The maximum number of Swaps allowed during your Subscription term is determined by multiplying your total number of Enrolled Devices by your chosen Swap Allowance percentage (5%, 10% or 15%). As an example, if you enrolled 3000 devices, with a 10% Swap Allowance, your total Swap Allowance will be 300 Enrolled Devices over your Subscription term.

  • What is Samsung Care+ for Business?

    Samsung Care+ for Business is a device swap program designed to provide enterprise customers added peace of mind with their tools of trade. The subscription term is 36 months (3 years), with a choice of 5%, 10%, or 15% maximum Swap Allowance for eligible devices. During the subscription term, you can make a Swap Request at any time, for any reason, provided you have not exceeded your maximum Swap Allowance and you have returned each Registered Device on each occasion you have received a Like Mobile Device, or otherwise paid the Device Non-Return Fee. You can also receive an advanced swap - getting a Swap Device before returning the original.
  • To enrol in Samsung Care+ for Business, you must purchase and register a minimum of 50 devices. If the number of Registered Devices falls below 50 during your subscription, we may contact you to address the shortfall. If it is not remedied within 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription.
  • You can enrol at the time you purchase your devices, or up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
  • The Samsung Care+ for Business subscription term is 3 years and begins on the date specified when ordering your license for the Eligible Devices.
  • A Samsung Care+ for Business subscription allows you to swap any of your enrolled devices for any reason, regardless of its condition during your subscription term, provided you continue to meet the minimum enrolled devices requirement. Each time you make a Swap Request you must send the original device back to us, or otherwise pay the Device Non-Return Fee.
  • You must be an Administrator of the account to make or cancel a Swap Request. You can do so by calling Samsung Care+ for Business at 1800 137 022 (Option 2). Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm ADST/AEST, excluding public holidays.
  • At the time of enrolment you must select a preferred maximum Swap Allowance of either 5%, 10% or 15% of your total fleet size (i.e., the total number of Samsung devices you are enrolling in the Samsung Care+ for Business program). As an example, if you enrolled 3,000 devices with a 10% Swap Allowance, your total Swap Allowance will be 300 devices. To enquire about your Swap Allowance, including how much has been used, you can call us at 1800 137 022 (Option 2).
  • During the term of your Samsung Care+ for Business subscription, you can submit a Swap Request at any time, for any of your registered devices and for any reason, provided you continue to meet the minimum enrolled devices requirement and the registered devices have not been subject to a modification (i.e. no “jail-breaking” or “rooting” of the device.
  • Yes, the Administrator can update the shipping details for each Swap Request, including the recipient’s name and address, by contacting the Samsung Care+ Call center 1800 137 022 (Toll Free) Operating hours: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM AEST
  • Yes, you have 14 days from the date you receive the swap device to return the original device to us (i.e., the device you have asked us to swap). You can use the return satchel included with the delivery, or you can take the prepaid return label attached to the confirmation email to your nearest Australia Post Office and they will ship the device at no additional charge to you.
  • Before you return the original device to us, you must make sure you unlock or remove all security features and passwords, remove any personal or company data and apps, and perform a factory reset on the device.
  • Change of mind cancellations are not permitted. However, you can terminate your subscription if all of your Registered Devices have been subject to a recall and required to be returned to Samsung, you have exercised a right under the Australian Consumer Law and have rejected or elected to return all of your Registere Devices to Samsung or if one or more . Please refer to the terms and conditions for full details. If circumstances have changed and you want to discuss this further, please contact your Samsung Account Manager.
  • If you fail to return your original device after 14 days of receiving your swap device, you will be charged a Device Non-Return (DNR) Fee. The DNR is equivalent to the fair market value of device at the time of Swap Request. You will be advised of the amount when you make the swap request. An invoice for the payment of the DNR Fee will be sent to your registered business via email and will be charged by invoice on our behalf by our service provider. Please refer to the Samsung Care+ for Business terms and conditions for full details.
  • You will receive a Like Mobile Device which is of the same or similar kind, quality and functionality as the original device. In some circumstances it may be a different model to the original device. When you lodge a Swap Request you will be advised of what is available in stock.
    Please note that we cannot guarantee availability of colours.
  • If a Like Mobile Device is not available at the time you make a swap request, we will place a priority backorder request for a Like Mobile Device. If a device is on backorder, it will usually be shipped within 5 business days.
  • Contact your Samsung Account Manager to discuss your options.
  • Our goods come with statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you experience a defect or fault with your original Samsung device or your swap device, you will need to follow the Samsung in-warranty process. Any remedy or swap provided under this process will not count towards your Swap Allowance.
    You can also contact your Samsung Account Manager who will assist you with the in-warranty process.
  • If you have a device that has a fault or defect covered by Samsung’s warranty and/or an Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantee, then any remedy you receive will not be considered a Swap and will not count towards your Swap Allowance.

1. Samsung Care+ for Business is not an insurance product. T&Cs apply. Availability of colours dependent on stock availability. Swap your eligible device for a Like Mobile Device depending on your Swap Allowance of 5%, 10% or 15% over 36 months from the Samsung Care+ for Business subscription start date. Samsung Care+ for Business does not cover lost or stolen devices. A swap device is usually a refurbished device of the same model as your current device (Online-exclusive colours or Bespoke editions are not eligible for SC+ for Business). If this is not available, we’ll provide a comparable model. You must return your original device within 14 days of receiving a swap device, otherwise you may be charged a Device Non Return Fee. For your swap device to be dispatched by the next business day, your swap request must be lodged by 3pm AEST on a business day and will be subject to stock availability (including colour variants). Ownership of your original device immediately passes to Samsung’s service provider Asurion once it is swapped and all content will be wiped upon receipt. If your device is covered by warranty or consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, the swap will not be deducted from your SWAP Allowance. 2. If device stock is unavailable at the time you lodge a swap request you will be placed on priority backorder. Each swap request is processed and shipped individually. If you lodge a bulk swap request for 20 or more devices, same business day shipping may not be available.
