    The ES7000 details "SCART available" using a slim gender cable. Is this included with the TV, or an extra?

    I found the answer to my question in the user manual, available here as a PDF. The SCART connector cable is included with the ES7000 TV.

    the above is not recognise buy my es7000 I think its a software problem I need the latest one but my tv says there are none available,the Samsung web site only has the one I have. any help thanks

    When watching videos on Youtube through the tv app, after around a minute and a half the sound drops out and doesn't come back but video still plays. Anyone had this problem? I have deleted and re-installed the app but its still the same

    I bought a used Samsung UE40ES7000, and the SCART ADAPTOR is missing. Will the adaptor with the model number BN39-01154A (available on the internet) fit to my TV?

    Hi Gellis, What output are you sourcing your channels from? Perhaps, the settings may need to be changed. But to answer this question I'm afraid we would need more information.     Hi there. The first thing to try is to go through the wifi set-up again, just to be sure. After that you may need to look at resetting your wireless router. If this doesn't work, I would suggest contacting us again.
