This is the worst Samsung TV i has ever bought. Never have been so disappointed with a Samsung purchase! The display quality is so bad that i have to manually adjust the brightness, contrast, sharpness, colour tone...in fact all the Picture settings available. Resetting to try again and again, but the display never seems right. When it is a outdoor scene, the display is extremely bright, but when the scene changed to indoor, it becomes to dark! The colour tone is too yellowish at times and at times to reddish. Sharpness is worst. It seems never sharp enough, unless it is 4K picture, not moving scenes. The marketing of the product is totally false!! I guess it is what you get with a low priced product. Set your expectations lower of you plan to buy this.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the television I recently purchased. Within just two days of use, a prominent blinking green line appeared on the display, indicating a serious defect. I am currently in the process of returning the product; however, this experience has caused significant inconvenience, unnecessary effort, and a considerable waste of time. Given the inconvenience and the fact that the product failed almost immediately after purchase, I believe compensation beyond a simple return is justified. I expect Samsung to address this matter appropriately and take responsibility for the inconvenience caused.

I cwanted a smaller tv so I bought a 55” but I can’t see what the screen says on movies tha have a smaller font on n items that you have to read. lol a peice if paper Tanya has writing on it. Can’t read it from where I’m sitting. I have to pause it and go up to the tv. To read it. It’s ridiculous. I had the 65” in here. But moved it to the living room. I wanted a smaller tv. That doesn’t mean a smaller picture. I can’t find any setting to fix this done everything. I hate having to continually pause and stand up honey the tv and look at the smaller print on the screen. Found a workaround by using audio out from the eArc hdmi via adapter. Only other problem I found is that settings are in different areas according to what you are watching at the time, eg Tv settings accessed from the remote don't include app settings. You must access those settings from the apps page and they are pretty well hidden at the very bottom of the page. So..I would like to see all settings for all functions grouped in one place. The auto motion was a little weird at first but getting used to it now. Overall good value purchase.

The Quantum Dot technology really does make a difference; the colors are vibrant without looking 'fake.' Tv will not stay connected to the WiFi. No other tv or device in the house has a problem. This is the second tv from Samsung (they replaced the first one) that is having this problem except this one didn’t last as long before the problem started to occur. It will disconnect and we have to reenter the password to the WiFi 6-7 times and even then sometimes we have to wait 30 minutes before it starts to work again. All while every other device in the house is working on the WiFi just fine. We spend more time trying to get it to stay connected than it’s worth. Will not be buying another Samsung because quality has gone down.

Setup was amazingly easy with all my apps preinstalled, and now I have convenient access to the TV from my phone, in case my dog eats my remote again! As someone who is hard of hearing, the sound quality is great, even without a soundbar! The picture is AH-mazing and my favorite feature is the ambient light adjustment, where the TV adjusts brightness based on the lighting in the room. All in all, 10/10 will buy again!

But gaming is where it really stands out for me. I'm 54yo & my vision is 20/500, I had to stop playing a lot of my favorite online games like Call of Duty because I could no longer track targets at distance even with my bifocals on. It's definitely an upgrade from my previous tv. There is a lot more icons and stuff going on with the tv. I've had my other tv for at least 6 years but the hdmi was going bad. After some fine tuning, I was able to find the sweet spot with different settings to get the best color and contrast for the best experience. This was our first 4K TV, so we were impressed with the resolution. It was simple to install, setup, and joined easily to Smart Things to give even more functionality like the remote on my phone which is great when the kids have it too loud, I can just turn it down myself even from another room. The amount of settings and options give me control of how my TV operates in our household and all the complaints about our TV went away when I installed this one.

It's like everything was connected before I even got it out the box. I love the picture, how easy operating the. Interface was, I loved all the features that came with the TV especially cuz I had just moved into a new place and didn't get cable hooked up in time, no problem just turned on my hotspot and boom had television to watch. Also works as a computer monitor or mirror your phone. Absolutely love this TV and all my Samsung products. Customer for life right here 🤘
