    I have tried to watch a few things through my smart tv now and it will connect for a few minutes but then drop the connection. Now I can't see this been a problem with my router as nothing else drops out just the tv. does anybody have any solutions to this?

    im having the same problem. the tv seems to be throwing out a lot of interference which has the broadband connection dropping out a lot.

    Hi, I would advise you to ensure that your router is no more than 5 metres away from the TV and that your internet speed is at least 3-4mbps. Thanks.

    I have tried using a different aerial cable and also tried in 2 different aerial sockets, both of which work with a different TV?

    Hi Steven, Speakers are generally sold as part of a home theatre system and not available separately for BluRay players.     Yes there is a full web browser included with the Samsung F6400. To get the best out of the web browser, connect a mouse & keyboard to your TV - you can navigate from the Smart remote control but not as well as from a keyboard & mouse.

    I have fixed this problem (thanks): My Set-Top Box was set to 4:3. I fixed the problem by changing the setting on the Set-Top Box to 16:9.

    I have seen various model numbers advertised (e.g. UE40F6400AKX, UE40F6400AKXXU, UE40F6400AWXZF, UE40F6400AYXZT). What is the difference between these devices and are any better than others?

    Hi Jonath, The difference in these codes is the region they are made for. The one ending in XXU is developed for the UK. Support for foreign models is unavailable in the UK. Thanks.

    Hi Igor, The screw type is M8 but we cannot recommend the screw length as it depends on the wall bracket that you are using. We only recommend Samsung Wall Brackets or a bracket that is VESA compatible. Thanks.
