You can use the Phone diagnostics feature in the Samsung Members app to check your battery status. This tool helps you regularly monitor your battery condition without visiting a Samsung Service Centre and quickly identify any potential issues. Follow the steps below to check your battery health and maintain optimal device performance.
Step 1. Tap the Samsung Members app.
Step 2. Tap the Support tab.
Step 3. Tap Get Started under Phone diagnostics.
Step 4. Once the diagnostic is complete, tap the Battery status icon to view the result.
Step 5. Check the result of diagnosis.
Battery status:
- Normal: No performance issues with the battery.
- Weak: The battery efficiency may have decreased due to long-term use or environmental conditions.
- Bad: The battery life has significantly degraded. For stable performance, visit your local Samsung Support Centre for advice.
