    A couple of weeks ago, I suddenly had a problem with my digital channels (this was prior to the digital switchover). My TV screen went blank and starting giving me a message telling me to 'check my signal / weak signal' I dont think think it is a problem with the TV itself as I have been watching analog no problem for the last two weeks (until it switched over a couple of days ago - now I have nothing!). Can you tell me what I need to do to get all my channels back - it just happened out of nowhere (the only thing I can think of is that it possibly happened after watching a dvd - although this has alwasy been fine in the past).

    Hi, We have just released some new software for this set here in the UK. Please follow these instructions to find out your current version; Menu - Support - Contact Samsung. The software version on here should read T-MST10PDEUC-1017.1. If it does not please go to www.Samsung.com/uk and enter your model code into the search bar, click on support, then click on downloads, then select FIRMWARE. From here you will need to download T-MST10PDEUC-1017.1 and save to your computer before running the file. Once you have completed this process you will have a folder which you must move onto a USB stick before connecting the USB to the TV. Once this is done follow these steps; Menu - Support - Software Update - USB. This should resolve these issues.

    Yes it does - I have a cheap argos wirless keyboard and mouse, just plug the dongle into the usb port and it works

    Hi What is included in the firmware T-MST10PDEUC-1032.0 and do i need to update to this. Bought my T.V at the beginning of April 2013. In future it may well be a good idea to say what comes with the firmware updates.
