With just 2 weeks of using this product, had charged it for 3x. Battery drained about 10% per day & I am not even wearing to sleep with auto exercises tracking off. Went to service center for check, technical officer not even bothered to do diagnostic & said in between lines I am being too naive to believing on Samsung marketing gimmick. To have it last for 13 days for 1 charge, have to turn off all features and wear like a normal watch. If I want a normal watch, why I need to purchase on a wearable? Terrible product & after sales!

I bought this last Nov. It may be a fitness tracker but it is also good enough as a watch. It accurately tracks my activities and health as a normal galaxy watch does. Since samsung claimed it can go on almost 2 weeks from a single charge i went ahead and tried it. I knew that i had to disable all continuous tracking features, turn off AOD, and set the brightness to lowest. It only ran for up to 10 days. But my main concern is not the battery duration, but the battery health. As I use this a lot, i noticed that the battery drains quicker than i first bought it. With my current setup, I used to charge this every 7-8 days but now I had to charge this every 4-5 days. The fit3 also took a bit more time to charge

Bought this a present for myself last Christmas. Very simple and the sleeping feature is what i really like about this. It really tracks the time of sleep even when you wake up in the middle of the night. The face design of the watch in which you can put your pictures in it is very nice. Some features arent even listed on the web like it can also be used a flashlight, or the water lock feature. I still recommend this, very budget friendly.

The watch spoilt within 1 month of my purchase. The screen went blank. Brought to the service center, the watch face was replaced. 3 months later, the same thing happened. Again, the service center replaced it with a new watch. However, 6 to 7 months later, the watch suddenly could not connect with my phone. By this time, it is 3 weeks after warranty and i am informed that i have to pay more than $100 for the repair. This is crazy. Although the watch function is good, it is a lousy brand.

Good watch with a massive oversight. I like that they give you a lot of watch faces to choose from, but you're unable to customize them itself to change certain details. I also wish they gave you the option to change your band to something more breathable since it gets sweaty in my area. The big downside is that THE STEP COUNTER IS COMPLETELY OFF. The watch records almost everything as steps, including riding any vehicle. I think the other sensors are okay, but I hope they improve it.
