    My sky box is located in a different room to my tv and I have cat 6 cables with converters running to the tv instead of HDMI lead. This worked fine with my old tv but having just bought this tv I just get a blue screen.

    Sound and picture can be in synch when I change channel, but then they drift apart and then sometimes come back together again. Is this a known problem or something that can be fixed?

    Hi Keith, It seems like you need to upgrade the software on your tv. Check out this link to download the tv firmware http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/tv-audio-video/televisions/flat-tvs/UE40H6400AKXXU.     Im getting crackling in the sound when connected to a Samsung soundbar HWF750 via ARC and the sound format set to DTS when I open the menu, it doesnt happen when sound format is set to pcm. Any Ideas?

    Hi, It seems like you need to update your software. Check out this link to update your firmware http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/tv-audio-video/televisions/flat-tvs/UE40H6400AKXXU.     I am unable to access my Eurosport Player with my Eurosport account. I get an email unknown error. I have no problems on any other device including a Panasonic smart TV and iPad. Tried re-entering email several times and also re-installed the app.

    Hi, You could try updating the individual app by; Selecting the app and holding down the select button> Selecting update. Have you tried resetting the smart hub? You can do this by; Menu> Smart Features> Reset Smart Hub. Hope this helps.

    Hi Iain, This seems to be a firmware issue. Please check to see if the firmware on your TV matches this version 1151.7. Please check out this link on how to download this http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/skp/faq/1057760. Have you also update the individual application? You can do this by: Holding down the select button whilst on the chosen application and selecting update app. Hope this helps.
