Really disappointed with this tumble dryer. I specifically wanted a dryer with a bed linen programme so that my bed linen would dry properly and not get tangled. The so called bedding programme on this dryer does not have a reverse tumble so everything ends up in a ball and doesn’t dry evenly. This has been an expensive mistake.

I bought this for my Nan who is 92. She is happy with the control and function, which is intuitive and easy to use. However, a potential issue for similar buyers is that the lint filter clip is quite tight and she had difficulty releasing the clip. Otherwise and efficient and quiet tumble dryer. She loves the rack feature that allows her to dry items without tumbling them.

Makes me realise how bad my last dryer was. Easy to use, fairly quiet and dries quickly for a condenser. Water tray is small so if not connecting to drainage then it will need emptying after 2 cycles. Also I wish I could control the temp but have not seen many dryers that do this

Jeg kjøpte en Samsung tørketrommel som etter et knapt år har ødelagt flere sett med håndduker. Jeg ble rutet direkte videre til Samsung, hvor jeg etter 2 måneder uten tørketrommel har fått produktet tilbake. Behandlingstid og mangel på tilbakemelding fra support har vært i brudd med forbrukerkjøpsloven, og ingen ønsker å ta ansvar. Sitter igjen med kostnaden for to sett med håndduker og to måneder uten tørketrommel. Søppelprodukt og uprofesjonell håndtering. Kommer aldri til å handle igjen.

Danas sam tek kupio sušilicu a već imam više uređaja Samsung, upravo sam ubacio hladnjak, perilicu kupljenu prije 3 godine, 2 televizije ove godine i registrirao sam također i sušilicu. Odmah mi je zapelo za oko da mi je na ovoj sušilici i jednom tv priznato regularno jamstvo samo godinu dana a kupljeni su sa 2 + 3 godine produženja. Također piše da podnesem prigovor za jamstvo za trajanju jamstva koji se odnosi na serijski broj. Što znači da perlica i tv koji su godinu dana stajali u trgovinama meni su uračunati kao jamstvo i sad kao krajni kupac moram pisati prigovor da mi se odobri zakonska jedna godina dana od dana kad sam kupio uređaje. Mislim totalna budalaština. Imam pravo po zakonu o potrošaču da navedene uređaje vratim vratim a ttgovine gdje sam kupio neka pišu pritužbe i žalbe!

So far unused but I had a Samsung heat pump dryer before so know the drying times etc. Quick and easy set up for smart things, it even connected it to the Wifi through the app so no pushing numerous buttons on the App. App seems easy to use, bit annoying you need to hit start on the machine, but figure this is a safety feature (never ever use a dryer if your not in the house). Previous dryer didnt have a favourites feature which as we use the same setting for everything other than delicates, is a bonus. As everything Samsung the price is higher than others but I've found them more durable than other makers. Only down is the manual provided could be more complete, shouldnt have to go to the web to see how all the settings work.

De første 3 år har den været rigtig god og fungeret optimal. Men det sidste halve år har jeg haft problemer med den. Jeg har altid renset filteret og varmevekslere, når der har været behov for dette. Alligevel blev min maskine kun 3.5 år, motoren stod simpelthen af. Her til vil jeg nævne at jeg typisk kun bruger maskinen 2 gange ugentligt til håndklæder og alm tøj. Jeg havde en tekniker forbi fra Samsung som mente at den var ødelagt af fnug fra filteret selvom vi altid har rengjort filteret. Det ville blive 6000 kr at reparer maskinen aldrig nogensinde skal jeg have samsung igen.

J'utilise ce produit depuis plus d'un an. Globalement excellent produit, remplit bien sa fonction et est assez silencieux, ce qui permet de le faire tourner la nuit sans problème. Attention toutefois à procéder régulièrement au nettoyage de l'échangeur de chaleur, qui a tendance à s'encrasser rapidement. Se monte très facilement en colonne grâce au kit qui peut être acheté en complement.

Hemos probado con el secado de toallas y sábanas y salen totalmente secas, manteniendo suavidad, frescor y aroma del detergente usado durante el lavado. La variedad de programas permiten su uso con multitud de prendas. Fácil manejo e intuitivo. La instalación ha sido sencilla pese a que la pieza que viene para conectar directamente al desagüe no sea válida para una toma estándar.

Amazing quiet drying experience and super efficient. The 9kg capacity is more than enough and it is very well designed and feels really sturdy. It has great connectivity via the smart things app but it’s a shame you cannot control it fully from there. I would like to see a measurement of how damp the close are and perhaps a better suggest drying option but it is still early days and the AI hasn’t kicked in yet.

Used 3 times since arriving. Product is really quiet and dries clothes, although need to add some extra time as waist bands of joggers still tend to be a little damp when the ai function says it's time to remove clothes. Smart things only works with 2.4hz wifi so I'm unable to connect as my router is only single band and set to 5hz. Love the fact it drains straight into waste pipe so saves me having to empty the water tank after every use.

I have only had my dryer for one day, but it looks amazing and is really quiet. There is a bit of a smell at the moment, but Will at Samsung assured me that this was normal and that it would go away. Have used it to dry my swimming towel and it was great for that. The only thing I will say is that it is deeper than than the 600 indicated on the website, as they do not include the door which sticks out a bit further.

I’ve had this dryer over a year and overall for the majority of small items and regular sized towels it works well, but for bedding the performance is very poor. The dryer does not reverse tumble! It runs continuously in one direction and as a result when you try and dry large items such as bedding the sheets and duvet end up rolling into a tight ball. Unless you have time to stop the dryer 3 or 4 times during to cycle empty the contents and untangle everything then the centre of the ball will never dry. You end up putting the bedding on multiple times which is very inefficient and time consuming. I couldn’t recommend the product and wouldnt buy another Samsung based on this design. I would definitely look for one that has reverse action tumble.

However, we also appreciate that it doesn't meet your expectations when drying larger items and specifically the bedding. It’s still only been a couple of days and so far I have only tried 2 different cycles of which this product has numerous. I’ve set up Smarter things App which took a minute. It’s worked well on both cycles so far. It’s quieter than my previous dryer. It did however not come with a manual of the control panel settings and what button does what it only came with a Heat pump Dryer booklet which this information is not included. So far so good

It’s got lots of great settings. All of the ones I’ve used so far have worked perfectly. The lint collector is easy to clean and the condenser is at the top so you don’t have to bend down to get it out. It is really long though. There is a light which comes on inside the drum when the door is opened which is really helpful too.

It takes some getting used to (compared to condenser tumble dryers) but the heat pump technology is awesome! On its own merits, I would probably rate it 9 to 9.5 out of 10: it’s amazing technology, and it definitely works; I can’t vouch for the energy savings claims made about them, as I didn’t do a proper before-and-after comparison myself, but I don’t have any reasons to doubt them. The only thing to keep in mind about them is that every so often (about once a month) you have to clean the heat exchanger (remove the accumulated lint, etc. to prevent it from impacting its performance) … it’s not a big job, but quite awkward on ours as the heat exchanger is at the bottom of the unit.
