Firstly the product looks great, really like the strap and using it to hold the phone. Now the bad, the case itself is rubber so gets stuck to your pocket lining making it a bit difficult to put in or take out of your pocket but not the end of the world. The biggest problem is how weak the sticky pads are, both halves of the case slide up and down the phone if I'm not careful (which is exaggerated by how much it sticks to my pockets). This then presses on buttons to change volume, lock phone etc which is a bit of pain. And a side note that isn't really about the product, but customer services won't seem to do anything about it? It would be better with stronger or just more sticky pads, or including extra in case they ones included perish.

I bought this more than a month ago. At first, I was happy with it. But when I wanted to change my phone case, this case broke. The outer layer of the silicone peeled off. Furthermore, it is hard to remove. My OCD is killing me with my now scratched case and mind you it it not a cheap accessory. For a phone which promotes customization, this case shouldn't have been made at all. Unless, you will keep it on your phone forever, then this is not for people who like to change cases.

I really like this case. I bought other colour, I'm thinking about buying a white one, too. Unlike ordinary Chinese products, the case itself is solid and of excellent quality. The reviews said that the phone was slipping, but it didn't happen in the year I used it. You can attach a key ring or an easy-to-hold ring to the bottom, and the strap is also sturdy, so it won't break.
I recommended this product.
