    I have a Samsung UE40EH6030 television and I think it has been supplied with the wrong 3d glasses. The model of glasses that has been supplied is SSG-P2100T/XC.

    Just got the tv which is driving us crazy. The Sound delay memory keeps reverting back to default (30) which means the speech isn't synced to the facial movements. Have to keep turning tv off and amending settings every hour or so, is the set faulty?? We've changed all other settings but the sound delay is the only one that seems to revert to default...any suggestions would be gratefully received?!

    It's a firmware issue, and is well known to Samsung. It has been commented on in numerous forums too. We had the same problem with this model, and did a straight swap in case it was a faulty tv. Same problem. Then arranged for my Virgin Media V+ box to be swapped too. Still the same issue remained. Updated the TV firmware numerous times before changing to a TIVO and the problem was resolved, although, in all honesty, i'm not sure whether the firmware update or the change to a TIVO solved the problem.

    It does not come with Smart Hub,. However, it is wi-fi capable. All you need is a Samsung Smart Blu-Ray player and a Wi-Fi dongle. Once connected, you can access the Smart hub from the Blu-ray player

    I have a high speed HDMI cable, the ps3 and the cable work on a different samsung model. Also the tv notices a cable is conected since I can choose the source from the list (it is not greyed out) but it just doesnt show anything except "No signal check source device"

    My spdif output (dts/dollby digital) are disabled so that when i'am connecting my hdmi cabels i can't get any audio output so please resolve the issue as early as possible
