Step 1. Tap the Samsung Members app.

Step 3. Tap Get Started under Phone diagnostics.

Step 4. Once the diagnostic is complete, tap the Battery status icon to view the result.

Step 5. Check the result of diagnosis.

Battery status:

  • Normal: No performance issues with the battery.
  • Weak: The battery efficiency may have decreased due to long-term use or environmental conditions.
  • Bad: The battery life has significantly degraded. For stable performance, visit your local Samsung Support Centre for advice.
