Q1. How does the return process work?
If you wish to return the product, please contact Customer Support before the trial period ends to initiate the return process. Products must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging, with all accessories and items included in the purchase. If Samsung determines that the returned products are not in acceptable condition, Samsung may, at its sole discretion, return the products without issuing a refund.

Q5. How long will the return process and refund take?Once the products are picked up and returned to Samsung, refund will be processed within 3-4 weeks. Please note that processing times may differ depending on your payment provider and bank.
