    I have just purchased the UE40F6400AKXXU and found that I only have BBC Player. When will the other catch-up services become available. I have my TV set for Auto up dates. I was sold this TV with all Catch-up available. Many thanks

    Hi, Sorry if this is a silly question but I have just bought this tv (UE40F6400AK) and have it set up and it is doing everything it should. However i have seen the below file on Firmware upgrades and was wondering must i do this, or will the Tv do an upgrade over the internet without me having to download the file to usb and manually upgrade. Upgrade File(USB type) All OS T-MST12DEUC-1010.1 16 Apr, 2013 MULTI LANGUAGE 728.22 MB Many thanks in advance

    I have connected my sony home cinema system with samsung tv ue40f6400 smart led tv. Audio dont play on home cinema speakers When I play any type of internet programme like bbc player, youtube video etc.. Audio only plays on tv speakers. But when I watch any tv channels, dvds -audio plays on home cinema systems. I have tried hdmi cable and scart cable but no result. So am I missing any settings in tv?

    Got a new Samsung smart tv last week. I usually have my HD box on Standy setting. When i turn the box on, before i turn tv on, i get an on screen message saying the box isn't swithched on or connected but it has the green light on. I then have to use the Samsung tv remote to turn the HD box on then ok it to clear the message. I have tried turning the tv on then the box with the same result. I have tried the Eco mode as well with the same outcome. With my old tv, i turned the tv on and got a blue screen until i turned the HD box was turned on which cleared immediately once HD box was switched on. This is a bit annoying as i prefer just to use my Sky remote but i now have to use both every time my HD box boots from standby. I may just have to leave the HD box on 24/7. Any ideas? TV is a 40" LED Smart tv, Samsung, 6400 series .

    I have just bought a 40" TV model UE40F6400AK and want to wall mount it. The manual states there should be a 10cm ventilation gap between the TV and the Wall. What bracket would you recommend as they all seem to only leave 8mm to 35mm. The shop insist this is fine but I am not so sure
