Prepare your old device for evaluation: back up all data, remove any SIM and/or microSD cards, and ensure the battery is charged. Our trade-in partner will contact you for door step evaluation or pick up within 5 days of receiving your new device.

Once the evaluation is completed, you will receive the amount agreed upon by cash for Mobiles, Tablets & Wearables, or by bank transfer for Televisions.
