I really regret buying this case - Its regular plastic with no impact cushioning. It looks like cheap plastic and is not at all smart and stylish. It also is in 2 pieces with a gap so no protection against liquid spills, plus it flexes and feels low quality. The back cover with the card holder does not allow wireless charging even on Samsungs own newest version charging pad...total disaster. Also having a bank card between phone and wireless charger is going to fry the card anyhow..... The card holder cover is some odd material so am wary of using on a kitchen/canteen table etc as I know it will become marked/stained over time. The camera lenses are barely shielded- maybe .25mm - not enough to protect over the course of years of daily use.

I want to write this review for other people like me who, naively, may think that choosing a cover form the same producer of the phone is somehow the best way to protect it. This product does not fit the phone perfectly, especially with the transparent back, that will allow a noticeable amount of dust to collect between the phone and the cover. The back with the cardholder pocket si nice but not suitable for evryday use, as by inserting and removing the card multiple times a day, the pocket will rip in a couple of months. To conclude, the total life of this cover has been of 6 months, as the frame broke after that. Overall not recommended, I hope samsung understands that selling these products with their name on it is definitely bad advertising.

Bought this yesterday and is absolutely loving this. I really love the clean look of the white frame case at the back, and it looks very premium with the camera's ring too(the feel is also premium feeling). Havent come across any problems so far (very sturdyin my opinion) , and the card is easily accessible too. Overall, i think it is worth it, but if its not on your budget you can always buy other cases.
I recommended this product.

This is the worst case I've ever owned. Qi doesn't work with the opaque back on and the bus card can't be read unless I turn NFC off. The only way to remove the card from the sleeve is by removing the case and using a pair of pliers. The clear back feels very brittle as the frame itself. I doubt it would resist a drop, much less protect the phone.

I bought this with my Samsung 23 Ultra. It is just cheap, flimsy transparent plastic which is a nightmare to put on and take off the phone. The case offers very little protection to the screen, as the screen protrudes at the sides (there is only a lip at the top and bottom). My phone ended up breaking in a week with the case on.

Absolute disgrace on Samsung part, how can they allow such a rip off cheap quality unusable case to be sold under thier brand name? Transparent cheap plastic back is useless, does not protect lenses and warbles in the frame, pocket backplate cannot be use with wireless charger.

Worst case i have ever purchased. Hard to believe that Samsung think this is acceptable to protect such a premium phone. As others have stated, wireless charging doesn't work with the cover on. I'm very disappointed.
