Hi Brian, This would entirely depend on your products being DLNA certified for them to work over your wireless home network and having supported applications to stream the media from the devices to your TV. Thanks.

I have an F6400 3D smart TV. Kindly let me know whether this TV is compatible with wireless Blue Tooth Speakers

Hi Steven, Speakers are generally sold as part of a home theatre system and not available separately for BluRay players. I have linked you to our range of home theatres so you can assess which ones suits your needs the most. http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/tv-audio-video/home-entertainment/blu-ray-home-entertainment-system Thanks.

I have tried to watch a few things through my smart tv now and it will connect for a few minutes but then drop the connection. Now I can't see this been a problem with my router as nothing else drops out just the tv. does anybody have any solutions to this?

im having the same problem. the tv seems to be throwing out a lot of interference which has the broadband connection dropping out a lot.

Hi, I would advise you to ensure that your router is no more than 5 metres away from the TV and that your internet speed is at least 3-4mbps. Thanks.

Hi, Sorry if this is a silly question but I have just bought this tv (UE40F6400AK) and have it set up and it is doing everything it should. However i have seen the below file on Firmware upgrades and was wondering must i do this, or will the Tv do an upgrade over the internet without me having to download the file to usb and manually upgrade. Hi Davis, This TV should prompt you when updates are available. If it does not you can use the support menu to force an update. Thanks.

Hi Warren, The screw size for a 40" TV are M6 standard and the length will entirely depend on your bracket manufacturer. Thanks.

I have connected my sony home cinema system with samsung tv ue40f6400 smart led tv. Audio dont play on home cinema speakers When I play any type of internet programme like bbc player, youtube video etc.. Audio only plays on tv speakers. But when I watch any tv channels, dvds -audio plays on home cinema systems. I have tried hdmi cable and scart cable but no result. So am I missing any settings in tv?

Hi, This is due to an audio format being used for streaming that is incompatible with your home theatre system. There is no way to fix this issue. Thanks.

I have seen various model numbers advertised (e.g. UE40F6400AKX, UE40F6400AKXXU, UE40F6400AWXZF, UE40F6400AYXZT). What is the difference between these devices and are any better than others?

Hi Jonath, The difference in these codes is the region they are made for. The one ending in XXU is developed for the UK. Support for foreign models is unavailable in the UK. Thanks.

I have fixed this problem (thanks): My Set-Top Box was set to 4:3. I fixed the problem by changing the setting on the Set-Top Box to 16:9.
