home and was made to destroy and remove all electrical and electronic devices along with anything padded, paper or plastic. Basically, everything I own. I did my research and was very concerned for sound quality coming to the front of the tv and, of course picture quality. This 43in is a delight. The fact that I can get major station subgroups through Samsung is wonderful, and I managed to hook up a long range indoor antenna to get more local stations. The solar remote is strange, so far it hasn't needed charging. The tv is easy to control, easy to load or added extra station apps, too. The picture is great. I am very pleased with my purchase.

It was about 15 years old. Still in good working condition, but I was frustrated with it. So I started shopping and reading reviews. I was already familiar with Samsung and knew I could not go wrong with this device. I really love it. It is really an outstanding TV. It is so much more than what I had. This TV is a keeper and I would highly recommend it to anyone out there looking for a new set. The picture quality and sound is great. The manual is easy to understand and I know if I have problems Samsung Support will be there to help me.

The picture is good and the screen is visible with blinds open or closed. Has some flashing white bars that appear at random and make you feel like you're having a seizure. Our washer and dryer are also Samsung so the tv gives a notification when the cycles finish. Unfortunately, the tv sometimes turns itself off after the notification. It comes pre-installed with Samsung TV which we removed immediately, but it gets re installed whenever the TV updates, so we've given up on that. I like the picture quality, but there are plenty of similar spec options out there that don't have all the annoying quirks (my other tv is a Sony Bravia and it's fantastic). Wouldn't recommend.

The TV brightness, picture quality and contrast sits well in a brightly lit New York City apartment the sound is up to par with my older version soundbar oddly enough. I haven't turned the TV volume completely up, I haven't had the need to. My only drawback is that I have had an older TV from Samsung that's quicker with the menu as far as when it comes to the number pads. Maybe a future update will address this

Then the next week they brought the same water damaged TV. Was told to return it and order another TV. After returning TV they added an additional $300 cost to the $399 sound bar I ordered because it was not"Bundled" anymore since the TV was now on a separate order. Well the sound bar sells for $399 by itself so this made no sense. So now everything is being returned to Samsung. Bought from LG instead. At least they support Dolby Vision anyways. There are so many options and swings to choose and set up on this tv as well. I need to learn some of them all but it is fairly easy to use and set up. My whole family can use it, even the kids. The kids may be a little better than us adults but they'll teach us We can even watch online programs on the TV as well which is a popular selection. It works quickly, is easy to use and we haven't had any problems. The sound from the tvs speakers is also amazing and clear. We definitely recommend this brand to anyone who is looking for something that is technically awesome and easy to use.
