It changed ky entire view on what a phone can do and how flexible it can be. Then every fold after only seemed to get better. So when it came to upgrading the choice was clear I could only get another fold. The fold6 was the current one available at the time. I like how sleek it is. I enjoy the ease of being able to handle work projects anywhere and not have to struggle to see the screen. The vibrant colors the device gives off when playing games or watching movies is great. All in all I don't see me ever buying a different device. It works flawlessly.

As a long-time user of Samsung's foldable lineup, having owned the Z Fold 3, 4, and 5, I can confidently say that the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is the most advanced foldable yet. From the moment I started using it, the differences were striking. The outer screen is noticeably more refined, the device feels lighter in hand, and the improvements in stability and performance are immediately apparent. The key enhancement, however, lies in the software update, which has made the overall experience incredibly smooth and seamless. The gorgeous design, flat closing screen, and the dimensions of the cover screen - it's just perfect for one handed operation, I don't open my fold as often as I thought I would, the camera despite limited hardware is really good, I don't see much downgrade from my s22 ultra apart from the zooming capabilities. I'm also a fan of retro games and fold is just perfect to emulate ds games! Reading books also, I abandoned my kindle! I absolutely love the phone and can't see going back to a bar phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a Z Flip 3 and it has been a fantastic upgraded. Although the battery still isn't the best on the market it is a massive upgrade for me! With heavy use of Bluetooth and media (daily on and off use from 4am-10pm) I find I have to charge once in the middle of the day via portable charger. The best of the Galaxy AI has to be in the live translation and transcript assist. As a student is is great to be able able to hit record on a lecture and be able to look back on the transcript when studying. Having the larger cover screen from the Z Flip 3 is fantastic the only thing it's missing is more customization and full use of apps.

Galaxy AI has really helped in productivity, love Circle to Search, and generative edit for photos. I feel the phone could be slimmer, lose some weight and have a larger front display on the outside to make using the phone on the go easier to use without needing two hands to open up to the larger display. Battery can be an issue but with Silicone Carbonate battery you can get a denser battery in the same size allowing for more capacity. For the price I think next time you launch the phone it should get the 200MP camera, it is a flagship superphone. Overall it’s been a solid phone.

Mainly because of how portable it is and it allows me to have a mobile workstation no matter where I am. I mainly use it for college and light work task. Galaxy A.I has been extremely helpful helping me sort out notes, I write anything and everything that comes to mind. The cover screen is still a bit narrow for my hands. I think that a built in S-pen will be well recieved as long as the design and execution is done right. Also a camera spec bump of at least 108mp like the S22 had at the least. Also, improvements on the udc. Should be able to bump that 4mp to 10mp in z fold 7.

Bought this the day this phone was released. I have been using fold phones by Samsung for long and was expecting much more from fold 6. They could have done so much better for example: Made it thinner like Huawei and vivo has made their phones slim. If they can, why can't Samsung? The cover screen should have been wider. It's so much better to have a normal cover screen. The backside camera bulge is so much that when you keep it on a table on its back, its like a see saw. Which is a major design flaw.. The cameras should have been flagship level like 24 ultra. Fold 6 is the costliest one, it should have the best cameras.

I upgrade my fold every 2 years, and after watching the Unpacked event, I really didn't think it would be a noticeable change. Boy, was I wrong! The front screen is the perfect size now in my opinion (still amazing for one handed use), the extra brightness is super welcomed, and the AI features have been useful. And the reduction in weight and updated processor are definitely noticeable upgrades! Of course, I would have loved an upgraded camera. I think the Fold Series should always line up with the S2# Ultra series, as they are flagship phones with higher costs than the rest of the lineup. A built in S Pen would be the cherry on top!

This phone is a great step forward in the world of foldables. The mechanisms are very satisfying, however, the screen crease is quite noticeable at times, a feature solved by other manufacturers. I'm very impressed with the "AI" features, despite them being overhyped. I've heard phone reviewers are unimpressed with the cameras, but personally there is a marked upgrade from my previous phone, which was 4 generations old in fairness. I attached a particularly nice photo I took with it recently. In conclusion, if you are looking for a first step into foldable technology, or an upgrade to an older one, it's hard to go wrong with the Z fold 6.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First "flagship" phone that I've ever personally owned. Never really got into them till I got this phone. I'll never go back to the mid-range phones. The processing speed is fantastic. The cameras are great. The AI is very helpful. The extra screen space when unfolded is lovely for multitasking, videos, videogames, ect. The only two downsides to this phone are the fingerprint sensor and I wish the normal screen on the outside could be like a normal screen size. It's not quite as wide. The fingerprint sensor gets tricky with most cases but it still works pretty good. Overall score 9.2 out of 10. The seamless actions between apps is great.

This is the second version of this device. One would think that they would have the "bugs" out of it, but they do not! Both screens will lock up randomly, with the only way to recover is to either open or close the device. And at this price point, the "pen" should be part of the sale. Shame on Samsung forcing me to purchase the pen separately. And to top it off, my Samsung account had issues, I lost most of my contacts attempting to use the so-called easy transfer software. don't do it. Go to a store and have them transfer ALL of your contacts. I have no way to contact most of the lost contacts that were accumulated over 15 years.

I love the big screen for multitasking or even just viewing certain websites that were not built for tiny screens. I love all my cool Galaxy Ai features especially being able to just circle around anything on my screen and it will show me where to buy something or its helpful when im trying to figure out what im looking at. I love streaming Netflix and Hulu. I dont need a tablet or laptop anymore. My phone also turns into a laptop 💻 which is great for multitasking and getting work done. Just hook up an Bluetooth keyboard with built in track pad and ur good to go.

Firstly the phone is a small size so it is perfect for those with smaller hands and smaller pockets. The small front screen is very useful as you can have multiple widgets you can use instead of having to use the inner screen. Secondly, Galaxy AI is a great feature that has me daily drive the phone. I would suggest that the cameras be slightly more exceptional, as coming from the S23ultra that's the only defect I find. The battery life, at 4400 is actually better than the S23. The operation system is smooth and seamless. I'm excited to see where the newer models will take us. It's definitely a show stopper too. People ask all the time wow a foldable phone that's awesome! I do use Gboard as the text keyboard instead of Samsung, but that's so I can split the keyboard. I find Galaxy AI SUPER HELPFUL, esp in photo enhancement, and searching the web. Keep it up Samsung!

I wish there was a way to have the pen incorporated like the s series. Pros: -Battery life - way better than I expected for such a large screen. -A large screen of course -Hinge feels sturdy -seamless switching of apps -split screen gaming, and youtube controls -turns into it's own stand Cons: -Cameras are lackluster (i did switch from a s23, so this might be personal) -Pen does not connect to phone, unable to use the button for photos -cases suck for the phone due to the hinge you can't snap anything on there so they are sticky and do not stick well.

Definetly more pros than cons, but an overall solid device. The battery life has started to improve after tweaks and usage pattern recognition. Signal is strong and the design itself is very clean. The only 2 noticeable issues I ha e are the following: 1. Strange, audible, vibration noise that comes through the speaker for incoming calls and 2. Apps becoming unresponsive after opening the device. I've found that as the device attempts to show them in tablet mode, they will stop registering touches until I swipe away from the app (not full app closure) and return. After that they work fine. That's native and 3rd party apps.

When I am watching videos and sharing my opinion on shared videos with friends. Reading the Bible and searching for meaning of words you are not sure of its meaning same time. And also comparing different versions side by side without having to switch back and forth between windows. Same for work when sending a text in response to an email... just love z fold 6 split screen also the one hand feature that allows you to choose side of screen you want to use. Beyond the excellent Galaxy AI features that make photo editing and note taking so much easier, the S pen compatibility pushes the Fold 6's larger screen to a utility beyond even its successor. The one area I feel needs the most improvement is in the larger screen's crease, which can be a slight hindrance in some pen operations such as sketching, outlining things to remove from photos or just note taking. On the whole, though, the Galaxy fold 6 remains the best in Samsung Fold lineup, and I look forward to using mine for many years ahead.

Compact size is great for purse or pocket and if you use a belt clip as I do you don't have the large phone on your side to snag on everything. With the Flip6 I no longer have to worry about that since the new 50 MP camera provides that quality I was looking for. The battery life is still great for how I use it, and all the usual benefits of the flip form factor (like it being a stand, or showing the preview on the cover screen when taking photos) are still there. I haven't gotten to try the Galaxy AI translation functions, but that is something I am hoping to use a lot while traveling. The functionality that Galaxy AI adds to taking photos is pretty cool also.

Tattoo design is made easy and creative, authentication and restoration for paintings is made fun and simple, especially using the new Ai features. I also help run about 30 auto zones, so it's usages in the automotive industry is unparalleled. So many different ways to diagnose issues with your car or even to control your lighting scheme within or outside of your vehicle. Hands down the most and adaptable apparatus on the market. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 is Samsung's most comprehensively thought-out foldable to date. The cleaner, more pro design looks fantastic. It's comfortable to hold and pocket and is far more versatile than your average phone. It's thinner with a less noticeable crease, and that's a major bonus. So is the baked-in Galaxy AI, which is amazing always useful, but can be tremendous fun. The cameras could be better, but I still like the images they capture. My Fold 6 let's me do everything from creating documents, entered spreadsheets, watching videos, and scrolling social media. The Galaxy AI helps me when I am searching for particular items or summarizeling alot of information. Sometime my eyes can not handle the small print so being able to open up my phone and have more space to read and type is a relief. I do not use the camera much but when I do it never disappoints. When I was back on the market last year for a new phone I had no hesitation about which phone I would get. The Fold 6 has more than lived up to the Samsung name. I'm typing this review on it right now! I have the grey version 254g. Just having this spacious real estate for typing, consuming content, or just reading makes a difference. It make a noticeable difference for seamless actions across apps when paired with my S9 Plus tablet. Can't ever see myself going back to one-panel phones anymore. The phone manages seamless actions across apps and the now brief is very convenient. The phone is a bed on the heavy side but the advantage of having two devices in one makes up for the extra weight. Applications runs fast and smooth. Photography is excellent although not as good as a S 25 ultra. Being able to use the S pen on the main screen it's really convenient although I wish you can use it on the cover screen as well. Ain't over all these in excellent phone and a Powerhouse for people that wants to play or work.

The initial enormous disappointment is that when switching from fold 3 to fold 6 smartswitch failed to copy across all my email accounts. As a result due lack of time I'm having to carry 2 phones. I like the quality of the phone but there should be a better way to use a dual language keyboard The screen is already showing a fold a little too prominently and needs to be thinner still For someone not enough of a techie it's still quite difficult to create themed folders on the home screen. It was actually easier on the fold 3. As a result my apps are even today spread over several screens. Although accessing is still reasonably fast

Amazing phone and checks off most categories. Like: -Overall build quality. Especially the exclusive black color is great. Feels very grippy in the hand. -Great performance. -Great screeny. -Above average battery, depends on usage but no issues getting through the day with normal use. -Nice pre-order trade-in's values. Cons: -Front screen width. This is more of a personal choice, but I wish the front screen was more like a normal phone width. -Cameras are not on par with flagship phones. For an expensive phone like this, you expect everything to be top grade. -No built in s-pen slot and it doesn't work on the outer screen.

It's everything Pixels could be, especially with the Galaxy AI. It's very user friendly for the beginner & has so many available customizations for the veteran Android user. The software is intuitive thanks to Android but this phone just uses the OS so much better & smoother than the Pixel phones in my opinion The phone size is almost perfect for me hand size as an adult male, even when folded open. This feels premium & sturdy I sometimes miss my Pixel but I think I may stick with Galaxy for a while longer

You are probably going to think this is dumb but, I want to tell you about my Samsung S8+. I have had it for 7 or 8 years and it still works perfectly! The only problem is I have a lot of Drs. Appointments and tend to put it in my lap. So I have dropped it a lot. It has one crack in the screen and a few dings (from dropping it on asphalt. My husband and myself would not buy any phone but a Samsung. We also have 4 Samsung TVs. Just 2 years ago I bought a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator before they were in the stores. Tight off the internet. Navy blue top and bottom counter size. My cabinet maker matched it. And it is beautiful!!!!!

This is my first fold phone coming from s23 ultra It is thin sleek and works great built well, no conerns sofar. For me coming from a s23 ultra, that phone was built like a tank and i had 0 concerns! The zfold 6 on the other hand it feels more delicate, i feel like i need to pay more attention to keep my phone in tiptop shape! Other thing i want to mention is that with s23ultra i was easy for 1 hand operation while eating or check smt, with zfold 6 i found the outer screen is narrow and experience is not great as like a bigger screen, you need both your hands to enjoy the phone to the max, so def serves for different needs

The reason for this is that I want to keep the software up to date, as well as the new phone's features. The phone itself is stunning. It is significantly faster and offers better viewing. It operates much more smoothly than the old Z Fold 3 that I have. However, I discovered that the security patch remains set for June 2024, even though my Z Fold 3 security patch has already been upgraded to August 2024. It is a little disappointing, but perhaps it is just a bug. In summary, upgrading from the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 to the Z Fold 6 is worthwhile since you will notice significant improvements.

I switched from the fold 3. I looovvved my fold but it's so heavy and bulky. The fold 6 feels so much lighter and looks so much better. I like all of the features! The AI is fun to play with. It kept a lot of my settings when I migrated from my 3 which was nice. The crease is less pronounced on the inner screen. The ad said "no more crease!" But there definitely is still one. I don't mind it though. The camera is still garbage, which is too bad. Overall, I'm very happy with it. I like bigger screens, especially when I'm playing games/watching movies. I love the folding phones, they're so cool. Maybe I'm old but these things are so amazing to me. Lol

Then design and practicality of the phone is first class as is the quality of the camera. I like the ability to use the larger screen when viewing or typing replies to messages. However I have experienced great difficulty in setting up my Answering service, happily resolved by my Provider and not the EE shop or Samsung. One of my Loyalty Cards that is used many times at restaurants in the local area is not 'acceptable' by Samsung. According to Samsung the App site is not 'safe'!!! I am hoping to have this resolved by the App owners since I have had the card many years and the website certainly is not insecure. I do not use AI.

It's certainly a new experience, switching from my S23 Ultra to the Fold 6. I do really enjoy opening the phone and increasing the screen space of the device. My one issue though, is the front screen's durability. I've had my phone for close to 2 weeks now, and the front screen has already been severely cracked. My phone wasn't even being used, but rather it was sitting in my pocket and something had impacted it. Whatever it was, it didn't take much to damage the screen, so I'll need to get it repaired. If you're considering getting this phone, I highly recommend you get the proper protection for it (i.e. Phone case, screen protector, camera lens protector).

Do not buy a phone that fold. My z-fold 4 hinge got wonky exactly two and half year later--long enough to outlive the warranty. online description durability at least 200k folds or 10years of approximate use. Now there's an ugly black line running down the screen along the hinge then all screen is out. And Samsung's cost for repair? The price of the phone. It doesn’t matter that I treated this phone like royalty with full screen protectors, fold phones have a timer on how many times you can open it. It's like a pre-set lifespan, and there’s nothing you can do about it. Samsung needs to improve foldable phone screen quality

Just a testimony with how great is this phone. I accidently put the phone on the roof of my car, turned a corner on a busy road, and heard something fall. Look onto the street and my phone was in the middle of the busy intersection. I could not do anything but watch 6 cars drive over my phone. I attached pictures of my phone. What the amazing thing was, the front of the phone was badly damaged; however, the phone was playing music. Then I thought, could it be still working. The phone was working great except for the front facing screen. I replaced it and the phone works 100% with no issues in diagnostics. Great phone!

It is very comfortable to hold in hand, a little bulky in the your pocket. I will always recommend this phone to anyone who wants to try something new from a regular size phone. This is my second folding phone, I had the samsung fold5 and when the fold6 came out I bought it. I can't wait for the new fold7 to come out.

I usually like having the least technology and everything, but since I got the z fold 6 I have loved the experience that I have with this phone. I don't even want to go to z fold 7. I have also heard about the difference that are in both the z fold 6 and 7. Like the 7 does not have a s pen, which I need. I do like how the 7 is bigger in the screen, tho the thin body worry me. I'm left handed but use my right for fingerprint mostly and I always have to switch hands because it says it can't read my right. The foldability is better, the phone is super snappy, and some of the new features like the galaxy ai are a plus as well. The camera is great, I was able take some really cool pictures of the northern lights, and the Atlas comet. One interesting thing was I was not able to see the comet with my naked eye, but night mode on the camera was able to capture it. Great for games, and youtube/movies on the go. Love that I can combine the phone and larger screen. Overall great phone, I'll definitely be staying with foldables.

It is no doubt the the inner big screen enhanced productivity for work as I need to constantly using two apps at the same time. The new AI function especially the Bixby text call helps to eliminate spam calls. The writing composer is also great for writing formal emails with more professional words which overcome the language barriers when English is not the first language. Some improvement on this phone would be to improve camera resolutions and better screen aspect ratio to justify the premium price. Overall this is more than just a phone when opened the inner screen.

I love the Zfold 6. The wider cover screen makes all the difference in the world. The inner screen is bigger but coming from a Fold 5, it's not that noticeable. The weight is less but barely noticeable. The Fold 6 opens so much easier, that's for sure. The crease has improved. Sansung, your engineers did a great makeover on this phone and it's a pleasure to own.💥💥💥 I owned the Flip 5 and thought I would never change but this phone is so much easier all around especially with so much screen availability on aging eyes. Moving through different apps is easier too with the navigation bar improvement. Love this phone much more than I ever thought. ❤️
