The USB-C cutout left a very thin strip of material above, which makes it easily deformed after just a few times taking the case off and back on. Now it's ripped apart just after a few months of use, I cut the thin strip off entirely as it didn't seem to contribute much to the structure anyways.

Poor quality for what should be a premium product. Leather above USB has snapped. This isn't 'wear and tare', it's just not fit for purpose. My previous leather case for S20 was considerably better quality.

The case looks really nice and fits perfectly. I have had it for only a couple days now and already it has had a rip in it. Very disappointing considering it is on the upper pricing of phone cases.
